I just moved to the area and haven't gotten a washer and dryer yet. I needed clean clothes for the job search but I couldn't spend hours in a sweaty, diaper smelling coin laundry with an attendant that looked like he was between rehabs (that was my one laundry trip here). I followed Yelp to San Antonio. Not only is it suppose to be renovated and ultra-clean, but they advertise pick up and delivery! It was exactly what I needed! I called the number and got the owner, Kenny. This guy is a real squared away, young entrepreneur type. I ordered pick and delivery service to and from Pomona. Kenny supervised it personally and I got my clean, folded and sorted clothes that night. The shirts were even on hangers! This place has changed an unpleasant time wasting chore into a luxury. I'm glad that there are still business owners out there who still understand that quality and service are what really succeed. Man, did I need this place! New owners!! And it definitely shows... The laundromat was so run down in the past and had become very uncomfortable to wash my laundry here.. With transients roaming around bathing in the large sink.. Half the washers didn't work... But now fast forward to the present.. I absolutely love it!! Makes a not so favorite chore bearable again.. It's clean, new washers, even big ones and even bigger ones lol..the floor is new.. There is a TV, and really awesome old school upland pics on the wall.. The transient issue seems to be resolved and I now again am comfortable bringing my daughter with me.. Kudos to Kenny and Tommy for making this a great place!! And oh!! This review is for the amazing fluff and fold service now offered by this laundry. I'd never been to this laundromat before, but a friend of mine was singing the praises of having a fluff and fold service where he lives. After some research, I found San Antonio Coin Laundry. I had to try it out. Honestly, I may never wash my own clothes again! The charge per pound is very fair, even when they're not running their current promotion of $0.99/pound. I dropped off in the morning before work and had a great chat with one of the owners, Kenny. He was very helpful and took all my needs into consideration. I picked up my clothes after work and met the other owner, Tom. My clothes were clean, smelled great, and were folded perfectly, as if I'd picked them up from a store. I will definitely go back and highly recommend the service! I had real doubts about needing the service, but at such a great price, this is a convenience I will keep treating myself to. My new favorite laundry mat. There are always empty machines and everything is kept pretty clean. Prices are a little higher than I'm used to, but it's honestly worth it. Family atmosphere and cute decor. There's a 711 next door which is a plus when you need change or forget soap. read more

They do not know how to fold t-shirts. They fold it by the middle of the collar! (So you have a vertical crease right in the middle of your t-shirt). Otherwise it was always clean. Smelling detergent very strongly (nice smell, if you like that - I don't. I think there is always too many chemicals in laundry detergent. I'm more a fan of Mrs Meyers brand etc.) read more

Really nice place they have here, the owners are super nice and friendly. Very helpful. The facility itself offers many different sizes of washers. They have a 6 load washer, its HUGE! They have fluff and fold service, the first time is 99cents a lb, 15 minimum, and is ready next day. Haven't tried it, usually have time to do it myself. But I'm sure after a long trip it would be great! And it's right next to a 711 so you can get a drink or snack, or cash back if you don't have enough cash after all. Not crazy busy on Sunday night. And is as clean as a laundry mat can be. I enjoy doing my laundry here. Come and try it. Oh and there is happy hour!!! Save some change on certain days of the week. read more

It has a comfortable and inviting environment and the owner is really nice and personable. Love the decor and the new machines. Looking forward to trying their fluff and fold services. I visited San Antonio Coin Laundry after reading several positive Yelp comments. I had never used a fold and fluff service before. I spoke to Ken and Tom (owners) and they were very nice and easy to work with. They explained in detail how the process worked. They also offered me a discount as a first time customer. I was extremely pleased with the results. My laundry was clean and nicely folded and even put into categories (sheets & blankets; towels; clothing; delicate items; etc.) in special laundry bags. This is the best laundry mat I've ever been to! All their machines work and there's no issues. The people who work there are super nice and helpful if you have an issue with anything. You couldn't ask for more accommodating management. The service levels of the various packages are unmatched. I chose the least expensive package this time. This place is great. My wife and I were looking for a laundry service (preferably one that offered both pickup and delivery). Kenny, who I believe is the owner, came and picked up for us that SAME DAY and delivered our clothes back the NEXT DAY without any additional charge. Super cool dude, very friendly and professional. My wife is still raving about how good the laundry was folded. Everything was nearly separated, and they were able to wash/dry all of my wife's clothes on delicate. This was extremely convenient for us since we have a baby and no washer/dryer in our apartment which makes it hard for my wife when I'm gone at work. Incredible! Kenny is incredibly personable. Great customer service! I just recently moved and brought an entire months worth of laundry with me. I was dreading getting it done in the small washer we have in our place until I looked up this place. I was specifically looking for fluff and fold services in the area when I came across their yelp page and the great coupon deal they have. I dropped all my laundry off at the drop box they have on the premises on a Saturday. Kenny assured me he would keep an eye on everything and made sure all my items were secure. I picked up my laundry on a Monday, which was convenient for me, and they went above and beyond my expectations. Everything smelled amazing and was ready to be hung up. Some of my pressed items were already hung up for me! And the price was super reasonable! I had such an amazing experience I vow to never do another load of laundry again. I had an oversized sleeping bag that I couldn't fit in my home washing machine so I decided to try their Fluff and Fold services! I got to the laundromat and nobody was there, so I called the number and they instructed me in what to do. I dropped the sleeping bag into the specified bin around 11 am and by 4 pm I received a call that it would be ready for pick up at 6pm. It was quick and convenient.
