COVID Rating: Average Staff are wearing masks and customers are required to wear masks. The Self Check Out kiosks are being cleaned and wiped down between customers. The dressing rooms are closed. Better keep your receipt! Now I have to return. I appreciate the Recycling bins located at the front. Target accepts more types of items for recycling than most retailers at an individual store. Items include bottles; plastic or glass and aluminum cans. Electronics- Cell Phones and MP3 players (Generation Z, google it or ask Siri). Also plastic bags and wrap and films (that usually cover the other plastic containers in which your goods are stored since America is obsessed with plastic)

I generally like this Target. It is usually clean and the employees are mostly friendly and helpful. I realize that we are living in strange times. There was a sign on the outside door that said they were limiting purchases of some items, which I agree with. Unfortunately there was no paper towels, toilet tissue, bleach, hand soap, hand sanitizer, disinfecting wipes, frozen vegetables. I'm not sure what people do that do not hoard products. Also, I don't purchase their clothing, although some are cute, as they fall apart quickly.

I have 2 Targets about equal distance from my home. I have always preferred this location. The store is extremely clean and organized. Right now they are going through a remodel and their store is still clean, I'm amazed! The customer service I have received there is far above what I have received at other Target stores. Anytime I have asked about an item that I can not find, they check the computer to see stock levels not only at their store but other local Targets. I've had an employee that was clocked out take a moment to show me the location simply because I looked lost. I've asked them questions that I didn't expect them to have the answer to like "Why is my app not working?" Not only did the associate find someone that could help me (I was honestly expecting a phone number to the tech department at corporate) but I got a short lesson on some feature I didn't know was available on the app. The store is going through a remodel and I love what I have seen so far! It is getting the update it so badly needed.

50%, 75%, 90% OFF is a challenging time for after Christmas retail. Is it just that they do not want to store until next year or do the like the game to close up the year. You know who was not having a good day in order pickup/exchange/returns last night or today. Going forward, we do not like any energy vampires in any retail venue, also we almost do not shop at this store as we do not want to return on her shift. The next day, when that same in customer service employees goes on break, her replacement is much different in style, the atmosphere changed and we brought some returns. The register was not crediting one at a time??? Why does Managment keep people where they do not belong, better yet why do people work were they do not like their job. Make it an ideal world: please go find your passion and go do it. Sabrina was perfect as she and her coworker took care of customer service, efficient and patient and enjoyed there job, had fun with the customers. You just remodeled your store, so why not remodel the few unfriendly bored staff(it's just a few and if you ask anyone who, they can tell you who). Thanks Sabrina, you saved the score

The Quest for Righteous Skivvies... I'm a long-time shopper at Target (pronounced "tar-zhay", of course), but never have I had so many different storefronts to choose from as when living in the Phoenix metropolitan area. As a matter of a fact, I didn't even know this Target existed until I decided I needed to explore the hidden strip malls and unfamiliar terrain that is Gilbert. To no avail, I had already visited two other Targets to find more XL Champion long boxer-briefs, my newest discovery and must-haves for total workout comfort. See, I've always been kind of a fat boy, so my thighs rub together and chafe during sessions on the treadmill or when running. I thought I had conquered this nuisance by wearing compression (yes, spandex) shorts under my workout shorts, but that solution only predicated a new irritation... to my precious man-junk. The spandex shorts I was wearing have a longitudinal seam that acts as a crosscut saw on my satchel. It was becoming a huge deterrent to the frequency of my workouts, as it required a bit of recovery between sessions... and the application of a soothing salve. Target to the rescue! This Target store had a decent inventory of the prized undergarments I sought. It must be the superior engineering of the "tech performance mesh pouch" that has brought me (and my boys) enhanced comfort and ventilation. With fresh grundies in tow, I am now able to make the following pledge to my scrotum: "You, who have suffered so much for so long, shall no longer be mistreated by a poorly-engineered garment! For I have spared you from an inevitable shredding, in a cool, dry comfort fit and supportive environment. Never again will you suffer such agony, for the pouch art with you. Amen."

The customer service workers are damaging and opening property before selling it, decreasing and damaging the value of the items immensely!

A few times, some other customers standing outside with me agreed it's too hot to stand and wait and we all left and drove away. If you are the owner, please check in to see why this store is always opening late (says 11am but sometimes is 11:15 or so). If you plan on coming here to shop, just know that if you get here right at 11 when they open, doors might be shut, lights off and no sign of life for a little. It's becoming a trend here. And in the summer, most customers want to get their shopping done early in the day before it's hot.

A one-star rating honestly feels generous for our experience with Norwood…read more We purchased over $20,000 in bedroom furniture and blinds from this store. Unfortunately, the bed (approximately $3,800) has been a major and ongoing problem, and other items such as the nightstands and dressers also have drawers that do not align properly. At the time of purchase, we were only shown a photo of the bed and were assured that it could be customized at the factory. That never happened. Instead, the store chose to modify the bed themselves at their warehouse, without consulting us about the details and not in the manner we had requested. The result was a bed that was painted a color we did not choose and that does not work with our décor. Even worse, the modification changed the design from a platform bed into something entirely different, which created a structure with sharp corners that jut outward from the frame. This has created a serious safety concern in our home. My husband and I regularly hit our legs on these corners and are constantly dealing with bruises. I also explained to the store that I suffer from seizures, which makes these protruding corners particularly dangerous. A fall or loss of balance during a seizure could result in serious injury because of the way the bed frame now extends outward. When we asked to return the bed due to these issues, we were told we absolutely could not because the store had already spent money customizing it. A second major issue is the bed base itself, which appears to have been built with very little support and started squeaking almost immediately. This raised concerns about the stability and durability of a nearly $4,000 bed. To his credit, the store manager did visit our home and suggested a solution: installing a metal support base to stabilize it. We agreed to this fix. However, the night before the installation we were informed that we would be charged approximately $250 for the support. In other words, we were asked to pay additional money to correct a structural issue with a brand-new bed that was already improperly modified and delivered in a color and design we did not approve. We declined to pay for the fix, and the owner, Brian Brundrett, refused to absorb the charge. We are now left with a bed that: * Was modified without our input * Is painted a color we did not choose * Is no longer the platform design we originally purchased * Has protruding corners that cause frequent bruising and present a major safety risk * Has inadequate base support For a purchase of this size, we expected better craftsmanship, better communication, and a company willing to stand behind its products. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience. Based on our experience, I would strongly urge others to think carefully before purchasing from Norwood. Given the safety issues and the fact the bed was delivered differently than represented, we are now exploring consumer protection and warranty options.

We've purchased from Potato Barn multiple times over the years, and when we look for additional items, they are the first we go to. Our first purchases from them were over ten years ago, and each item has withstood the test of time both in quality and endurance. One of the fantastic things about Potato Barn is that what is available today, may not be there in a month - they rotate and include new things on a regular basis. When we bought our middle eastern style wood entertainment center, we put a deposit on it, arranged for delivery, made the purchase - and to this day, that piece has never been back to the showroom.
