Ok so my 8 year old daughter just started here and she really loves it. It is hard to get her to like things long term so when she wanted to come back here, I knew it was something great. The place is huge! Well not the parent waiting area, but the actual workout room where all the kids are. There were so many kids but there were plenty of instructors to wrangle them in and get them to do what they needed to do. There were coaches who were really tough on the kids, which I loved. I mean come on, we are paying for this stuff so get in there and coach, right? The prices are really decent, we pay only about 60 a month for once a week instruction, not sure how much more $ for other classes and packages. This place is super close to where my daughter lives so it is really convenient. I would recommend this place for anyone wanting to expose thier child to gymnastics.

We have still yet to receive those classes. Our two daughters were part of the competition team. We paid over $900 for two uniforms, which we have still not received. My daughters are no longer in competition because of the pressure that the coaches put on the children. We gave our 30 day notice for cancellation and they have still not refunded almost $1000 that we have paid. We have reached out to the manager, Veronica with no help. We have reached out to the owners, the roaches, again no help. I am the owner of multiple local businesses. I've expressed how disappointed and unsatisfied we are. It blows my mind to think a company will take money without providing a product or service. They explained that they do not allow refunds. I will be posting photos of the team paperwork that they have a sign. You will notice not one word relating to sales being final or no refunds available. They do highlight all the important issues about receiving payment in and underlined print. I thought it was interesting that they highlighted about getting paid which is important but have nothing about refunding the client if services are not provided. i've explained I will be suing this company in small claims court since it is under $20,000. I am trying to receive. It seems they don't care. I will keep everything posted and updated as we go through the legal process. Hopefully they make this right. We are just trying to follow the process that they have outlined in their policies and procedures. even the manager, Veronica, had to take a copy of the paperwork that I brought in when I was questioning her in person. It seems they don't even know what they clients. I'm assuming an attorney would have a field day with this.

We have not received any uniforms and have not attended at all during the month of November. Still, they have kept our Deposit for the uniform, over $600, as well as the month of November which they have charged us. We're still waiting for an answer. I talked with the manager and she is aware of all the issues. I explained that if I had not heard anything by today, I would be reaching out on Social media as well as filing a small claims court. It's sad to see a small business having to go through the growing pains and learning the legal system.

She has questionable coaching skills but uses the platform of "coach" to hide her maltreatment of girls which includes public demeaning, uncontrollable shouting, negative criticism, and she plays favorites with play time. We paid $3000 for our child to be on this team and it has been a complete disasterous experience for our entire family. I would strongly recommend avoiding this volleyball club to protect your child from serious emotional abuse by the current coach (TCVA 15-Black team). We reported the coach's unprofessional and bullying behavior to the director, who has done absolutely nothing. The purported mission posted on their website is a major misleading statement; they really seem to only be interested in your hard earned money. My advice: strongly consider your invest in this terrible organization (TCVA) as this will absolutely be the last time we deal with TCVA.
