I had too many issues with this service and I'm really sad I had to end service because as a mother who chooses to cloth diaper their child I was forced to look into other options. I had service for 4 weeks and was not impressed. I must add I was a previous Luludew customer and they set the bar very high thus forming my likes and dislikes with service. Here are my issues Pros & Cons. Cons: 1. No Diaper Pail with service (diapers have to go somewhere and they sell a pail for $30, why can't I rent it with service like many other companies. Bought mine from Luludew for half the price) 2. They only provide 2 pail liners in rotation (this is a huge issue, you only have 1 liner at a time, so when the diapers need to be set out my pail had no liner. The time from setting them out to setting up new diapers there is no wiggle room. Momma need wiggle room. Most companies have 3 in rotation. So busy mom's don't have to trash bag line the pail until new ones are delivered. I emailed Tanya about this and the response was I get 2. Why are customers putting up with this? It's a simple inexpensive solution) 3. Diaper size inconsistent. ( I understand cloth diapers shrink, but the size difference was sooo vast some were two small for my baby so I couldn't use them, waste of money) 4. Drop off range too large (on your delivery day you can get diapers between 9am-3ish. That is a major problem if I only have 1 pail liner. Baby will soil the diaper during this time waiting for delivery. 5. Drop off could be set to next day because of traffic ( this only happened once but how often could it happen) 6. Wipes too small and color was not same the week before ( these wipes were so small that in my prince lion wipe warmer they floated. I have"small Chucky doll hands" and I had to use two wipes at a time just to cover my hand from getting baby poop on them ) My wipes also came in ivory one week and in beige the next. I thought I got the same ones every week. I also didn't even get any wipes for a while week of service that I paid for. Tanya also promised to refund me for the wipes. I'm still waiting on that refund. Still waiting... 7. Prefolds not as absorbing (this will very per child and mine is in the 7-9 month heavy wetter phase. But she urinated through the diaper, cover, her clothes and my clothes THREE times in one day. How? Why? What? Yes. That's when I got mad the first time. I emailed about this, Tayna said they don't come more absorbing. Luludew manufacturer their own and they are more absorbing. 8. All in one not as absorbing (urinated all the way thru to the bed sheets and had to bathe her at 5am . That was rough. So I stop using the night diapers at night. 9. Covers are horrible (they provide covers and I like Thirsty's, but they give you Flip and Rumparooz which have huge Velcro strips not comfortable for baby at all. Flip is worst and I got 3 and 1 Rumparooz that was Velcro) 10. Communication ( Tayna will get back to you.... Eventually, but I don't like how when you call you have to leave a message 11. No demo offered before starting service offered. 12.Shipping fee ($5, whatever) Pros: 1. You can pay via PayPal 2. Tayna offered for me to try all in one at no extra cost ( but I paid the price) 3. Services Inland Empire Area ( but there is another option!) 4. No start up fee ( but they get that money in other ways) I really didn't want to write this review, I really wanted to put this behind me but I had spent $120+ based on reviews and I wasted my money. I asked a ton of questions before I started service and this was not anticipate at all. After 1 week of service I regretted signing up. Had I gotten my money back for the wipes as promised I would have moved. But now I went from a unhappy customer to a frustrated former customer. Now I'm giving Squeak Cheeky a 4 week try! They use Luludew prefolds and wipes. And so far so good, how I feel about them will be in their own review after 4 weeks are completed. Update: I posted this review on 1/19/17. Pish Posh FINALLY refunded me for the wipes on 1/24/17. I'm confident this review influenced them to keep their word, but its unfortunate it had to come to that. read more

I had a hard time finding this listing to review, and another laundry service (natural choice cleaners) seems to have absorbed pishposh but I was determined to find a way to warn other parents. We were gifted a month of diaper service at our baby shower, we were waiting until our baby was 9 pounds to start the service so she wouldn't change sizes halfway through the month so she's been in non-toxic eco friendlier disposable diapers so far. When the fitted diapers arrived I noticed they smelled strongly of bleach but against my intuition I tried one on our baby and she was fine until she peed in it. She became instantly upset and at first we thought it was just because she's not used to the change in absorption compared to the disposable diapers but even after we dried her up (we use a fan and all) and put a fresh diaper on her she was still screaming upset. The most upset we've ever seen her actually. We decided to see if putting a disposable back on her would help and when we did we noticed a rash already forming on her poor little tushy. She is having a reaction to whatever chemicals they're using to wash the diapers and we feel so awful for putting her into them in the first place. We obviously will be cancelling the service and we didn't pay for it, it was a gift so we're not personally out any money but we're certainly going through the pain of a very upset and uncomfortable baby. read more

I love my service, I've been with Pishposh for over a year now and have extended my service. Deliveries are always prompt and reliable.When I am not home I just leave the bag of used diapers on my porch and come home to a bag of clean fluffy diapers waiting for me! It has been such a blessing to have the peace of mind, knowing I don't have to think about buying diapers every week/month. read more

Would not recommend this service. I give it 2 stars simply because I did receive diapers. However, the customer service was terrible. You wouldn't mind a company that had issues as long as they had good customer service, but when I addressed my issues, I was informed that I was basically wrong. I was gifted 3 months and canceled after 2,...asked for a refund for the last month for my cousin, and never received it. Do not use this service unless you look forward to disappointment. read more
