Best laundromat around! I've been to many laundromat places and NONE as nice as this one. They have a TV, free WiFi, very friendly store manager and security cameras. It really feels safer going to this laundromat because there is always an attendant there. Tom, the store manager, was very nice. It was my first time there and he helped show me around and explained the machines too. He keeps the place clean and a great environment for locals. Many of the people there were regulars and loved the facility as well. If you're looking for a laundromat, this is the place to go, FOR SURE. Only bad thing is that the parking lot isn't big and there is a 7/11 next door that doesn't like to share parking spots. So plan accordingly. read more

Coin changer machines are often not working. Staff is seldom there so if you need help you would need to call a number then wait until they get there. This used to be my favorite laundromat when things were working well. It's best to look for another laundromat with a full-time available staff and working machines. read more

Came to do laundry today and the restroom was not available apparently is not working. There is no visible phone number to call for assistance. It seems like they almost don't want to be bothered. I found that very inconvenient. Also,coin changer don't take 20.00 dollar bills thank god, I had enough five and single dollar bills. This was my first time at San Antonio Coin Laundry. My day started off by doing a quick Internet search of laundrymats in my area. Luckily San. Anton. Was one of the first to show up, I wasn't sure what to expect but as soon as i walked in i was pleasantly suprised by the cleanliness and noticed the wall decor looked much nicer than the what was on the google picture. When I met the owner Kenny the experience became so much better when he explained he was the new owner and was in the process of renovating the whole place. Its a clean and good atmosphere. My wife and I are regulars here at the Laundromat. We are here weekly and have 8 of their laundry bags, which are a must buy. We love this place and have some great owner. One thing we have not tried is their fluff and fold service. We recently got back from a long vacation. With that comes alot of clothing that needs washing. San Antonio Coin Laundry is a must stop spot for any students moving into one of the area's many colleges and universities, particularly from far away. Coming from Washington, D.C., I was worried that all of my new sheets recently shipped in from Amazon would smell and feel like plastic. However, with less than 18 hours until I was set to move-in, I had no clue how I was going to get them cleaned in time-the hotel at which I'm staying does not have any laundry services. Tom, the amazing owner and manager at San Antonio Coin Laundry, made getting my laundry done easy and incredibly affordable. I was able to drop off my laundry around 6pm and pick it up at 8pm, all at a first-timer's prince of $0.99 a pound! All of my laundry cost only $20! Even more gratifying was knowing that the returning customer price was still only $1.29 a pound! When I picked everything up it was nicely folded and packaged, ready to go. I was so happy. After searching and searching for a laundry mat with a drop off/pick up service near me I have finally found my HOME! There's a few things that make this place so amazing... First off the employees Kenny & Tom. From the moment you walk in they make you feel welcomed and are extremely friendly. I was a bit hesitant and nervous about dropping off my clothes (especially my undies lol) with a complete stranger, but Tom asked us our preferences, reassured us, and explained the entire process. Second...FLUFF & FOLD. Who wouldn't love to drop off two full baskets of dirty laundry and pick them up either the same or next day....folded, clean, hanging on hangers, and smelling fresh. There's a laundry mat walking distance from my place that also has a fluff & fold service, but we'd rather drive 10 minutes down the freeway to get our clothes washed here! pretty nice place to wash your clothes; really great service and has tons of washers and dryers. also contains a nice vending machine for washing materials at the front of the entrance!! 7 11 next to the laundromat, so if you want some food while you wait, there's that option as well. lots of decorations too which look pretty nice overall. read more

I came to this laundromat because all the laundromats in Pomona are super ghetto and gross. I wanted to do my laundry in a clean and nice environment. This laundry mat meets all my expectations. Very clean, staff on-site which I was created when I walked in and the attendant explained everything to me. and there is a 711 right next to it so I could get snacks. I highly recommend this laundry mat. I don't mind driving 6 miles to do my laundry here. Well worth it. read more

Really good place 2 do ur laundry. This place even have a PICK-UP service as well as a drop off service at really reasonable prices. The staff is extremely friendly and the place is very clean. My very first experience was when I deposited a coin into the machine that didn't register, no biggie, I simply used another machine. I immediately noticed a sign suggesting that I call this number 2 get a refund. I was waiting on my clothes 2 wash so I figured I would call just 2 give me something 2 do. (LOL). I spoke 2 "Kenny" and explained my experience. Kenny told me he would be 2 the place in 10 minutes. Lol and behold, Kenny shows up and refund my money along with a free wash. Kudos!!!! I was looking to have 5 blankets washed for the company I work for. I called first with a couple of question and had to leave a message. I was surprised to get a call back from Kenny within 20 minutes. He answered all my questions and gave me directions to the location. That afternoon I dropped off the blankets, I spoke to Tom, who was super nice, he told me the blankets would be ready the following day. The place was clean, there were a couple of people doing their laundry, no one looked creepy. Later that day Tom called to tell me my blankets were ready for pick up. Unfortunately I was out of the area and had to pick them up the following morning. The blankets were wrapped in bags, nicely folded and smelled good. My first communication with SACL was via phone with Kenny. He was friendly and informative. When I dropped off my laundry in the morning, Tom asked if I had any special instructions for the clothes. He informed me it would be ready the next morning. However, by 1:00pm that same day, Tom called to let me know that my laundry was done. With two little boys (noise with dirt!) and a wife who enjoys her multiple outfit changes, laundry day had become laundry week. Almost anything is worth a try at least once. What a treat! I am used to having my own laundry in my home so it's a chore to come to a laundromat! That being said I feel better coming in to do my laundry, it's very close to my place so it's convenient! As a bachelor, I used to frequent coin-ops a lot to do my laundry. It's been a while since I had to go to one, but a broken drier caused us to go to this laundromat. I don't EVER remember any coin-op being as clean as this one. The wife and I were very impressed. The owner was there and he was very engaging and extremely polite to my family. They worked with me and got all of it done before I even needed it ready. The laundry drop off made it very convenient to get it dropped off at a time that was best for my schedule.
