They give AMAZING hair cuts and their attention to details is impressive. This barbershop is a gem in a world of a chain chop shops and appointments required. I'm always happy to stop at a shop that reminds me of life before smartphones and rush, rush, rush. Now that I am fully vaccinated, the first thing I was looking for was a real haircut and found The Gentleman's Barbershop on Yelp. It got good rating and very close to my house. Gave them a call and was able to get an appointment right away. The lady who cut my hair certainly took her time, more than 20 minutes. I used to get haircuts that cost more and took half the time to finish. I am definitely very satisfied with the outcome, and regret I didn't come here sooner. I will definitely be back.

Although my…read morehair cuts are pretty simple as I just get a buzz, from observing others and the rest of the staff I can say that they seem to want to give people what they want and take the time to ask questions about how they are feeling about the progression of their styling or cuts. Being either a walk in or from an appointment, I have never really had to wait longer than about 20 minutes from time in which is pretty good I think. The prices as far as I think are pretty decent as well with easy ways to pay and tip which is nice, as I don't need cash as older barbershops tend to deal in. My only real complaint which is more of an observation, is that the young girls tending to the front desk just really dont seem to care all that much and just kind of space out playing on their phones instead of paying attention to what else might be going on. I can't really fault them being an assumed minimum wage reception job without a whole lot of responsibility, but a little personality every now and then goes a long way as they are the first person someone deals with. The rest of the staff being the stylist and barbers are all really nice and friendly and strike up conversations as you're going on and even care enough to remember the last conversation you had when you were in before which is kind of nice being able to form at least a small bond with them.

The woman continued to work there after essentially assaulting me. The management didn't care, no one cared. The word trauma is thrown around a lot these days, but this has traumatized me. I will never forget what she looks like. I will never forget her attitude or what she did to me. I came in wanting 2 inches off my hair during my kids nap. I had to cancel family pictures for over a year. Floyds did not care.
