We stayed at the Beachside Breeze for the second time w friends and it's the only house I'll rent in Galveston because it's the best house and location. Location: Its basically beachfront, and private. So it's not a crowded beach. It's also so close to the seawall, and to restaurants/ groceries/ conveniences. I recommend Seawall Coffee in the morning for delicious coffee and food (only about a mile away). House: We fit 4 kids and 5 adults very comfortably. It has great communal space for games, movie night, etc. The house feels well taken care of and up to date. Can't wait to go back! read more

I want to share our experience with Pelican Pointe as well as Sand and Sea rental management company for the weekend of 2/19 to 2/22/2026. Pelican Pointe is tired and needs resuscitating. As you arrive you notice rusted screws, nails and bolts that are staining the exterior surface. This makes one wonder about the integrity of the structure. The living room chairs and rugs are stained and dull. The laminate floor is cracked near the dining table and an edge is sticking up. The windows have water and weather streaks. The skillets are terrible as food sticks to them and they are difficult to clean. The saucepans are nice. The dishwasher has parts falling out from under the machine. The primary suite toilet paper holder was loose and wiggly. The bar b que pit has seen better days. I would think Sand and Sea would insist the house be in better condition for guests but this lack of desire for a sterling experience spills over into their lack of guest amenities. I have stayed in many airbnbs, vrbos, and realty managed properties across the U.S. This is one of the worst. It is poorly cleaned. The refrigerator smelled like fish. Food crumbs and particles were found in the utensil drawers. Cobwebs were observed under the kitchen counter. It is not adequately stocked with basic necessities. Sand and Sea provided a welcome pack of shampoo, conditioner, lotion, bar of hand soap and a make up remover pad. They do NOT provide bath soap nor gel. While my husband was showering with the bar of soap, I was washing my face with shampoo. More alarming is the lack of anti bacterial soap in the kitchen. If one is to wash their hands before handling food, they will wash their hands with the soap they just used in the shower and cleaned their genitals with. Being a medical professional, this is not hygienic. I asked for anti bacterial soap and bath gel during our stay but was told they were not provided. Yes, the home does have a coffee machine but bring your own K cups, sugar and crème. These are not provided. Also bring salt and pepper. These are not provided. Bring your own insect repellant as mosquitos swarm the area. Guests are expected to take out the trash upon leaving but none of the bathroom trashcans had trash liners so the guest has to take the kitchen trash bag from under the sink and go to each bathroom trash can and empty into the larger trash bag. We stayed for 2 nights and were provided 1 towel each. Again, being a medical professional, a fresh towel after each shower is needed. Yes, I could have gone to another bathroom's towel supply but if all capacity guests were present, still only 1 towel for multiple nights. There were some positives about this property. The view of the water was nice. The beds were very comfortable. The downstairs lamps have touch on/off and have integrated charging stations. It was a short walk to the beach. The negatives fully outweigh the positives on this property. I will not be coming back. I will never use nor recommend Sand and Sea again. read more

Stayed the week of Thanksgiving at Awesome View in Galveston. House was dirty, dishes were dirty. Toenail clippings on the sofa and floor. Dried blood splattered on the hallway walls and floor. Moldy shower caulking. Place needs a lot of work. Too many other houses to stay at this dive again. Sand 'N Sea sent me an after stay survey and it's been about a week and I have received no response from them. Very disappointing. Pictures on the website look good but it wasn't. Paid a lot of money to stay in a dirty house. The outside decks are nice and the spa was clean. Good location and floor plan but RENTER BEWARE. read more

