They do not respond after the sale and do not honor their guaranty. Do NOT use Energy Advantage unless you are still willing to spend hundreds of dollars a year on supplemental electricity! Both times I was impressed by their knowledge and ability to explain the fix to our problem. In the most recent case John who is the manager/owner was able to explain over the phone how to troubleshoot to find the cause of our thermostat losing power. He walked me through safely identifying the fuse on the power converter. This saved us a lot of money in having a technician come out for this time. These guys are also the Rheem hot water heater repair technicians for our area. I believe some people might be rating them poorly because they have to operate within the Rheem guidelines for warranty repair. In my two experiences with them I found them to have amazing knowledge of water heaters, HVAC, and electrical. I would recommend working with them. The guy who described them as "Old School" was exactly right, in that they have the right experience and work ethic.
