As a result, I twisted my body and suffered muscle and soft tissue injuries. The incident caused me pain, discomfort, and disruption to my daily activities. In addition, I was very disturbed to see a dead cockroach left in the facility for approximately three days without being cleaned up. This reflects extremely poor sanitation and raises concerns about the overall cleanliness and safety standards of the gym.

This gym has a lot of great equipment and it is not packed 24/7 like other big gyms. Makes it so easy to get a workout in with new machines and no wait times. It's also always clean all the time. The personal training here is my favorite part. My trainer is Hugo and the results are great when I stay consistent and it is worth the sweat and soreness. Aaron, Joanna, Larissa, and Steven are also amazing trainers and everyone here is always looking out for each other. They also recently started a free running club, looking forward to joining that! Of course personal training and gym membership is different like it would be at any other gym. The gym membership is 100% worth it and so is the personal training in my experience. 10/10 recommended this private gym!!

This gym is located near Ross and Big 5 Sporting Goods. Main entrance is on the back of the building. Parking is on the rear too. But since after working out, I still need to buy healthy groceries like vegetables and fish, the market is on the other end of the strip mall, so I just park by the market and walk over instead.

I had college in the morning and afternoon, worked until closing, and would come here right after work to get my workout in. The hours changed sometime after COVID, but I've continued coming here because I really like the location and how convenient it is for me. I've tried other gyms, including 24 Hour Fitness, LA Fitness, Gold's Gym, and Planet Fitness. Some were okay, but I keep coming back to UFC Gym because it's close to home and is open late on certain days, which works well with my schedule. Since I usually come later at night, I've never really had an issue with waiting for equipment. The cleanliness is decent overall, although I do wish members would be more considerate about cleaning up after themselves. It's frustrating seeing people throw or leave paper towels behind after wiping down equipment instead of putting them in the trash. The staff have always been friendly and helpful whenever I've needed anything. Overall, I've had a pretty good experience here over the years, and the convenience, late hours, and location are the main reasons I continue to come back.

Cons: Yes sometimes things can be dirty , yes at rush hour its over crowded , but overall nothing disgusting. Before I moved to Monterey Park , I lived in Downtown LA and went to the athletic club which was $189 a month and worth every dollar. But everytime I had to pay that bill it hurt a little. Paying my $25 a month is chump change and now a days the same price as dinner. If you live in the area , this is a solid gym for a solid price. You cant lose here. They have just about everything. These people leaving 1 or 2 stars are entitled cheap people who just complain because they don't understand how good they really got it. 4 out of 5! PS: What would make it 5 stars, if they stayed open tell midnight 7 days a week, and made sure the sauna's were more cleaner daily. Other then that. Shit fire fammy!

Somehow the coaches that actually get people motivated , they find a way to driveway. instead they bring in people that have no idea what they are doing and can't properly demonstrate workouts . If a coach is asking the members what a certain workout is , or we have to correct the coach then the safety of the members is obviously not a priority .Class volume has dramatically decreased since the last coach was wrongly terminated " for lack of energy" and ironically the new energy they brought in is driving people away . I would stop attending but it's the only camp open at 3 pm I'm not the only member that feels this way , just the one to get fed up and make a comment .
