Gorgeous venue. It was my first time seeing a concert here. Security was pretty simple and quick. I like that we're able to bring in regular purses or bags. If we have Yaamava bottled water we can bring that in. Otherwise I saw other people pouring their bottles into cups that are readily available at the security check in. I was having trouble downloading my ticket. The staff got a chair for my Veteran friend so she could rest while I panicked to get my tickets. Staff came to offer me help but it was just me having issues typing my password. Officer Cortez was truly an Angel. He's the one who helped my friend with a seat and he really tried to calm me down. I wish I could have thanked him AFTER I quit sweating and got in the venue. My friend bought me a soda because I needed it! The bartender was super friendly and sweet. We were there early enough so service was quick. We were in the far right, 3rd row. KUDOS to having no stairs for the bottom seating. Most venues you have to walk down to floor seats. There were plenty of staff to help with seating. The chairs were pretty comfortable. The rows had enough leg room. I'm 5'6" and I was comfortable. Some places my knees are pressed against the seat. I like that we had cup holders for all the seats. The venue seemed small enough that every seat was a good view. I thought I would be too far stage right but it was a great view. I came with my friend for the Maoli event. Overall, great theater and experience. We came on Thursday, and it wasn't that busy. We were able to get in and out of the parking lot really fast. The seats are really comfy and in the higher section, section 202, the view was great. I was able to get a cocktail for $16, which I think is pretty fair for a venue. The staff were super accommodating and giving us directions on where to go. The parking is free and we parked at the north parking lot, which is closest to the theater. Nice sized theater, comfortable spacious seats and isles. You can enter from the first or second floor of the casino. They have some pretty big TV around the stage area that displays visual effects while the performance is going on. They sell drinks at the concession stand in the theater, I noticed the beers in the theater are double the price of what you can get on the casino floor and the selection is a little limited compared to the casino. read more

Great-sized theater with big screens and great sound! You can enter through either the first or second level. The first level also has merchandise available for purchase. They sell drinks inside, but you can also bring drinks in from the outside bars, which are much cheaper, FYI! There are also plenty of attendants around to help with seating if needed. Hands down, one of the best venues around! There truly isn't a bad seat in the house, from front row to the back, even the VIP seating. No matter where you sit, you'll have a great view and an amazing experience. The VIP section is especially nice with food, dessert, soda, and water included, which really adds to the overall experience. The staff is constantly checking on us! I love the chocolate we get after it's just a little bonus. Like most venues, the merch and bar lines can get a bit long, but they're absolutely worth the wait. The bartenders are friendly and actually know how to make a good drink, not watered down, but not overdone either. Huge plus! The restrooms are always clean and well maintained, and the VIP bathrooms are my personal favorite. Seating in the front rows is the most comfortable; as you go higher up it does feel a bit more snug, but nothing that takes away from the experience. Security deserves a shoutout, they're on it! They make sure everyone is in their correct seats, are very helpful, and keep a close eye on everything to ensure a smooth and safe event. The Yaamava' Theater is a beautiful venue. I've had the pleasure of seeing several major artists here, including James Taylor, John Legend, and Mariah Carey, just to name a few. Located within the Yaamava' Resort & Casino at San Manuel in Highland, California, the theater opened in April 2022, so it's current. It's a state-of-the-art venue that feels both intimate and impressive. With a capacity of around 3,000 seats or so, it's exactly the kind of space I love, big enough for energy, but small enough to feel close to the performance/performer. A great view. Yaamava' Theater hosts a diverse lineup of artists and events, so be sure to check their website for the latest schedule. If you're local or in the area, I highly recommend buying tickets at the box office. They often have seats that aren't listed online, and you can usually avoid the added service fees. The box office is located on the second floor by the Enclave and is open daily from 12 PM to 6 PM, good to know! I went after hours, so I'm sparing you the frustration. There are plenty of dining options inside the casino, ranging from casual to upscale, and parking is free, which is always a plus when tickets are pricey. The venue does not allow outside food or drinks, but they do sell both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at reasonable prices, all things considered. They also offer a very limited selection of snacks for purchase, so plan accordingly. Pro tip: If it's close to the first of the month, allow extra time, many people have just received their checks and the casino floor, especially the slots, can get very busy...sad, but true. read more

