She spent eight months fighting with my insurance company to have necessary tests and procedures covered. Because of her commitment, she was able to get approval, the root cause of a two an a half year headache was discovered, and I was able to have the necessary brain surgery. When i miscarried and called the office back, i was told i abandoned an appointment that at my prior appointment was already established to have been cancelled as a pregnant patient cannot get botox. i intend to pursue this legally as i do not see where any physician can abandon a patient in the middle of a treatment plan and provided no notice of same. i had to call to find out. the front desk at this office is horrendous and the office manager has personally apologized to me several times for the inconsistencies with my coordination of care. i do not know if the staff is underpaid but i would never recommend anyone to Dr. Litchmann though Yale Physicians seems to be a decent facility. I intend to report her to the State Department of Health Services and the Medical Board as well. It is a truly disappointing and shocking situation. I have never heard of a licensed physician ever abandoning a patient mid treatment plan without notice. i would recommend prospective patients pay close attention to my review, that of Amanda's below and the "not recommended" review by Geri as i can personally attest to the same exposure.

To add, when I had a torn meniscus surgery in late June, it was done at the Ambulatory Surgery Center feet away- on 226 Westchester Ave. The 222 Westchester location sits on I-287 with easy-access arrows from a distance leading you to their parking lot. Really do pay attention to the arrows- because they will lead you to the left side- not the right. Plus if you're seeing any of the orthopedics at 222, their main entrance is in the back. Since my initial January visit to now- for my wellness follow-ups after my surgery- I've never felt out of sorts. The waiting area gives you a nice first impression with contemporary neutral-colored walls, a pleasant ambiance, functionality and an easy flow. Chairs are sturdy- but comfortable and lighting has a nice glow. The 222 location works for me- as well as the others I've visited. Im extremely happy with my orthopedist. He's answered all my questions and is highly caring about how I've been healing.

After I forwarded a lipid (cholesterol) blood test requested by my primary doctor to Dr. Taddeo so she could adjust my statin prescription, she refused to increase the strength of my statin, nor reduce its strength based on the blood work unless I came into her Bronxville, NY office in person so she would receive her fee for my office visit. I had already provided her full fees for 3 prior office visits during the year 2025 with my most recent visit on Sept 2025. In October 2025 she received my lipid blood work but refused to discuss my lipid dose requirement with me by phone and then voided my lipid prescription and several months of prescription renewals from the Fleetwood Pharmacy. Her actions may have put my life in danger since I had to scramble to find an alternate doctor to provide me with my statin and for some time I had no statins to take. I am age 71 and the statin prescription helps me fight the following illnesses: high cholesterol, two leaky heart valves, one coronary heart artery partial blockage and partial blockages in both my carotid arteries. HER PATIENTS NEED TO MOVE ON TO A CARDIOLOGIST WITH COMPASSION WHO CARES FOR THEIR PATIENT'S LONGEVITY.
