True REST Float Spa 1293 North Peachtree Parkway…read morePeachtree City, Georgia 30269 I truly wanted to love this place, especially after my first visit -- which was amazing. I even left them an excellent review at that time. Unfortunately, everything after that has been a train wreck. My second visit was a disaster. There was a new, clearly undertrained employee who didn't know how to start the required orientation video. During my float, the lights (which should have been off) were blindingly bright, and there was no relaxing music. I had asked to purchase shower slippers but was never brought them. Something else I noticed was a drastic difference in the float itself. On my very first visit, I could feel the salt on my skin -- it left a visible residue afterward, and I floated effortlessly. But on a later visit, I didn't float the same way, didn't feel the salt on my skin at all, and didn't get the deep therapeutic effect I had come for. When I asked the attendant, she told me they constantly have to add water and that the salt ratio might not always be consistent. That was extremely disappointing -- especially when you're paying for a float experience that should be reliable every time. At one point, I canceled and rescheduled an appointment, only to wake up the next morning with a surprise $25 charge on my account. The district manager did call and issue a credit, which I appreciated. But the problems didn't stop there. On my next scheduled float, I drove over an hour from Barnesville, only to be told their computer system was down -- and because it controls the floats, they couldn't honor any appointments. That was incredibly frustrating. Another major issue is their lack of accessible customer service. No one ever answers the phone. You're automatically sent a text message and expected to handle all communication that way, even cancellations. Despite canceling my membership through text, I woke up this morning to find I'd been charged for another month. I understand that things happen beyond our control, but this has become a pattern. Poor training, communication issues, technical failures, inconsistent float conditions, and inadequate customer support. At this point, I cannot recommend True REST Float Spa in Peachtree City. I give them a 1-star rating. They have a lot of work to do if they want to be a company people can trust to deliver a consistent, relaxing experience.

So I was referred to this spot buying someone at work so I gave it a shot. Is it a shopping mall…read morestrip parking lot and it's free parking. There's a few other places here but this is the only spot like that in the shopping area. You come in and you're greeted at the door for check-in. It's really simple and easy, and they started on time. I had a 5:00 reservation, by 5:00. I was walking back. They have a number of specials there that you can pick from them on the list and all of the prices are very very reasonable. You'll come in in there. It's very soft music playing in the background. Even though typically I would have my earbuds in. But the environment is very nice and peaceful regardless. I got a foot and a full body massage. Again, all of them started on time, and we're very thorough. For the foot massage. You'll sit in the chair for a half hour and they'll use hot towels and oils and everything along those lines to get you together. Then they'll give you slippers to go elsewhere if you have something else that you're doing. It was a great massage. Next up walking to the massage table room, it worked out really well. You'll go and disrobe and they'll get you together with hot oils and stones and things like that to make sure it's a good experience. I also appreciate it the inquiry to whether it was something else that could have been done, for example, making sure that you had two little or more pressure if it was needed. They also had hot towels and a hot stone rub as well which was really good. And the end you get tea or water and you pay with the ticket that was given, and you're out the door. A very easy peasy situation. I thought they were very professional and very pleasant to be around. I would definitely go back.

I've been a client here for several years, and recently I made an honest mistake while…read morescheduling--resulting in me missing my appointment and showing up the following day, thinking that was the correct time. I fully accept that the scheduling error was mine, and I understand the policy of charging for missed appointments regardless of the reason. What disappointed me was realizing afterward that I had paid for a full hour and yet no one took two minutes to call and check on me, confirm whether I was on the way, or even let me know I had missed the appointment. A simple call would have made a huge difference: I would have known I'd made a mistake, been aware a charge was pending, and I wouldn't have left work early the next day thinking I still had an appointment. What felt especially ironic was that in the past few months, I have had two same-day cancellations from Float Robins due to issues with the therapist. I didn't complain at all--I gave them grace and kept scheduling. So to then be told that "things occasionally come up with the therapist," while not allowing the same understanding for a loyal client, felt unfair. Things come up for clients too. Why is that acceptable for the service provider, but not the customer? I shared my experience on Facebook, suggesting that a quick courtesy call for late arrivals would be helpful. The owner commented publicly, referencing my "bad" (but honest) Google review and claiming I booked again afterward--which was not true. I had booked with a different business. I found it unprofessional for the business owner to try and publicly shame a customer, rather than accepting feedback and showing appreciation for years of loyalty and continued support despite inconsistent communication on their end. At this point, I won't be returning. I want to support businesses that value their clients as more than just a missed-appointment fee. My hairdresser would have called. My doctor's office would have called. The personal touch matters, especially in a small business--and unfortunately, it's missing here.

4/24/26 This place is absolutely HEAVENLY!! I got a 60…read moreminute float, a 60 minute Therapeutic massage, and a 30 minute Halotherapy. The float: an absolute dream! I honestly felt completely weightless and could feel my anxiety slipping away. Not going to lie, it took me a few minutes to get used to floating naked. There's a button to change the colors or turn it off (I had it on blue), you can either float in silence or have music playing (I had music). They supply bathrobes, towels, and earplugs for the float. The shower they had me use before and after was clean. The shampoo, conditioner, and body soap for the shower smelt amazing. The massage: I've never had a massage before and I'm mad at myself it took me so long to get one! She asked me if I had any areas that needed to be targeted and I informed her that I carry my stress on my neck and shoulders. She made 25+ years of stress melt away like it was never there in the first place! The room itself was dark, warm, and inviting. There was a sound machine playing therapeutic music and I swear I dozed off at one point. Halotherapy: it felt like I was sitting on a beach chair, listening to the waves, and breathing in the salt air. They had a peppermint oil diffuser on, a fan blowing, and a projector that was displaying stars and moons. The weighted blanket that was provided was just the right weight for me. I finished my float a little early so I got to experience the glow room. It has an entire wall of LED flicking candles with the most comfortable chairs, pillows, and weighted blankets I've ever experienced. They also had a sound machine playing rain sounds (which is my all time favorite relaxation sound). I never wanted to leave that room! All in all, I wish I could give this place and my experience more than 5 stars. I will absolutely be trying to make this a monthly thing and will definitely recommend this place to anyone who will listen!
