Everyone from the front desk to the technician were great! Dr. Ally and the medical assistant Devin were incredibly sweet and professional. This place is big and very clean. There's lots of parking on premises. I also like that they have the lab here so if you need blood work everything is done here. They also have other pediatrician who work after hours in case of emergency. I definitely recommend. I think I'll stay here till my kids turn 21 which I think is the age limit. They're 17 now

My experience with Dr. Julia Ash/rheumatology Her assistant, Christine is meticulous and thoughtful about patient record integrity . These days, it's very complicated to have medical records distributed to your network of active physicians. Records that I had requested of another hospital did not make it to Westchester Medical Center/Dr. Ash on a timely basis. Christine walked me through form by form to make sure that all the teas were crossed and the I's dotted. I highly recommend Dr. Ash for her, no nonsense medical probing and expediency. The team here is managed well from appointment setting through the nursing staff who take your vitals through follow up. I would expect nothing else and nothing less of a teaching hospital. In order for me to see the doctors, I journey over an hour each way - well worth it to get the expertise and level of experience. The care you'll receive is efficient and thoughtful.

Everyone said that they could help but no one was able to until I met Dr. Oppenheim. Once Dr. Oppenheim viewed my MRI he had me come in for a consult that day. He was so patient, kind, understanding and personable. He took the time to explain what was going on and why I was having pain. He explained the treatment plan with great detail and reassured me every step of the way. He even took my call after hours to speak with my fiancé. He kindly spent 45 minutes talking with us going over the problem, procedure and recovery. I was experiencing so much pain from a severely herniated disc and could not stand or walk for more than 5 minutes at a time. Dr. Oppenheim was able to move around his schedule to accommodate me for surgery a few days later. After surgery I was immediately able to get up and walk with no pain. I was so happy I could cry. Dr. Ghacibeh and his team were absolutely amazing in helping our infant son. He unfortunately had…read moreuncontrollable spasms which, due to my family history, we thought may have been epilepsy. After multiple EEG tests, Dr. Ghacibeh was able to determine he had a very rare issue that was curable with simple medication. 2 months later, he is completely issue-free. While we are extremely grateful that Dr. Ghacibeh could solve the issue, the main thing that impressed us was how kind and helpful him and his staff (Safwan and Lyndsey) were throughout the whole process. It's not easy doing this for an infant but they were beyond caring and professional during everything. Our son was comfortable the whole time, thanks in large part to the care that everyone showed.