Been here several times the last two years for concerts. All the employees are great, especially the ushers, who are extremely helpful in escorting you to your seats. It has fairly comfortable seating with a good amount of leg room, and there is an unobstructed view of the stage from any seat. We recently saw an awesome Marilyn Manson show here. It was our first time at the venue, but I would return in a heartbeat. It's inside the casino, so parking/Uber/access is no sweat. The theater is reasonably intimate, with a nice layout. The sound is great. The bass might short out your pacemaker. We had mid-priced seats, but the view was fantastic. I don't think there's a bad seat in the house. Very clean. The staff is friendly. They inspect your bags but don't get overly intrusive. Alcohol is a bit pricy, but I guess that's to be expected. This is the worst venue ever. If you want to have good memories of the performer you see, don't see them here. The good: clean, good bar, lots of security, shiny finishes in the concourse, good sound quality. The not good: The venue completely sucks the energy out of the crowd. The venue has seats that do not flip up so there's no room for in and out or dancing in your space. Also, if you try to dance/stand in the aisle, security will tell you to return to your seat. Basically, you have to sit in your chair for the show. It's terrible. I felt sorry for the performers. Also, there is no general admission so no energy up in front of the stage, rather there are "premium," bigger seats at the front of the stage, which totally kills the vibe. Had an opportunity to be invited by a college friend to see The Apo Hiking Society concert . A Filipino music band group who is celebrating 50 years in the music business. Acoustics for concert not too loud to the ears. The only drawback are the spotlights from the stage . Occasionally during the duration of the concert, the very bright stage roving lights were directly focused on my eyeballs and blinking almost blinded my sight for few minutes !!! It was frightening experience !!! The Theater has VIP seatings which they call suites. We were seated at Suite 8 that seated exclusively at least 24 audience ! As we entered the suite located on the second floor , we were handed an exclusive lanyard by the staff and were seated on our assigned seats Our location was like a third level balcony of the House! Our VIP suite was provided a cucumber salad, variety slices of fruit tray and a buffet server that had white steamed rice and beef stew. Cold Fiji water bottles and soda cans were availble in a mini fridge... what a nice hospitality and treat !!! read more

This was the first time I have seen a concert at Yaamava Theater and I was really impressed with the venue. I arrived at the entrance about 15 minutes before show time and I quickly got through the short line and security. Once you enter, there are bars on both the left and the right and the lines were very short. I sat on the floor level center stage about 15 rows up from the stage and my seats were easy to find and provided a great view. There are two very large video screens on both sides of that stage that were utilized very well. Even if you are sitting in the top section, those large screens should give you a good view of the stage. The theater has a very cozy feel and I thought it seemed like a small venue but I was very surprised to discover that it has double the capacity of Pechanga Theater which I have been to a few times. The sound mix was perfect, no muddy sound at all and you could hear the vocals and each instrument very distinctly. My only gripe is that there is not much spacing between rows of seats. If somebody in the middle of the row needs to exit, you almost have to stand on your chair or the whole row has to exit for them to get through. I'm definitely looking forward to seeing more shows here in the future. If you sign up for their Club Serrano card and get on their mailing list, they periodically have free tickets for some shows. read more

The sound system here tho. Although a much bigger venue than say, House of Blues in Anaheim, I could not get over how great the sound was carrying throughout! It just made the Red Hot Chili Peppers show that much more incredible. Seating is actually more spacious and comfortable than I've experienced at other venues. Definitely loved our cup holders sitting on the pony wall in front of us, rather than on the seat arm (we sat in section 301, row F, seats 18 & 19). Our area was nice and clean too. There are concession stands on each floor so you don't have to go far for a drink. Speaking of drinks, pricing is on the high side, but it's typical at any concert venue. The best part (for us at least) is after the show, we spilled out into the casino floor, gambled some money away, and then had a late dinner at one of their restaurants nearby. Convenience is my game. We keep checking the events line up because we're itching to go back soon! Hopefully, they'll have rooms available for us to stay there next time... read more

The concert hall is located on the second floor of the casino, making it a high-traffic area. There's a security check at the entrance, and while I didn't notice many restrooms, the venue itself was nice. I like the Yaamava Theatre, first time here and I will be back. It's easy to get in through security and find your seats. I did go to the bar to get a Roy Rogers that was good! This was my first time here since they converted the theatre from San Manuel. I went to see the comedian Eddie Griffin and had a marvelous time. I didn't order any food but it looked very good and people said it was. I ordered a Shirley Temple drink and it was refreshing. The atmosphere is captivating inside. Very contemporary with nice big-size comfortable chairs with cup holders. Enough space for your legs to stretch and very clean. Every seat is a good seat. Great place to see any kind of entertainment. Highly recommend you go to an event at this theatre. You will love it. Note: You can't take any pictures inside once inside the theatre. :) read more

