Great Mexican restaurant food is authentic but bring your a-game for Spanish because no English here . I have eaten here a few times and it has always been great

    Torts de milaneza de pollo

Food was fine the ambiance was beautiful it was decorated for day of the dead but our waitresses were so rude! They were rolling their eyes at us as when we asked for more tortillas.

Hiram location is the best. Please ask for Carmen, Karin or Anna. They are the best waitresses The food is amazing. The drinks are awesome and I've coming here EVERY Friday since opening day.

San Lucas located in East Camden provided an authentic mexican experience. I have actually ordered from this restaurant several times, but never made it out there until this week. I just recently visited Mexico and was looking for some good authentic Mole that would qwell my sweet, nutty and slightly bitter desires. San Lucas was able to achieve that and more! The decor was pretty great and the service was superb. And now, the FAPS breakdown! Food quality - The food was spectacular and was as authentic of a Mexican experience that youre going to get. I had the mole poblano and my buddies got some burritos and tacos which were also fantastic. The presentation was alright, but the savory flavors made up for it. For dessert we had the tres leches cake, which was nothing to really right home about but wrapped up the night well. Ambiance - Its great for small or big groups and its definitely a casual environment. Big room with several tables, at the front you can check out their beverage selection (get yourself some sugar cane sodas PLEASE) and their desserts. Its got a bit of a cheesy vibe but they make it work. Plenty of street parking in the area! Price - $ - Food is pretty cheap here and the quantity is HUGEEEE. No one else makes this quantity of food. Its the best quantity out there for the price. Anyone else who says they make more is a disgrace. Theyre lying and telling you fake news. (bad attempt at trump ahah) Service - They were very fast and polite. Doesnt particularly scream the cleanest restaurant in the world, but I didnt see anything that really showed it either.

If you really like flavorful Mexican food, you will love this place. They bring out the "nachos" with the refried beans and fresh cheese on top while you're waiting for your main meal to come out. They have red and green sauces - I really liked the spicy green sauce. We tried out a few things - lots of tacos (pork, lamb, and chorizo). The pork was my favorite. I'm glad we tried the lamb, but it was too fatty and chewy. The chicken enchiladas with the mole were sooo good. I would go back just for the smoky and delicious mole sauce. The rice and beans served with it were pretty good. The torta was a little disappointing. It was served on a baguette instead of a torta roll. I'm glad we tried it, but I wouldn't get it again. The food is good, but don't expect your food to come out really hot. Despite some misses in the food, I think overall, this place had some dishes that are worth coming back for. Unrelated, but in terms of location , this place is located in a not so great part of NJ (Camden). You can park right on the main road or a side street and not be too far from the restaurant. There is plenty of foot traffic along the way anyway.

This place is such a gem in the city of Camden. I stopped going to Chipotle in favor of the burritos at San Lucas. I usually get either the chicken quesadillas or the chicken burritos. The burrito here is my ultimate favorite. It comes with pico de gallo, green salsa, and red salsa. With price and size of the portions you end up leaving very satisfied. Everything is fresh, from the soft& savory chicken to the vegetables - i always enjoy getting burritos here. Recently I opted to try the carne asade especial which was also very tasty, but I prefer their chicken dishes to their beef. The parking around here is also a bit more accessible than other places in Camden.

Great fresh authentic Mexican Food. Not so fast food. Everything is made to order using their family recipes! Try the tacos al pastor, mole poblano, piña colada, quesadillas. The menu offer great options. If you are in a rush visit a Mexican Chain but if you want a great home cooked Mexican meal come to San Lucas. Servers don't speak English so be mindful and you will have a delicious meal.

Located on the main strip on Haddon Ave, we wound up here quite by accident. When we walked in, and it was funeral parlor empty. The inside is nice, spacious and super clean, but zero customers had us feeling "uh oh." But our server came around the corner and ushered us into an adjoining room, equally as nice, that had a few other patrons dining. Fears alleviated, we sat down and got to ordering. The menu is great, with something from everyone. We got the birria burrito for me, lobster tacos for the Misses, mac and cheese for the Little One, and a side of Sweet Plantains for everyone. FIRST, god lord almighty....them sweet plantains are MAGICAL! They taste like French Toast. OMG......SOOO good. The rest of the food had an extremely high bar to live up to, and it did. Everything was fast, fresh and delicious. Even the price was tolerable. Our server was extremely nice, though I wish he would have written stuff down, as we had to remind him a couple of times about our requests. No biggie. We will, 100% be back, and if it's anything like last time, I have a feeling Paloma will be moving onto the 5-Star list quickly.

Our entrees on the other hand weren't as great. We both had entrees with carne asada and we agreed that there was something "off" with the steak ... perhaps not as fresh as it should've been or something, we said we'd veer away from it next time we visited ... because we WILL visit again since finding a Mexican restaurant in the area that is NOT a BYOB seems impossible for some reason so, Central Taco & Tequila is now our go to spot lol. Only two downsides are I wish they offered more beers in 16 ounce pours (they have 50+ on draft but typically only offer 20 or so in 16 ounce pour, the rest are 12 ounce) and that the TVs weren't blaring for some of the sports events. This wasn't my first time at Sabrina's, so I already knew the service would probably be a little different with the Mother's Day rush -- and understandably so. Overall, the food was still good! We started with their Blueberry Lavender Lemonade, made with blueberry and lavender, then garnished with fresh blueberries and lemon. It was so refreshing and honestly one of my favorite parts of the meal. For our entrées, I ordered the Shrimp & Grits and added salmon, while my daughter got the Teriyaki Salmon Bowl. For appetizers, we tried one of their "Heated Rivalry" May specials: Shane Hollander's Jambalaya Benedict. It came with shredded potato waffles, two poached eggs, fried shrimp, Creole sauce, smoked beef andouille sausage, pico de gallo, and green onions. Now listen... it looked AMAZING on the menu and had so much potential, but the taste was a little underwhelming for me. The dish came out room temperature, almost like it had been sitting for a while, and I really think it would've hit differently if it had been served hot -- especially the potato waffles. Still, I understand they were extremely busy and trying to accommodate everyone during the holiday rush. Sabrina's is definitely still a local favorite that I'll continue to support.
