We purchased a custom storm door for $3500 March 5, 2024, right from the beginning there were…read moreissues. We were told the door would take up to 6 months to be finished and installed. After it was installed the handle and lock kept falling off. We had to wait several months for that repair to be done and the issue was never resolved. We had to tighten the handle ourselves. At the beginning of this year the door would not close. We called and were given an appointment in the beginning of April and the repair guy said that a bolt needed (arm) .We hadn't heard anything yet so we called today and were told that there is a limited warranty on locks, mechanisms etc of only 1 year. We checked the contract and it says limited but didn't specify how long. We were told that we would need to pay $$$ up front for the whole kit for them to replace the bolts. We would not recommend using this company due to the delays and poor custommer service that you would experience. They called us June 10th 2026 and said the part was in and scheduled the repair for 7/6/2026. Then I received several messages saying they had a question for me. I returned the call about 7 times and got a voicemail. I finally told them to ask the question and I would leave the answer on their voicemail. Then on June 29,2026 I received a call that they had 4 repair technicians quit and needed to reschedule for today July 21,2026 between 8:00-12:00. I hadn't heard from the repair technician (11:24) called and held 24 minutes to be told by (Theresa -Denver office) they couldn't locate our part and they would need to reorder the part (rush order) and will call us when the part is received. She will also have a supervisor call back (Jessica or Jonathan Farmer). We could have replaced the door 7 times from Home Depot or Lowe's with all the issues with Champion. If I could give minus stars I would have.

Contract was signed May 2024 and upon installation of the sliding glass back door in September, it was discovered there was a leak with water coming into our house through the unsealed dog door. A new door was ordered October 2024 and we received an ETA March 2025. March came and went and was notified in April a new door had to be ordered again since the dog door was not installed. June 2025 I was told the new door was in and correct, but they could not schedule due to it being a 2-man job. Scheduled installation was set for July 2025 and was CANCELLED SAME DAY- saying there was no dog door installed. I got in touch with a regional manager who just kept going back and forth. They sent out an individual to seal the door, but it could not be sealed due to the lock door being in the way. August 2025 THIRD DOOR was ordered. I reached out with pictures and videos of my damaged hardwood floors as there were 4-5 planks warped and separation of the planks due to water damage. Champion sent out 3 individuals to take pictures, measurements of the damage and all AGREED that this was done from the leak in the door. Everyone first was saying they needed to measure the moisture level under the planks, but I told them this has been going on for over a year and a half, the damage was done. I had 3 different companies come out to review the damage of what planks needed to be replaced and I was being told it would be a 2-3K job due to needing to replace, sand and stain which would be hard to match the current stain so it would be best to do the whole main floor. Champion called and ADMITTED fault and offered me $200 in Visa gift cards. I said this was nothing for the damage caused by their product and they said they would review again to see what they could do. A day later I got an email saying they weren't taking fault due to the age of my home and the damage was already there. WHAT A joke of a company!

Mike and the team at Superior were really great to work with. We received quotes from 2 other…read morecompanies in the Denver area, but when Mike visited I knew they were the right fit for us. He felt both genuine and knowledgeable, and that proved out over the quoting process and engagement. While the wait for our windows took a little longer than we had hoped, Mike was really responsive and when the window did arrive installation was scheduled immediately. I'd wholeheartedly work with them again and recommend them to others!

After getting four quotes, I came to realize that each company pretty much has one type of siding they recommend and install. For one company we interviewed it was LP (engineered wood), for two companies it was Hardie (fiber cement), and for the last company, Superior Industries, it was a material we hadn't heard of before: Gentek ALIGN Composite Cladding (aka Alside ASCEND Composite Cladding). I was initially skeptical because I hadn't come across it in my research. How good could it be? Turns out, amazing. Really glad I called Mike to come take a look, as otherwise we would have ended up spending a lot more to get a not-quite-as-good product. Superior Industries replaced all of our siding, soffits, and facia, and aluminum-wrapped all new trim boards for us. They did precise, high-quality work and it really shows. Communication was good throughout and the guys who did the work were friendly and competent. Mike only has a couple teams, so these guys have been with him for many years and really know their stuff. They listened to everything I had to say, they consulted me when there were any decisions to be made, and they answered all my questions. Everything looks great and we are very pleased.