The ice maker was out on the refrigerator at checkin. They did bring a couple of bags if ice, sent a service man out the next day and he couldn't fix it. It was very inconvenient to have to go buy ice. Property needs some repairs. Bring a step stool if you are short as the cabinets are made for a really tall person. Due to COVID 19 we did not get our traditional beach vacation in 2020 or 2021; so we were excited to take a little break from the daily grind and rent a place from Sand N Sea before it gets to hot to come. SNS has the best customer service on the island for beach rentals hands down! They always have provided us with great service. This time we rented Morning Star. What a great property. The house is incredible. The decor was so cute and they provided a lot of extras. The floor plan was perfect tons of space and everything was so clean and organized. We have stayed a lot of houses on the beach and a lot of them have a miss mash of cookware, dishes and utensils. NOT here they had Cuisinart pots and pans. The appliances were also Cuisinart. They have a Pac-Man arcade game, game room, basketball goal, a screened in room, 2 balconies, 2 tables for entertaining and sleeps 12! If you have a large family, planning a girl's trip or several families sharing a place this it the place to stay. There is tons of space for everyone. This August '21 we rented the Dreamsicle beachfront beach house on Kennedy Drive in the West End. Six adults, age 60 to mid-20s spent a week together - and no one was murdered. This accommodating beach home has three bedrooms and an upstairs space referred to as a loft but which should be referred to as an Attic. The primary bedroom has a fine bathroom. The second bath in the hallway accommodates everyone else and serves as the powder. Kitchen is adequate. New washer & dryer is appreciated. Back to attic room. It would be okay for children. Little children that won't bonk their heads going up the steep stairs. In August with 95+ degree temps the loft/attic is hot AF. People slept on the downstairs couches three nights out of seven due to hot attic conditions. Short walk to a quiet beach, downstairs shower, outdoor grill, overall it is a Dream except for the Attic they are selling as a Loft. Be forewarned. read more

This is our 15th year to rent from these folks & have stayed at a variety of houses. The staff is still awesome, from reservation to maintenance everyone has been super helpful & professional. Those complaining that their wedding was cancelled did NOT READ the contract where it states absolutely no parties, renting for other people, etc. You have to put your initials by the paragraph stating no parties, etc so I don't understand why people try to rent under false pretenses. This is a lovely beach house (Beach House Paradise) with seaside decor. Each bedroom has their own en-suite (double sink) bathroom, comfy bed & huge tv. The double covered decks are perfect for relaxing & enjoying the beach front view. The kitchen is very well equipped for every possible need. We have rented several times in the past with Sand 'N Sea & have found it to be reliable regarding what is desirable in renting a property. read more

Oven does overheat which made things a bit difficult but not the end of the world. Would highly recommend or would stay again! Stayed at LA DOLCE VITA Woke up the first morning to ants all over the kitchen counter. Second morning I spent cleaning and sweeping the kitchen and living room. I moved the portable fridge to find candy and spilled liquid with ants stuck on it. The sink and paper towel holder was dirty so I cleaned it and scrubbed the kitchen floor. After cleaning and sweeping we didn't have any more ant problems. Didn't expect to have to clean while on vacation! Whoever partially cleaned the house new there was an ant problem because they left a can of Raid on the kitchen table upon arrival. read more

We stayed in Sunset Pier and are extremely disappointed and feel robbed. The pictures on Sand and Sea's website make they cabin look nicely renovated but when we arrived we quickly found out this was a lie. Below is a list of issues that we had on our trip. All appliances are filthy and barely work. The washer has mold, the dryer doesn't work and the dishwasher just makes the dishes wet. I called to report the dryer not working on a Friday but they said it would be fixed till Monday and we were checking out on a Wednesday... they offered a cleaning service but after all the other poor experiences we had with Sand and Sea we didn't trust they would be cleaned or returned. The floors were disgusting to the point that our feet turned black. We asked for the floors to be cleaned again and supposedly someone came but once we returned the house didn't smell like it had been clean and our feet still turned black. The flooring is also peeling up in multiple spots causing trip hazard. There is also a large tile on the step into the kitchen that is cracked causes another trip hazard and is sharp. Several kitchen cabinet doors do not close all the way. The furniture was also dirty and run down. The entire porch and downstairs area is covered in bird shit, the chairs the picnic tables everything as well as the pier. The cleaning crew should include a pressure sprayer. The neighbors dock is not covered in a layer of bird shit so it can't be blamed on the bird island it's blamed on lack of property management. There are loose boards on the pier causing trip hazards and exposed nails. The porch has loose rungs causing a fall risk for our kids. The water hoses are ducted tape together and have poor water pressure. Customer service has been slow to respond if at all. It takes hours for return calls or emails. Overall terrible experience, we will be using one of the other rental companies that offer better homes and service. read more

Sand 'n Sea has poor quality houses that are not taken care of. We arrived to a house where the refrigerator smelled so bad that we didn't want to put out food in it. They sent someone to "clean" and he said there was nothing he could do. They didn't send anyone else to figure out what was wrong. They wanted us to move 5 miles down the road which was not an option. I would think twice before giving a company your money if this is how they treat a loyal renter (more than 10 years). read more

