Hilariously bad. They ask you to rate them five stars before you even move in which is probably why…read morethey have a decent rating. I understand that all self-storage places entice you with a low rate and then immediately start raising the rent. However, this place has been the most egregious. They raised the rent twice in 10 months for a total of 22%. Also, they don't have hand carts that you can easily use. You have to go and get some silly coin from the office and deposit it in some machine and then you can unlatch the cart. I will never do business with these people ever again.