I've had WestPro come quote the same job twice, once in 2023 and once in 2025. It was two very…read moredifferent experiences to the point of being hard to believe it's the same company. The job is for removal and replacement of soffits, fascia, gutters and downspouts on a 1-story ranch with 200 linear feet of gutters. In 2023 a woman came out, did the walk through and then sent me a quote with details about the materials, a cost breakdown for each part of the project - quantity and cost for removal of gutters, removal of downspouts, installation of gutters, installation of downspouts. It was very professional (I work with contractors and job bids for a living) and provided all the necessary details of the cost. In 2023 they refused to address the soffit and fascia so I declined to move forward with them. In 2025 a man came out, did the walk through and then insisted on setting up a follow up appointment to walk through the project quote. I did not receive the info packet ahead of time and was disappointed by what I received - a detailed project description for siding work (presumably for the soffits and fascia but the material was specific to siding installation which isn't relevant to either of those locations) with no scoped quote for any aspect of the project. There were no details of the materials to be used or breakdown of the cost specifics. The dollar amounts were hand written into a spec sheet of "good / better / best" (photo attached because I don't even know what to call it, it's definitely not a job quote). I understand that materials costs have changed significantly and the job might cost more today than two years ago, but if you're going to waste my time with a second meeting to quote the job, actually quote the job. So your experience with WestPro may entirely depend upon the person you randomly end up with as your project coordinator. Homeowner be wary. I'll update this review when I've heard back with legit quotes and decisions on a path forward. For now it's a very unimpressed meh.

There is no extra "trim coil" at the top to fill the opening. (note: some trim coil is required around any window frame along with insulation and sealant.) I am updating my rating to 4/5 to account for the trouble I had convincing them this was the right thing to do. Kudos to Lifetime Windows for ultimately replacing this at their expense. I will report the same to the BBB. FYI, nobody asked me to update my review. I only want to be fair and complete. The windows they sold me are very nice. The window itself was never in question; just a problem with my measure and install.

The biggest reason I would not recommend Lifetime is because of the corporate office. From the start, the process was very disorganized. The sales person lied about what they would do. Their office regularly ignored or gave us terse answers. The project took a year from start to finish and all along the way I felt like I was the project manager - he was mostly absent. Around the 1 year mark, while we still had no completed permit, several known outstanding issues and no walk-through or sign-off they amazingly started emailing, calling and sending us threatening letters. I never knew they could communicate so well! I promptly responded, explaining my concerns and what I expected for them to receive the final payment. My emails went unanswered but a QA person kept calling my wife for some reason. Finally I was able to connect with him, and against my better judgement, I had a few phone calls with him. He promised to sort everything out and stop the threatening letters. The letters kept coming and yet nobody came to fix the problems. I kept responding in writing as I was now thinking we were going to have a legal showdown. After some more time, they finally called again (my wife, not me) and setup a time to come 'review the complaints'. In person, they were very nice and patient as we outlined all the outstanding work. Again, they verbally agreed to fix the issues and halt the nasty letters. I didn't hold my breath. After a few more weeks they did finally come back out and fix the issues. I have to say they did a decent job and overall the windows/doors look nice. Why they couldn't have done that in the first place I have no idea but the whole process left a sour taste in our mouth. Of course we immediately made the final payment and we haven't heard from them again - no apology, no check in. The process was a mess and the communication was horrible. I don't know why they even hire project managers because ours never showed and never got involved. And one 'master' installer was so sloppy and speedy that he ruined all the good work the other guys did.