The layout of house was perfect for our 8 adults. Everything was extremely clean. Not one bug seen outside or inside. The freight lift was a life saver. Access to the beach was so easy. We did not care for people driving their vehicles right on the beach and parking all along the water front. Would be nice if that was eliminated. We also would have liked more amenities such as paper towels, dish soap, towels and some beach towels offered, but note to self for next time, will bring our own. Would be nice to have a large frying pan to cook for a large group of people. Overall though, this was the best house we have rented in Galveston to date. I am tired of VRBO homes and so believe they charge more and are not as clean and up-kept as the Sand n Sea. read more

We rented a beach house in Galveston for a week. It was called Two Decks High. The property had nice features but we found rodent droppings throughout all of the kitchen drawers and cabinets as soon as we got there. Then, we heard the scratching of a rodent(s) in the cabinets or wall of the kitchen on multiple occasions. This was an issue that has been on-going in this house from what we understand. The property management immediately had 2 housekeeping staff to clean it up when we called. Those people did a great job cleaning it up enough to use, however we heard the rodents on multiple occasions so it was an awful feeling. There were ants and roaches as well. read more

Shore Fun Property review Our stay at Shore Fun was enjoyable. I will list out the positive aspects and then mention some adjustments the owners could make in order to be a 5 star stay in our opinion. The layout of the house is amazing for small children and anyone with a Dissability. There is a working elevator and a ramp. No inside stairs to worry about with toddlers. The appliances are first rate and while the kitchen is a one person affair for cooking, there are plenty of pot, pans, utensils to make a gourmet meal. The view when you sit down at the large table to enjoy the delicious meal is quite lovely. It's great to have two bedrooms with attached bathrooms and another bathroom right off the great room. Under the house is a great shower to wash off all the sand and salt water from the beach. If you enjoy eating outdoors, there is a picnic table on the deck upstairs and a picnic table downstairs. There are some issues that are very concerning and in my opinion should be addressed right away. 1. Toxic and harmful chemicals are kept under the sink. Stain for the deck, pods for dishwashing, insect spray were all within easy reach. We had to find a more appropriate place to store these items during our stay. 2. There were many loose nails on the deck that my son in law had to hammer down to make certain no one was injured. He pointed out to me that there are a few rotted wooden planks on the deck that need to be replaced. 3. One of the beds is not at all comfortable. It is very creaky and it appears the mattress is very worn. 4. The air conditioning works great in the bedrooms but the great room can get very warm during the day. The two fans are very helpful but not enough to cool that room down. 5. It would be very nice had there been a broom with a handle to fit an average size person, instead of a broom with a handle that works perfectly for my 5 year old granddaughter. Keeping the floors clean of the sand tracked in was a chore ( we never wore our shoes in the house). Any kind of sweeper or wet/dry mop would have been very helpful. 6. The grill is in very poor shape. It needs a new one. 7. The deck chairs are abismal. The plastic is cracking, they look dirty and are not conducive to relaxing on the deck. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. I would consider staying again if some of these issues were addressed. read more

DO NOT RENT Heaven on the Gulf property. I have had to call Sand 'N Sea 5 times in 48 hours due to the many problems with this property. The house is in a great location with beautiful views but the House was not cleaned, there were broken chairs in the front porch, the TVs do not work, there was a broken lamp in one of the bedrooms-so no light in that room, there were not sheets for the pull out sofa bed or the trundle bed and there were NO blankets in the entire home. At 9:00am on Memorial Day a tree trimmer came to the property and starting cutting down palm trees. We had to move cars out of the drive way and we could not let the kids outside because trees were being felled AND there was palm pieces all over the yard. It was a huge hazard. Sand 'n Sea was very nice and brought towels and blankets but that did not solve the housekeeping issue or the fact that we're not able to take our kids outside for more than 5 hours. Do nit make the same mistake. read more

