I suffered with months of pain and discomfort after bridge work and root canal. Trauma, pain,…read moresuffering, sleepless nights, missed work. I ended up leaving this office because of the horrible mismanagement of my care. They didn't know why I was in pain and they thought I had trigeminal neuralgia. Terrible. I seeked a second opinion. New doctors had to perform the bridge and root canal along with another root canal all over again AND root canal surgery (Apicoectomy) to fix this mess he caused me. When I found out what was wrong with me, I called his office and told them. I asked for a call back from him. It took Dr. Gastaldi a week to call me back. I was with all infection in my sinus along with inflamed necrotic dead root nerves for months and he couldn't find 5 minutes in his day to call me back to discuss. My case was not urgent to him. It was clear he didn't want to talk to me. When I eventually spoke to him 10 days later, he lied about talking to my root canal specialist. Another doctor spoke on his behalf. I caught him in a lie on top of this! I got my insurance involved and they found that he was NOT in standard of care. THE WAS THE MOST TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I eventually sat down face to face with Dr. Gastaldi to discuss a refund and he cried to me about a personal dilemma in his life. THAT IS NOT MY PROBLEM! COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL! I did get my co pay back. but I am still thousands of dollars out of pocket to fix his mess. Go somewhere else more reputable. Look at reviews first.

It was really infected and medication was not helping.I was so surprised and amazed that I didn't feel a thing. I always go to an oral surgeon and have general anesthesia that I pay $300 for in Brooklyn and I heard people screaming getting their tooth pulled that didn't have sedation, but this is the first time without it I am so happy. The Doctor is a Genius and so kind. She is very confident which made me confident to do this. This is it folks I give up on sleep sedation. This is the place to be for all dental necessities. Everyone in that office is really nice. I don't have to waste money on sedation anymore. I love it. Thank you, Love ya...
