Though they were pleasant in the store, they failed to offer me the option of an extended warranty on my Dream Deluxe Power Swivel Recliner. I didn't even know you could have an extended warranty until I went online to see the chair that I purchased just to see what the warranty was. Once I saw the Allstate extended warranty, I went through my emails to see if it was added to my purchase, after all, I was very pregnant at the time. My husband was with me and also didn't recall anyone asking because he knows if they had it we would've purchased it because of how I am!!!! I am an extended warranty person when it comes to any purchase that I make especially expensive purchases like this one. Since I did not see any evidence that I had insurance, I called customer service. The issue I was having with my chair after only a year is that one of the welded legs on the circular base came detached, which caused my chair to rock unevenly and lean all the way back when not in use. It's no longer safe for me to sit in , however, my daughter is 10 months and I am nursing her in it every day. Everything else still works, but it's this one piece that needs to be repaired or replaced. I spoke with a customer service representative named Danielle Cook, instructed me to send her a picture of what was broken so that she could then send it to the next level of service to see what they would say. After waiting on the line about 10 minutes, I learned that because I am out of warranty there's nothing that they can do. So now I am a first time, mom who nurses her daughter and her chair that cost over $2000 with white glove service to deliver it to my home and there's nothing they can do all because the store never offered me an extended warranty! This one forgotten and extremely important part of my purchase is now an unsafe nursing chair and no fault of my own a year later. Please train your staff to offer everything and if we are dumb enough to decline the warranty then that's on us and you can put that in the system that customer declined the warranty, but I was never offered it and if I could purchase it now I would, but because of that I would discourage anyone from buying anything from a store that sells items that expensive meant for long-term usage and multiple children, but doesn't even remember to offer an extended warranty!!! Also, I am 6 feet tall as well as my husband and we are not overweight or obese for the bottom of a chair that expensive to break! You can Google our names and see that for yourself! The integrity of the chair is obviously not long lasting, which is why an extended warranty was crucial. Truly saddened & disappointed!!!

Expectation v.s. Reality. Thanks for the stains, too

The truth comes out. Pottery Barn Kids is just another sweatshop factory with lipstick on. You think you're spoiling yourself and your kids with Pottery Barn Kids? Think you're upgrading them because they deserve exquisite, plush bedding? Wrong. This Monique Lhuillier Rosette Quilt is absolute garbage. Clearly they made one just for the photoshoot then farmed out the rest. It's an unbelievable racket. What's worse is I bought this with a PBK gift card because the last comfortable was horrible and not as advertised. Unwilling to refund my money, they sent me a gift card, forcing me back into the closed circuit that is their trash quality textiles. There are stains on BOTH unwrapped, brand new comforters. The fabric is rough to the touch, stiff, and full of cheap batting. I could've had a fine steak dinner for these $364 instead of spending it on two heaps of junk.

We purchased several items from our registry since our baby is due soon. Unfortunately, most of the items are not available with expedited shipping nor at the store. The sales reps at the store weren't super helpful. They didn't communicate with us effectively and we didn't get the registry cards to handout with our shower invites. The furniture specialists were super efficient, professional, courteous, respectful of our home, and following COVID-19 protocols! They took the time to explain how to assemble and unassembled the glider! The delivery waiting period was short and the furniture specialists arrived during the 2-4pm appointment timeframe slot. I can honestly say, I appreciated the furniture specialists customer service compared to the sales rep at the store.

The broken chair. As you can see the footrest is frozen halfway out.

Bought the best and most expensive rocking chair. Electric for our new born daughter. The motor failed in the 1st 90days. When pottery barn came out to look at the warranty they informed us it cannot be fixed and they needed to take the chair back for repair or replacement. Like I said we have a newborn and we use it every night. We can't be without a chair. So our options are to buy a 2nd chair or deal with the broken chair. Definitely would not buy anything from a company that supposedly specializes in kids furniture that doesn't understand reality.

I usually do all my pottery barn kids shopping online but my husband is a store kind of guy *eye rolling as I type* so we decided to stop by the store since we were at my sisters house in the area. First time here at the kids store and it was a great first time experience! We got asked if we needed help by 3 different associates. We were greeted and when I ran into an associate while inside shopping he said "hi how are you" which was nice. Not a lot of places are nice from beginning to end. There were a lot of kids inside the store, the associates were making Halloween cookies. The kids seemed to be enjoying themselves which was a treat (no pun intended)! It really is a store that caters to kids. We got lucky and the store was having a 20% off new items plus my rewards benefits which saved us an extra $15! (If you're a regular pls do yourself a favor and enroll in their online rewards program) Parking: Huge mall with ample parking Location: it's right above the regular pottery barn store. Just take the escalator or elevator up

How long I've been put on hold. I finally hung up at 35 minutes. Still no resolve on my issue.

Outdoor furniture, pots and books for your garden. Table: Very simple design. If you looked for something so simple, you can find here. Chairs: I should say eclectic - from colorful wired one to nice yet not so comfy. Rugs: Super vibrant bold warm colors - shocking pink, orange, green etc. Lights: Somehow interesting Cushions: Bright colors for accent. Art pieces: Those are more colorful and interesting. Books: About gardening, decor etc. Pots: Very colorful and various sizes. Sale: You can find interesting pieces. - Conqueror's Deduction - Price is sort of expensive - a bit more than I expected. Tables are too simple and genetic but you might find some accent pieces.

Had to call two days later to get a true receipt which we got. There was an issue with the furniture, not drying properly and water, possibly being retained within the piping of the chairs 2 weeks after purchase. The store manager was very uncooperative. We were offered $150 return for the delivery fee by a vice president of the company who was very pleasant. Even that we had to send an email to get the refund. Very unpleasant experience. Not worth my time to sue for the value of the chairs. Hopefully they will work out, but do not hold out much hope. So we decided to invest in a restoration, due to how well made this set is. I found Patio Guys on Yelp and decided to use them for this project.