Two stars because of 10 years of good experience with Sand N Sea- based on our most recent rental I would give zero stars! First, don't believe the pictures posted on their website. The house we rented may have looked like the pictures at one time - but not anymore! Pictures did not show the holes in the wall, broken/missing blinds and overall poor condition and lack of cleanliness. If they had, we would not have rented. After making Sand N Sea aware of the condition of the house, the same pictures are still online! Beware! Second, Sand N Sea won't make it right for you- even if you are a returning customer who has rented from them repeatedly. When we shared the condition of the house and how dirty it was, the answer we got from Sand N Sea was "we know". No offer to move us to another house or to do some additional cleaning. Nothing other than an acknowledgment of the poor condition of the property. (Maintenance did come to fix some issues - backed up kitchen sink and burned out light bulbs. Maintenance was great!) Third, their refund request process is poorly managed and you will have to keep going back to them to try and get your money back. It took three separate processes to get half of our money back. We were told that we would not be fully refunded because we did not leave the property. Bottom line- Sand N Sea was willing to say goodbye to the next 10 years of business from us rather than refund our money. Bye Sand N Sea..... read more

This was our first time to stay in a sea and sand home. we stayed in Bay water paradise and this home looked gorgeous on the website-but it was far from that when we arrived.the large sofa was useless-we could not sit on it at all. everywhere you sat a bar,or spring hit you in the back or bottom. the dining chairs and barstools were so loose you could not sit there as well. We brought up lawn chairs to sit in! so much for a comfortable place to unwind and watch tv! The place leaked like none other! We had to clean up water in every single room of this home. From rotted stairs to a huge bee hive we knew right away this home was not what it looked like. Save your money and move on. read more

David N. Our extended family has been renting from Sand and Sea for several years. For most firms this loyalty would be appreciated. As stated by other reviewers, S and S only manages the properties. I would assume that this means they stay on top of making sure the property is ready for the renters on move in day. The property that we rented, uses gas for the oven and cooktop but the gas cylinder was empty. Initial calls to S and S were ignored. Finally, a day later, the mainlanders guys showed up and retrofitted a small 20- lb. gas bottle to tie is over until the large bottle could be refilled. This hasn't happened yet. As I sit here putting this review together the doors off of our bedroom just blew open again. They do not latch shut and we have had to use a length of cord to keep them closed. Without the cord, we would have had the entire room flooded last night during the storm. Very disappointed in the total lack of care for the comfort of their guests! read more

We recently rented a beach house (Morning Star) from SNS. Great house with lots of room & lots of large beds for adults! This type of beach house is hard to find as most have more rooms/beds for kids. This house is designed for lots of adults and still has 4 large bunks for kids. I am an RN , so appreciated the attention . The quality of the towels were incredible . The H2O bath amenities were high quality . The kitchen was fully stocked and labeled for easy use . All appliances were in great working order . The pool was clean and the hot tub worked perfectly . The roll up blinds are an added bonus to a good nights rest . The home is appointed so beautiful . Everything about our stay exceeded our expectation . We will defiantly be back in town again for another visit. We have previously stayed at Pirates Beach Bay homes with another service. We had a wonderful time and the house was very beautiful and lovely. We chose The Waverly. We really loved the newly remolded home! Very beautiful and up-to-date furnishings. The one thing that we would recommend to change is the entry door. The sliding glass door isn't cohesive with salt life. The ball bearings do not stand up in the salty air well. Other than the entry door selection, we were very well pleased with The Waverly. While we were staying at the beach, we had brought a Ranger buggy-type vehicle and would ride around Sea Isles community in the early evening after dinner. We noticed a lot of properties owned by Sand 'N Sea Properties. We noticed that they took very good care of their properties with extra care to details (fresh painted homes, landscape maintained, etc.) We have the utmost respect for Sand 'N Sea Properties and can't wait to get back to one of their properties for our 2024 Summer Vacation! read more

This house needs to be fixed up! One of the bed we needed for our family was in an efficiency under the house, along with the washer and dryer... the room have been leaking! You could feel the wet insulation on the walls. Walls were buckling, but the worst part was the smell! Smelled like mildew and black mold! They obviously knew they had a huge problem because the put a can of moisture absorbent stuff in there. It made us so sick it you were in there more then five minutes. No one could sleep down there! That made two of our family members have to sleep on the floor! If you are going to pay thousands of dollars for a week. The house needs to be kept up! Gross! read more