We saw Miranda Lambert and the sound and light show was superior to Bakkt theater in Vegas. All staff were friendly and helpful. The theater is not too large, so not a bad seat and excellent sound. Mezzanine may be too far back for me though. Restrooms super clean with staff keeping it up during busy times. Drinks were premixed from bottles, not too good but LARGE. You want to come early to deal with the parking, shuttle or walk a bit. That's a bad design overall. We will go back to this theater for sure. read more

Went here to see Primus perform (Rock Band) and wasn't impressed with the theater. The employees were friendly and the seats were comfortable fold up chairs but overall I would return. The overall sound was horrible and not loud enough. There was no bass you could feel as there is in other concert venues. Also the mics were not clear and I couldn't even hear the singer clearly and I was up front. The lighting was a joke with flashing on and off and the lasers and smoke machines need to be adjusted. There were one color and the smoke was going off the whole time and was wayyy too much. The drink stand was all the way at the top and the drinks were $18+ each and the "free" casino waters weren't free they charged Overall I'd much rather go to an outdoor concert where it is loud, you can have fun and see the fire pyrotechnics, pump up the volume and bass, have fun and drink, etc... Not to mention the parking is a mission and to walk all the way through the casino to the 2nd story and to get out. I guess a plus would be free parking.. read more

I was sent an offer for free Carrie Underwood tickets. I went to Yaamava and picked up the voucher for the tickets.(on 8/19/25 for the 9/5/25 concert).The first day you could get the voucher. We got to Yaamava at 3 pm for the 8 o'clock show. Only to be told there were no tickets left!! I've been to a lot concerts at other casinos and never been told this. I give them my ID and players card and they come back with my tickets in a envelope. I will not be returning to this casino again. It's worth driving 30 minutes to one of the other 3 or 4 Casinos that treat you better than Yaamava. It seems to the method for tickets is for you to make 3 trips out to their casino. You know the cliche "fool me once " never again will I step foot in Yaamava. To many better places to gamble and see great entertainment. read more

Watched 2 shows here at Yaamava' Theatre this year. Kevin Hart a few months back which was a great comedy show and Mariah Carey's Christmas show a few days ago. I really enjoy watching shows at this theatre because it is a smaller and intimate venue. The seats are pretty roomy and the views are awesome. We've saw in the 200 section and the 100 section and had no complaints! The line ups of musicians and comedians being booked at Yaamava' continues to grow throughout the year. Horrible experience. I will never come back here. We had tickets to John Mulaney and we were turned away because my son is 17. This was his Christmas present...Merry Christmas. We've been to other shows at casinos and there was no problem. Nowhere in the ticketing process was the 21 year old age limit mentioned. The staff was unhelpful and lied to us about the reason for the policy claiming it was a federal law. The box office manager was particularly cold and unwilling to help. I've never been more disappointed in a customer service experience. No refunds, no sympathy, no solutions, no help, no smiles, just pass the buck and hope you leave. There was another father/daughter turned away that had traveled from Washington state to watch the show. Cold blooded, no help at all. The staff knows this policy is a problem and admitted it happens all the time. Please do not relive my experience. Save yourself and go to any other casino in California. On the bright side, at least we got to sit in a huge line of cars to get into the parking garage, we will always cherish that time we had together. read more

We came to see John Fogerty from Credence Clear Water Revival play with his sons on stage. The event was packed and the sound was great. If you want to drink buy it outside in the casino area before going in because they cost less. I can't believe how many great classic songs they had and he played all their hits. read more

Update 10/23 Great update. I went to see a concert, 311. Great service, busy as always. Parking was easier this time around. The food was amazing, and the bbq and Asian fusión were delightful. The arena was huge clean, and the service was top notch . Unfortunately, we went on Labor Day weekend, and it was packed. took us a while to find parking however we eventually did. The staff people were nice, the place was very clean. It took us a while to find a slot machine for my girl. we actually sat in the music lounge that opened up at 8:30 pm and were able to hear lots of eighties - music . drinks were very strong, tasty, and well priced read more

It's a good venue. I went to see The Killers back in September of 2023. The venue is smaller than most. I didn't have many options to see the band in So Cal last year, so Yaamava took advantage of me with pricing, nevertheless the atmosphere was fun. Great lighting, great sound. One minor gripe is you have to dig your way through practically the entire casino just to get to the Theater itself. They have overpriced drinks and snacks before entering which I guess you could call convenient. The seating is great, I was on the upper level in the first row so I had an extra "armrest" on the ledge. I live 2 hours west of the entire area, so I wouldn't mind going back to see another show there, but it would have to be a similar scenario where the artist or band isn't playing venues closer to my home. read more
