Firestone wanted to charge me $60 and refused to use my bulb (apparently it's against their policy). I went to Encinas and they were able to tell me when they could work on my car. Since it was the same day, I asked them to rotate my tires as well. I sat in their waiting area working on my laptop and they were done in under 30 minutes. I used to take my car to the AZ Christian Brothers regularly and always trusted their service, so I was happy to see a location here in Tulsa as well. An issue did come up during my visit, but when I brought it to their attention, management took it seriously and went above and beyond to make it right. They truly stand by their word and their work.
