They never responded to any of the calls or online requests. I called our realtor and was told that the tank was owned by the previous property owners. So I called around and had another company fill the tank. 5 months later, I got a call (not sure how they found my phone number) from All State claiming the tank was rented, and I need to pay for another inspection fee, and I wasn't allowed to fill the tank. I refused to do anything until I saw some proof that the tank was not owned, and I argued that I should not have to pay for another inspection fee, especially since most companies don't charge an inspection fee, and the tank was inspected twice within the past few months. Within minutes of the phone call, they sent someone back out and shut off our gas when we weren't home!!!! I called - no answer. I called their emergency number... no answer (comical). They called me back, were super rude and demanded that I empty the tank right away, and they will have it removed the next day. Long story short, I had another provider switch out the tank to one of theirs the next day, and I want nothing to do with this company. I can't believe they left us without gas, hot water, or cook top for two days!! So unprofessional, so rude, and terrible at returning calls. The most interesting thing is that at no time did any of them try to de-escalate the situation or offer any solutions. Just hostile, rude, and unhelpful. So many better options out there.

I go to look and its a huge truck with a lift. I have no idea who they are or what they are doing there. I then see on my other camera that it says PDS on the side of the truck. I quickly Google search them and see they are a propane delivery company. I have a propane tank in my property which was there when I bought the house at the end of last year. I was given a number to call but since I switched all my appliances to electric I didn't really use propane at all. I was just told call this number which I checked and it was their number whenever you need this refilled. Which I was going to call during the winter time to top it off. Well if you follow the time stamp on the videos the activity went as follows. They came into my private property as soon as they went pass the sidewalk. I had not gotten a single notice, a letter on the mail, or a sticky note on my mailbox that said contact us we want our tank back. I would have gladly scheduled for them to pick it up but it was the bad practice of how they did it that really upsets me. After coming into my driveway and parking in my gravel area they proceed to make themselves into my backyard. The backyard where my dog has access to and where I thought was strictly off limits to anyone who shows up unannounced and without my permission. Luckily the gate was closed and my dog had no access to that side of the house otherwise my dog could have gotten out or bitten someone. After that they finally make their way to the front door to ring the doorbell where obviously no one attended since there was no one home as we did not know someone was showing up today. They could have shown up without us knowing but if we had an agreement prior to this. After no one comes to the door they then proceed to again go into my backyard through my gate and proceed to remove the tank. Note my gate is 6' tall they could not see it nor from the street nor from where they were standing in my driveway which again is private property. Thats why in one of the pictures you see the driver peeking over the fence. Again this is all bad practice and it's not the way of doing business. I would have not denied access nor try to keep the tank that I have no use for. It's just the fact that they took it upon themselves to make their way into my backyard without letting us know anything. Since then I have contacted the Police, they said it was trespassing and asked if I wanted to file a report. Like I mentioned I have no need to go above and beyond to ruin this company. I just want people to know with the type of people they are dealing with when contracting them or calling them for your propane needs. I believe theres way better options out there and please choose wisely who you go with. Please stay away and stay safe.

They will not refill the smaller 1lb refillable (eg Flame King 1lb refillable).. you'll have to do that on your own. Overall, great service I was in and out in under 10 minutes .

In December 2025, they filled my tank without my request, even though I cancelled automatic refill service. I called them immediately and cancelled my auto pay and was told my credit card had not yet been charged. The next day, the card was charged without my permission. I called again and was told the manager would call me, and I have still not heard back. I do not recommend this company. Clearly a management problem at this business.

Over the last year and a half to two years, SOCO has allowed the maintenance of their pumps at this location to deteriorate. Specifically, the receipt or pump print outs consistently don't not print out when you choose "printed receipt". This causes delays in our work in that the pump user must go inside the office & request a hand written receipt. My employer has started to intensely scrutinize each vehicles fuel purchases. It raises a question as to correct fuel purchases when a printed(vs a hand written) receipt is not submitted. As employees, we've discussed making our purchases else where to avoid hassles with what normally would not be an issue if a normal pump receipt was issued. SOCO, I hope you take note and get cracking on maintaining your pumps..

I was at Tractor Supply today to purchase items for my horses and chickens. It was about 90…read moredegrees. I happened to park next to a truck with metal cages crammed with chickens. They had no water and the cages were very hot.I asked the man why he had the chickens in such horrible conditions and he told me that he was collecting chickens to roam his sanctuary. When I was in Tractor Supply I asked a couple employees what was going on wth the chickens. I was told it was a rooster roundup. if you had purchased baby chicks at Tractor Supply and they turned out to be roosters or simply unwanted hens you could give them to this man and he would take them to his sanctuary. When I returned to my car there was a second man handling the chickens very roughly. I asked him what he was doing and he told me he was going to kill and eat them all. Then he cursed at me and asked me if I eat chicken and I told him that I do not. Then he and the other man both cursed me. What a horrible deception for your customers. I have shopped here frequently for my animals but never again.