We have stayed at Island time more than three times for at least 7-10 days. It has been disappointing how the property fails to meet standards as the cost of staying there is relatively high. The kitchen equipment, cooking utensils, and other kitchen items are deplorable. The pots and pans are old, with the coating Teflon was worn out and unhealthy to use for cooking. One time we rented the place was for Thanksgiving holiday and we had a hard time trying to cook as we did not have basic good working utensils to fix our meal. Not enough to prepare a meal for a family. The refrigerator leaks water, and there is a puddle on the floor permanently. The trash can is broken, and the lid does not stay in place, so the trash is all over the floor. The main area living room rug was damaged and after we complained they replaced it on this last visit. The mattress in the main bedroom is tattered and old. Needs replacing. The house is lovely and has plenty of room, but it has not been maintained accordingly. We are five staying there, and only the master and guest room beds are made. The room with bunk beds is not made. We expect five guests; all five beds should be made. read more

It's a great layout with the bedrooms split and the bathroom accessible from the main area as well as the primary bedroom. The beach was clean and well patrolled! Don't use Sand 'N' Sea Properties! My friend, whose police officer husband was shot in the line of duty and left paralyzed from the waist down, put down a $1500 deposit on one of their beach houses for a weekend in September of this year (2020). When Galveston was put under a hurricane watch on 9/19/2020, the Realtor cancelled their reservation and refused to refund her deposit. Here's her story in her own words (I've removed her name and that of her husband): "ITS OFFICIAL....our beach birthday vaca....first of its kind, for -- -- big day has been cancelled by the realtor, due to the storm called "Beta". Bummer!!!! It's understandable. Unfortunately, they advised this wasn't their fault and I lost my $1500 for the three day hero trip for ---. I did not get vaca insurance, it was several hundred dollars and didn't seem worth it because we were going, no matter what. They said this is a natural disaster, and not their fault, so it's not on them. This was the same place who told me that I couldn't have a delivery, even a pizza delivery‍ I saved up for this trip...and it wasn't easy. We are on a tight budget these days. I explained all of that to the realtor but they wouldn't budge... They said it wasn't their fault....and said they would call me "later". I'm guessing that's the blow off call. I would have settled for a reschedule..." I love Galveston and have rented beach houses several time. I will never use Sand 'N' Sea! Shame on them! read more

Had a pleasant vacation rental with Sand n Sea. The property was very nice and located on Kahala Beach. Beach access was an easy 2 min walk from the property and voila! The owners stocked the home full of books, movies and games! We also came prepared with necessities, beach towels, toilet paper, etc. I couldn't give a full 5stars because the cleaning was lacking when we arrived. We called the rental office and they sent over a cleaning crew asap to remedy the situation. Aside from that, the experience was great overall and I will likely rent from them again. read more

We rented Galveston beach houses through Sand N Sea for a number of years. The houses were very nice, clean and attractive - but Sand N Sea's customer service was, unfortunately, quite poor. The company's representatives were like robots/bureaucrats. They knew little, if anything, about a particular property, only what what they could read in the file. And they seemed stumped by simple requests like finding out what kind of Internet service an individual house had. The company's system for accepting payment was also antiquated and inconvenient. They insisted on payment by check for deposits on the houses and would only accept credit cards for the final payments. In other words, they didn't want to pay credit card fees on the deposit, but didn't trust repeat renters enough to accept their checks for final payment. In general, they treated us like the Soup Nazi treated his customers on the TV show "Seinfeld". The final straw came a couple of years ago when the rental contract they sent out contained a $25 math error, in their favor. Talked with several representatives of the company who insisted it was correct because "it came from the computer". I got understandably irritated and they became downright nasty. They also canceled our rental - less than two weeks before spring break. That actually turned out to be a good thing because we subsequently discovered Vacation Rentals By Owner www.vrbo.com . And we now rent from nice, intelligent property owners instead of the automatons at Sand N Sea. read more

I've never been discriminated against by a company but Sand N Sea takes the cake on this topic. We booked yesterday a beach house for August in Galveston. A group of 10 were planning to have a vacation for a weekend getaway. Some are related and the rest we've worked together (didn't know that should matter but apparently it does). We paid the $600 required up front. Sand n Sea called me this morning to ask what we were celebrating...nothing in particular just getting together for a weekend away from all of our busy work lives. They explained their key pickup policy and the two car limit. Great no issue we were looking forward to our August stay. The company called again 30 minutes later to advise they received our payment and contract and had questions on our guests who were staying and why we were staying. I explained who was staying and again that we were just getting away for a weekend. She then informed me that they usually rent to families not couples and that there was a concern because not all of our guests were not over 25. She then said that they'd have to run the situation by their broker. I was told there may be a security deposit needed of $400-$1000 to be refunded if things at the beach house checked out properly after our stay. Again not an issue. The company called me 5 minutes later to say they'd be refunding our money and cancelling our stay because they didn't feel comfortable renting to us. Sorry for my frankness but seriously... What the hell?! Firstly, I am flabbergasted that a company would discriminate because a small subset of the group were not 25 or older. We're not talking 21 or 19 year olds... We're talking ages 23-30. All whom have professional careers but that shouldn't really matter. Secondly, we're not an underage group of rowdy idiots who would trash a beach house because we're incompetent of the responsibilities that come with renting a beach house. I understand a company wanting to protect their properties but are we serious that a company would not rent to us because we're not ALL related (some of us are by the way) or because we're not ALL over 25 (half of us are and the other half are teetering on 25). I will be warning my coworkers and family from renting from this company in the future. read more

