I have been renting two units at Aliso Viejo Self Storage for 4 years. I moved into a smaller home and needed a place to keep household items while I went through the design review process prior to remodeling my home. Mayette was very knowledgeable and helped find me an inside unit for items that need to be in an air conditioned climate and an outside unit for storage of typical garage items. The system has worked out well. The complex is clean, well lighted and secure. I feel safe when I am at the complex, especially the inside unit due to camera security. There is a video display system in the main office that monitors the complex and displays several areas of the complex continually. Most importantly the customer service provided by Mayette and most recently Cindy makes the experience of moving and storing items a pleasure, something I didn't think was possible! read more

I've been storing my most precious possessions at Aliso Viejo Self Storage since 2007 and I have needed to access them many times over the years. The facility is always well maintained and the people who work there are very friendly and professional. The security is first rate, and you couldn't ask for a better location. The Fire Department is on the same street, less than a block away! The Sheriff's Department is just around the corner. I also like being close to an Urgent Care Center, a Public Library, Banks, 24 Hr. Fitness, Ralph's and Trader Joe's.There are fast food and slow food resturants like Del Taco, Chick-fil-A, The Habit, Panda Express, Panera, Bagels & Brew. There's a CVS, Staples, T.J. Max, PetSmart, Barnes & Noble, Pep Boy's, Lowes, a UPS Store and even an Edwards Theater. Walmart and Starbucks are minutes away! For me - It couldn't get any better! read more

We have been using Aliso Viejo Self Storage (AVSS) for eight years now. We started off with two storage units for our furniture while moving into a new home. We still maintain one unit for family use. I cannot say enough about this facility and the workers. The units/property is always keep clean and the location is very convenient. This is one of the most cleanest and well maintained storage companies that I've ever seen and used, since 2007. Fairly easy sign up and clear instructions with the courteous and professional front office staff. They have competitive pricing for a wide array of storage sizes in a great location - near the 73 freeway and a 1/4 of a block from the police station. The state of the art security set-up of this place is remarkable which is a huge peace of mind factor for me. Aliso Viejo Self Storage is a jewel of a storage company. I have been a tenant for many years. The grounds are kept very clean and all units are secure. I have rented a unit for several years now. This storage facility is near my home for easy access. The staff is always friendly and courteous and are there to assist with any questions. I've dealt with a few storage places in south county, but I quite enjoyed the customer service I got here, which is great since their pricing was better then most storage places , usually there is a trade off between price and service, but I found both.
