It cost me $200+ a month for my unit, only to find out all of my things were covered in a sheet of green mold! This essentially ruined my leather couches which my movers refused to pack up. There are also no lights in the units so it is super hard to see anything.

Definitely…read morerecommend this location for the following reasons: 1) they called to confirm the appointment the day before install, 2) the installer made sure I was comfortable with the cutting he had to do on the new car (thankfully the cut was underneath the car so it was not visible while driving), 3) the installer asked what I would be using the hitch for to make sure it met my needs, 4) he also explained the tongue weight capacity, 5) and he finished the job within the estimated time frame. The hitch looks nice and I appreciate everything you guys did. Attached are two pics - we already placed a US flag cover on it, but the second pic shows it does not stick out past the fender.

And your business wouldn't have received a one star rating from me. I also read several reviews before taking the time to drive there from San Clemente, and my experience fit the one star ratings. I ended up taking my business to SAN CLEMENTE SELF STORAGE. What a breath of fresh air! Christine is the kindest lady to work with. I was taken by golf cart to the entrance, then escorted to the second floor of the building, and literally walked to the storage unit. When I left, they gave me a bottle of water and offered their bathroom. I was HAPPY to pay a little more because I was treated so insanely well. And yes. I did call back in February, inquiring about RV Storage. I didn't realized it was your business, and as you can tell, our RV is not at your location.

I understand that all self-storage places entice you with a low rate and then immediately start raising the rent. However, this place has been the most egregious. They raised the rent twice in 10 months for a total of 22%. Also, they don't have hand carts that you can easily use. You have to go and get some silly coin from the office and deposit it in some machine and then you can unlatch the cart. I will never do business with these people ever again.