I could honestly say that I loved staying at Sand `N Sea's "Hooligan's Island" for my first time in Galveston. The house was stunning, with amazing views of the ocean. It also had adorable themed spaces like the "mermaids" and "pirates" rooms. The best part of this home was the rooftop Jacuzzi, perfect after a long day exploring Galveston. I can't wait to stay in another Sand `N Sea property next time, it felt so nice to be so close to the beach and in a great part of the island. read more

We rented the "Hooligan's Island" house and it was better than I ever could have expected. The house was big, well stocked, and perfectly clean. We loved sitting on the balcony listening to the waves crashing on the beach. It was extremely relaxing and I can't wait to rent this property again. Sand 'N Sea is a great company to use and I found the service to be much better than AirBNB or any other rental service I've used before. read more

Really funny to see that someone rented 'Seas the Day' and liked it on January 2013. I rented a property in May and gave Rave reviews about Sand N Sea regarding great staff and service. Well...that was because the property was perfect. WELL...in Sept we rented Seas the Day and it should have been named "Ruin the Day" We arrived with tons of seafood and the Frig was not only old, rusty and hot, but had missing or taped up shelves and smelled like fish. It took between 1- 4 hours for several of them to come out and fix the problem so we couldn't leave. When we complained during our stay we got; 1. Turn the temp off then on and leave it for 30 min and call us back. 2. Can we bring you some ice 3. Sent someone over within 1.5 hrs who was really condescending. 4. Four hours later sent someone to actually FIX it. After we left; 1. We Complained about the frig and two of our quests getting sick....nothing. 2. Complained again...nothing. 3. The Manager asked me "What I wanted". Pretty sure they're supposed to know how to satisfy a customer. Sand N Sea is great if your happy...But if there is an issue and you have a crappy rental....Good LUCK! They are COLD and you get nothing for your trouble, but feeling like you just wasted money and the good time you should have had! read more

I made a reservation and signed an agreement for a rental property with Sand N Sea; however the company refused to honor the price I had on the document. Their excuse was that the website had a blip and miscalculated. What??? The sales person offer to have the manager call me back to take care of the issue but I never received a call. And so later during the day I decided to contact the manager myself ; to my surprise, the manager was the most rude person I have encounter in my life. She didn't stop at refusing to honor THEIR price but also suggested I didn't have the funds to pay for the rental. Was it maybe because I have a foreign accent she couldn't understand? Racist! In reality the $200 difference in price was not a concerned because I couldn't afford it, it was the fact that they would HONOR a price that was agreed in a legal document. For that reason -and the rude manager- I opted for not renting the property. I rather take my money else where. So here I am writing this long review not only for a person who is debating to rent a property from this company; but also for the owners who have their properties managed by them. As an owner I would have to pass on $1400 revenue because of a computer blip which miscalculated $200 in the price that's all! read more

I rented a vacation without seeing the property , upon seeing the property which looked nothing like the photos I cancelled my reservation. I had also taken out insurance beware, they are now charging me a total of 255, for cancellation claiming they cannot do anything about the insurance . even though the cancellation is more than 45 days in the future . will never rent without seeing the property first ! unless you don't care about its condition and there was a huge construction right next to the property would be noisy and invasive at the beach house ! they should have told me would never have rented the property . went to see the property first... rented a vacation. property on the beach . didn't make the same mistake twice .. i'm very very picky .. i can't imagine spending all the $$$ without knowing the condition of the home .. you can't tell from online photos ... great house very clean and well maintained . only had one issue with the key? they responded quickly .. would rent this house again .. read more
