My honest experience as a first-time guest…read more I booked a 60-minute float and a 70-minute head spa/facial using a Groupon my husband purchased after repeated failed attempts to reach the spa by phone. He tried to purchase directly but couldn't reach anyone. Scheduling was difficult and only happened after I emailed them requesting a callback. The space itself is beautiful, but the experience felt disconnected from the start. There was no one at the front desk for several minutes. When a staff member did walk up, she seemed busy and distracted, stepping away frequently and using her phone. I was asked to complete paperwork I had already completed online, with no acknowledgment. As a first-time guest, I would have appreciated a warmer welcome and clearer overview of what to expect. During the float service, important details were either rushed through or not explained at all. I wasn't warned that the floors would be wet, where to place my belongings, that earplugs were provided, or that a swimsuit was recommended. I had to float nude. The lights inside the float tank were not working, which the staff member mentioned had been an issue all weekend. She went back and forth several times trying to fix them and did say she would speak with management about extending my time due to the delay. Unfortunately, there was no follow-up on that, and no additional time was added or mentioned again. By the time I actually entered the float, I had lost close to 10 minutes of my session. Once inside, water began getting into my ears. Because I hadn't been told about the earplugs, so I needed to hit the panic button to ask for earbuds and about the lights. I then had to stand naked, wet and partially covered by a towel while the lights were still being troubleshot. After them going back and forth to the front, eventually the lights came on, but the float still ended at the original scheduled time--the tank began draining as if there had been no interruption. Again, although she acknowledged and said she will ask for more time. Nothing. The head spa and facial were better overall. The technician was kind, and the facial itself was relaxing. However, I had clearly noted my preferred water temperature and massage pressure on the intake form, and those preferences were not followed. I requested firmer pressure multiple times and had to repeat myself several times due to a language barrier, even demonstrating what pressure meant with my hands. I also have thick, natural 4C hair and was concerned about a thorough rinse, which again required repeated clarification. Despite this, the service itself was calming, and the foot soak and private blow-dry room were appreciated. At checkout, no one asked how my visit went, which felt like a missed opportunity for a first-time guest after a disrupted service. My husband wasn't happy either and later called to speak with a manager and was told none was available. He left his contact information for follow-up. Instead, I received a call days later from the original person who set me up. She said she was a front desk receptionist and assistant manager. Unfortunately, the conversation turned defensive and combative. I was met with denial of events and told certain things were "common sense," and that nothing could be done because the booking was through Groupon despite the fact that we were not seeking a refund, only acknowledgment and fairness. That was most disappointing, not the technical issues themselves, but the lack of follow-up, care, and professionalism--especially for a first-time guest. The services themselves are genuinely relaxing, and this spa has a lot of potential. I would recommend the treatments, with the encouragement that guests ask questions, slow the process down if they feel rushed, and clearly advocate for their needs. I also encourage the spa to remember that while this may be routine for staff, for many guests this is their first experience. Clear communication, honoring intake preferences, patience with questions, and a non-combative response to feedback would go a long way.

I literally left this place in TEARS today! All I wanted was…read moresome nice relaxing me time, I saw this company on instagram and wanted to give them a try. The place was nice on the inside but the service was horrible! They started me a hour late, The lady spoke 0 English, she used cold water, her phone rang so loud and she actually answered it during the service. Two ppl came in the room, once while I CHANGING BECAUSE THE OTHER LADY FORGOT HER STUFF, and another time while I was on the table. I originally came in for 90 min " Premium " plus a 60 min foot detox. I ended up telling the lady I want less time as possible (70mins & cancel the foot service. I just wanted to go home) I got in the room at 5:59 she was out the room by 7:03. When I went to the bathroom my hair was COMPLETELY MATTED and clumped together. Its so bad I have to try to get it professionally detangled tomorrow to try to avoid more damage this has caused because of this mediocre so called head spa. I cried in the bathroom for 20 mins while trying to get the clumps of matted hair out and no one came to see the issue or if i was ok even after they saw i was in tears asking for more conditioner. When I finally gave up on trying to unmatt it and went to the lobby the lady with the glasses sat there in complete silence, didnt ask if i was ok, didnt ask what was wrong, didnt ask about the service. So i just told her the issue, she asked if I wanted to come back to see someone else. OF COURSE NOT, I started crying in tears again because how do you damage someone's hair this bad and show no empathy or remorse. ive gone to several other head spas and never had my hair be handled this poorly. I will show pictures of my hair in its natural state and how i left this dump. I absolutely DID NOT PAY FOR THE SERVICE and she called me and threatened to use the video of my in the lobby. I told her to go ahead. I hope that lady that played in my hair and on my face is licensed. I will be contacting state board.

I really enjoyed my time here. Edwin at the front desk was chill, laid back, and polite. I called…read moreto book a couples massage, float, and salt room visit. He said he would call me back to confirm the massage therapists and he did right away. Our massage therapists were Brad and Karen. I had Brad and my husband had Karen. They were both friendly and had great energy. It feels like a small family business which I liked. This was our first time here. Karen mentioned she does sound baths in the salt room so I want to come back for that. Brad did a great job on my massage. We also did an hour float. It was my first time and I was nervous at first but it ended up being very relaxing. I loved the salt room too. It was just my husband and I there. I would love to come back with a book. Overall, great experience for me.

Simply MAGICAL! Where to even start?! If you are a burned…read moreout MOM this one is for you! I had been looking into the events section for several months but since I live on the Opposite end of ATL I hadn't made the trip. I hit a wall, big time, with work/kids I was burned out to the max so I decided to book a whole day and an event so I could really dig into the self care I often neglect. I started with an EXCEPTIONAL massage, when I walked into the room, Renee, greeted me with a warm smile and asked how she can help me- I almost cried bc it was genuine and frankly nobody ever asks me that, I'm always the one running around for others. The massage was so relaxing, renee has very intuitive and healing hands. I then did the float tank, I felt like I was in the womb- sounds weird but if you try it you will understand. I did the zero gravity chair and put on my meditation music. Lastly, I attended the group event with Raye for the equinox. HOLY SH!t Batman! When I tell you I left feeling SHEER JOY, I mean sheer euphoric JOY! Sitting in circle is always pleasant and I enjoy it but whatever sound bath magic is happening in that salt cave is unreal! The sounds and vibrations I had never heard or even imagines permeated every cell of my being. If you go try to make a day of it to really soak it in, the prices are extremely reasonable and the service is top notch! Thank you to Brandi, Barbara, Renee, and Raye! This is your sign to just go... your mind, body, and soul will thank you! I will DEFINITELY be back!
