The history of the building was pretty amazing. Overall I'm glad we came in; We learned a few things. There is a suggested donation of $3 adults and kids 12 and under free. Considering this visit cost me $3 I'm happy. I don't feel it would be worth much more. I wish there were tours that could show you around as maybe it would be more informative that reading every piece of paper on the walls. Tip: this will only take 30-45 minutes to walk through so plan accordingly...

We went to the Olive Festival during the last weekend it was held. Its located in the same venue…read morethat houses The Lavender Festival at Highland Springs Ranch. Having been to the Lavender Festival over the summer, this Festival was definitely low key in size, vendors, and ambiance which is not a bad thing at all. I was able to really take my time and peruse the area. I didn't feel rushed at all. I'd recommend purchasing the sour dough bread that is exclusive to the Ranch. I was able to purchase their Fig jam, the newest product they were offering. There weren't any food trucks this time around however, the food selections were on par. Definitely take advantage of building your own charcuterie board with their selections of cheeses, meats, and olives. Great wine selections. Because this Festival was markedly smaller, the venue also included a Pumpkin Patch for children with an array of activities and goodies. I brought my niece and nephew and they had fun. They got dressed for the occasion. We took advantage of the chicken egg harvest which included a tour, chicken interaction, and a chicken egg to bring home. Tickets were $7 this year. Free for the kids 12 and under. Parking $5 at the event. No shuttle. Definitely worth the trip for a low key fun weekend.

Struggling to survive and sticking it to the parents to stay in business and charging extra for costumes to pocket the money don't get me started on rhinestone fee that you could buy a bag for ten dollars and get charged for $30. Teachers pick and choose who they work with during class time. I suggest you watch! Half of the older classes are not being recorrected or showed the proper technique. Only who the teacher sees fit. The studio is a clic. Like in high school do favors for the studio and their child gets put front n center . The doors open a half hour before the show and there are drinks and snacks to purchase in the lobby. Every seat is a great location and the seats were very comfortable. The staging and props were gorgeous, and the theater had an intimate and comfortable feel. Before the show some of the actors did a hilarious bit to keep us entertained. They were so personable and created a new and fun dynamic. The show was great and the acting was wonderful. The theater runs on volunteers and was very friendly! We will definitely be back!

Redlands Footlighters has a nice layout for their theatre and comfortable seats. My only issue is that some of the shows in their lineup for their seasons are super archaic and are aimed at older audiences. Personally, the Footlighters need fresh, diverse stories if they want to attract a younger crowd and more fans. Additionally, some productions seem more rushed than others. The mysteries are fun, it's just that more rehearsal is in order for some cast members. Merch is available in the lobby along with a small restroom. Keep an eye out for a interviewer who makes regular appearances. Make your voice heard!

They split our group into 6 smaller groups so that we could rotate through the exhibits with ease. Lasso, black smith, arts and crafts (wildflower seeds), making adobe bricks, "museum" of home life and a history talk. The kids LOVED the adobe brick making. This is kinda messy. Kids are to take off shoes and socks, roll up their pants and mush around in mud. Then they take the mud, mix it with hay and make bricks. After they are done, the students get help with rinsing off the mud and drying off. Great place for 4th and 5th graders.
