I cannot begin to describe how happy I am with this business. I saw the reviews on yelp and decided to take 5 pairs of pants to get tailored. I had to get 3 pairs of jeans taken in at the waist one pair tapered and the last repaired... and each one I was completely happy with. The environment is clean and the service is amazing, fast, and very professional. He worked with me to figure out how I wanted each pair to fit. It was a bit on the pricey side but not unreasonable considering the quality of work.... $20 of waist alteration and $38 for waist and taper. The one I was most excited about was the pair that needed repair... I was sure Tuan was going to say he couldn't work on them as the fabric was all but about to fail... but he took the job for $15 and worked some magic and they are alive again! The pants were my favorite jeans and aren't sold anymore. I did have a small issue with the repair but Tuan fixed it in 5 minutes and now they fit perfect! The part I cannot stress enough was I recognize how busy they were and how he probably had more important and profitable projects to work on but he still was able to finish my jeans in 5 business days. I took my wedding dress here to be fitted based off of online reviews, and couldn't be happier!! They really know what they are doing - professional in every sense of the word. Quick turn-around time (under three weeks!) with a complicated job that involved removing many seams in order to alter properly. The work is absolutely beautiful. Came in with a very narrow timeline to get my fiancé's suit and my dress altered for our civil ceremony and Tuan got the job done not only on time, but perfectly too! Our garments were altered to fit us and our pictures turned out awesome! He spent a lot of time marking up my fiancé's suit during the fitting, asked him what he liked and if he felt comfortable before finalizing anything. My dress only needed a hem so that was pretty easy. Tuan told us a little bit about him and after listening to his story of when he started tailoring and how he used to make clothes from scratch, I'm not surprised that he's as good as he is. I went in without an appointment on Monday (May 12th) and asked if he could taper two pants, he quickly set the adjustment and asked when I would want to pick it up. Because I'm leaving for San Francisco this Thursday I was wanting to pick it up on the 19th. He happily obliged. I came back the 19th. The pants were PERFECT. I'm the type of person who really looks into reviews and comments so I hope this helps give guidance to people. I literally just got back from this place an hour ago. I live about 30 mins away from this shop and there's plenty of tailors near me but, after comparing the great reviews they have on yelp, I decided it was worth a try. My first impression of this place is that it definitely looks very professional and clean. I came Saturday afternoon requesting alterations on my EMT uniform and begged to have it ready by Monday since I needed to wear it ASAP. Tuan was very accommodating and despite how busy they are, he granted my wishes. I was kind of taken aback with spending $55 on altering a set of shirt and pant but hey Good quality work means you need to spend a little extra. The alterations came out AMAZING! Tuan the taylor is super nice, friendly and has gone out of his way to remember my name by the second time I Went in there (i cant remember the last time a business called me by name, that right there had me sold). And then there's the actual service they provide. an The work is great, the prices excellent and the customer service is what a good business should be. Excellent tailor. Exceptional work. Friendly service. I found San Dimas Tailor over a year ago and Tuan has been my go to tailor since. You can find a tailor in most cities/neighborhoods, but none can compare to San Dimas Tailor. Tuan is truly an expert in his craft, and the only tailor I've worked with that knows how to properly work on a men's suit. Tuan has worked on most of my suits/slacks, getting perfect fitment on new items or correcting poor workmanship previously done by other tailors. Most recently, I needed to get a groomsman suit fixed. The suit was initially tailored by the retailer (small hole in the wall shop). Workmanship was poor resulting in an eyesore of a suit jacket. I rushed it over to Tuan, and he worked his magic. Jacket looks like a million bucks and I couldn't be happier with the result. I recommend San Dimas Tailor without hesitation. Tuan is good, and his customers know it! Downside is default turnaround time of at least 2 weeks. He's always super busy, but can squeeze in a rush job if you need it. read more

I have not gotten anything dry cleaned here, but I did bring a dress in for sewing/alterations. I had ripped a hole in the seam and brought it in to get patched up. Decent price, only took them one day, and their service is very friendly. Upon entering you can tell this is a promising place. I came in to get a pea coat altered and was helped by Tuan. He gave me a thorough explanation of how he would go about altering the parts I wanted changed, assuring me that the coat's design would still remain intact.
