Loved it here! We were looking for dinner spot and found this place. I'm so glad we stopped in! I ordered tea, calamari and the prosciutto pizza. Everything was so fresh and delicious. Came here for a casual dinner with my wife, and it turned into one of those nights where you're reminded why certain places become local staples. We even ran into an old friend who lives nearby, and she confirmed what the vibe already suggested, this is very much a go-to spot for locals. Parking is manageable. There's metered street parking, and if that's tight, there's a paid lot around the corner with plenty of space, which makes things easier. Service was solid. Our waitress had clearly been there a while and carried that local familiarity, comfortable, knowledgeable, and attentive without overdoing it. To drink, I ordered The Perfect Gentleman, and it lived up to the name. You immediately pick up the chamomile aroma, which gives it a really smooth, refined feel. A well-crafted cocktail. We started with the Crema Di Burrata and Arancini alla Piemontese, both were excellent. The burrata was fresh and creamy with just the right balance of seasoning, and the truffle and mushroom risotto balls delivered great flavor and texture. For dinner, we shared the Goat Cheese Pizza. While the combination of walnuts, balsamic red onions, baby arugula, and truffle honey sounded great on paper, it came out a bit on the drier side and felt like it was missing that extra punch to bring it all together. We wrapped up with Hazelnut Chocolate bonbons, which were a nice, sweet finish to the meal. We went in not overly hungry, but between the apps, pizza, and dessert, it ended up being more than enough. My family treated me to Burrata for Mother's Day. I had an incredible time. The drinks are carefully curated by Guerrelllmo the bartender. They are made with fresh fruit ingredients and top shelf liquor. I just love the lime margaritas. The food never fails. I have been going to Burrata for 3 years and the food is always excellent. It was a simple, yet satisfying dish with a slightly sweet tomato sauce and nicely al dente noodles. The J. Sexton and Burrata pizzas were tasty. They both had a deeply charred crust, but still had some softness to them. The J. Sexton featured chilled burrata, which added some interesting texture and dimension. Good Italian restaurant. Came here with large party. They have some good italian dishes, but what i mainly like is the brussel sprouts and the pizzas. The prices are a little on the higher end, but service is really good and I havent had a bad meal. I recommend making a reservation (even weekdays) because this place is always packed during regular dinner hours. read more

DoorDash delivery. I got the soppressata pizza (spicy Spanish sausage, and it was spicy). I also got the Brussels sprouts. I'm giving this spot a five for a couple reasons. One, the food was pretty good, though not the best I've ever had. The pizza was indeed spicy and full of flavor, however had a burned taste to the outer crust (I know this is unavoidable at times with a pizza oven--this was just really pronounced). Also, there was a lot more crust than pizza overall (that's my personal preference). The Brussels sprouts were decent, and I liked the bacon flavor, but they also were a little oily. I realize most Brussels sprouts should have a char, but mine may have had a bit of a bitter burned flavor. Something new I learned from their recipe: it's served with robiolina, which is full-fat cow's milk. It was rich and creamy! I am also rating five stars because I realize I ordered delivery, and this spot looks like it would be great to try in-house. The pasta dishes look delicious: spaghetti, agnolotti with short ribbed filled pasta, butter, and aged balsamic. I'm also enthralled by the thought of tryin the gnocchetti (lamb bolognese, ricotta, pistachios) and the pappardelle (mushrooms, shallots, butter, white wine). They also have sexy looking ravioli, rigatoni. There are several other types of pizza: shrooms and jalapeño, prosciutto, Margherita, goat cheese, and more. I would love to have the zeppole: mini ricotta doughnuts and cream pasticcera. Anyway . . . my delivery was fine. This place has been open for 13 years, and it's had the exact same menu since day one--something that's practically unheard of for a restaurant and chef of a certain caliber. While I understand from a business standpoint that if the menu is selling, if its not broken don't fix it, but as a seasoned customer of Burrata and the industry, I find this restaurant is so damn BORING. On top of it all there no specials. The same monotonous food and no sense of novelty from specials. The excitement I used to feel coming to eat here has now turned into apathy. It feels like the chef/owner only put passion into this restaurant when it opened and hasn't stepped foot in it ever since. Maybe he's doing other things with his life outside of the culinary world with the income this place provides him. Whatever it may be, all I know is this place has a serious lack of creativity and artistic soul. I'm sure this review is not applicable to the average person more so the owner. If you are looking for a nice restaurant for a date, celebration, or just good food that hits the spot, Burrata is the place to go. Started with the fried calamari, grilled octopus, and polpettine. The calamari is fried perfectly and their special sauce is amazing. The grilled octopus had a nice Smokey flavor. My favorite has to be the polpettine. The veal meatballs were tender and the bread is to die for. Nice and toasted, fresh and drizzled with oil. By this time we were full but we ended up getting the soppressatta and pappardelle. Pizza is Neapolitan style. The pasta had great texture and mushroom is just right on it.
