After that, he helped me to contact all reliable professionals to do the work. Within the 1st day on the market, we had 5 buyers come to see the house and got 3 offers at the end of the very same day - all above the asking price! The 2nd day on the market, we had 5 more buyers to come, and got a few new offers; and 2 return buyers from the 1st day of showings came and presented all new offers. From all the offers (from 2 days of showings) we chose 4 offers which were $100,000+ above the asking price for the house in its as-is conclusion - the chosen buyer came $120,000 above the asking price, full cash, all contingencies removed, escrow was closed in less than 2 weeks! BTW - we had 2 back-up offers, just in case if something will not work right with the first buyer; all the offers were $100,000+ above my asking price.
