I lady named Tina was there. It was so refreshing to deal with someone who was professional and knows the meaning of customer service. I can't even comprehend why a company would employ someone like that, who obviously has absolutely no customer service skills. He had once even told me that I had been renting there for a long time and should move out, as who rents storage for that long. Does he even know what type of business he is working for ? Apparently not. While I give Miguel 0 stars, I give 5 star for Tina. As for rates, this company doesn't value long term customers. They raise the rates so high as a thank you for your loyalty.
