Here's the updated review:…read more Felice in Port Chester is an outstanding restaurant! The food was absolutely excellent--every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. A special thank you to Fabio, the manager, who was truly exceptional. He made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, was attentive throughout our visit, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful dining experience. Stephanie, the hostess, was also wonderful. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and greeted us with a warm smile that made us feel right at home. Great food, outstanding service, and a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend Felice in Port Chester and will definitely be coming back!

It feels like somewhere you can have a nice dinner and still actually relax. The service was excellent. Everyone was attentive and welcoming without hovering, and the meal moved at a comfortable pace. We started with the Il Toscano, and the chicken liver mousse was probably my favorite part. It was rich and smooth, and the Pecorino, olives, salami, and pickled artichokes balanced it out really well. We also had the Gamberi, Vongole e Fagioli with shrimp, clams, and butter beans. I wasn't sure what to expect from the beans with seafood, but it worked. It was savory, comforting, and really good with the bread. The carbonara was rich, flavorful, and filling. The portions overall were much bigger than I expected. We shared everything between two people and still left with leftovers. We also tried the Until Sunset and another zero-proof cocktail that was similar. Both were really good and actually tasted like cocktails, not just juice in a nice glass. Overall, great food, generous portions, really good service, and a beautiful atmosphere. We'll definitely be back.

I'm a tough critic, having worked in restaurants for a decade, so take this seriously: the service was impeccable and the food was perfect. The dining room is lively -- yes, it's noisy -- but that energy comes from a full house of happy diners, which tells you everything you need to know. We started with scallops: buttery, golden-crusted, and exquisitely tender. I had the veal saltimbocca -- one of my favorite dishes anywhere -- and Sergio's version is by far the best I've had. Dessert was a Basque cheesecake with a perfect balance of texture and sweetness. In five years, I have never had a bad meal or a lapse in service here. It isn't cheap, but it is absolutely worth every penny. Ignore the haters.

They also offer an enclosed atrium area, which seemed like a quieter option--but the heat was a bit too high for us, so we chose to sit inside. It was quite loud, so next time I would try the atrium area near the entrance for a more comfortable noise level. One of the highlights right away was the complimentary antipasto: a nice plate of mixed cheeses, olives, and sliced salami, along with a basket of bread. The thin, crispy salted bread was seriously addictive--so good! Paired well with our Aperol Spritz. We started by splitting the fried zucchini flower blossoms stuffed with ricotta, served over tomato sauce. You get two per order; they were good. For entrées, my friend ordered the Pollo Fino--strips of chicken breast topped with asparagus, shrimp, and mushrooms in a white wine citrus sauce. It came with four jumbo shrimp, and she said it was incredibly good. I had the Pappardelle alla Boschiola with prosciutto di Parma and green peas in a pink sauce. It was a generous portion and very tasty. I later noticed the menu included mushrooms, which didn't seem to be in my dish, but I did not catch it at the time. We finished by sharing the Napoleon dessert--my friend had raved about it. The flavor was good, and our server nicely split it for us, but the pastry layers were quite crunchy, making it challenging to eat. Overall, a fun atmosphere with tasty food. They have a big parking lot offering valet service.

The wait staff was patient as some of our party arrived late, serving us with drinks, bread, and taking our app order. A full bar is on location. The food was delicious. There was something for everyone in our large party (including a vegetarian) to enjoy, including a separate list of specials. The portion sizes were perfect. The wait staff was kind and efficient, to which we greatly appreciated, especially traveling from New York. There is beautiful fireplace for any couple looking for a date night. There were several other large parties there as well. Parking in the back. A well deserved trip and especially easy to get to, right of the I-95. A restaurant with a second trip.

The service was good and our server Flavio was very, very nice. The place is very quaint and quiet. I loved the breeze coming through the open windows. It was so New England. The food was okay. It wasn't bad but I've had better at other steakhouses. We ordered appetizers of bacon, clams oreganata, and Caesar salad. Our meal consisted of salmon and mashed potatoes; Bronzino and mashed potatoes; penne al a vodka; and filet mignon with mashed potatoes. Everyone who had the mashed potatoes said they were fire. I didn't care too much for the twist of my penne al a vodka though. My husband cleaned his plate of his Bronzino and broccoli. My granddaughter ate half of her filet mignon and took the rest home. She said it was good.
