I have given this place so many chances to redeem themselves, and I never win! Everytime I come here for a gel pedicure, they charge me $55 for plain gel with no special treatment or anything, just regular. Today, I was passed off to multiple people, only had my left leg scrubbed, and the polish was messy. I also go to Anthony Vince nail spa in Landstown commons, and they never disappoint. I will not be giving Sandbridge nail spa another chance. I'm stuck with this poorly executed gel pedicure for about a month. Complete waste of money, just paint your own nails!!! read more

I come here every summer when I stay in sandbridge and am always so satisfied with whatever service I receive but TODAY Nancy gave me a pedicure and I could hear angels singing. I unfortunately live in California so I will be flying to Sandbridge monthly to get a pedicure because I cannot go back to whatever I was doing before this. 10/10, 5 stars, would recommend. Went on a Friday afternoon around 3:00, got in very quickly, which was nice. Wanted a Christmas pedicure and was having a hard time deciding between the two green polishes by the front desk. My nail technician was very nice and located a better option from an area close to the chairs. I would have preferred to have two coats of polish on my toes, especially with the green being a little thin/see through. And I thought I'd try paying the extra $5 for Christmas trees on two toes, but now having seen them, I'd probably recommend snowflakes or skip the nail art all together. Overall, it was an okay final product, but for $35, I could have saved the money and created the same look at home. read more

We came in as a party of 5 (4 adults and 1 child). The good (and only good thing!) - my daughter had a positive experience and they were good giving her a pedicure and manicure and they were nice. The 4 remaining adults all agreed we had the worst pedicures of our life. I was in and out of the chair in less than 15 minutes. My nieces nail person cut her (although he apologized still not ideal). The paint was so bad on my moms nails that you could visibly see spots of her nails through the paint. If you are interested in a "churn em and burn em" place this might be good for you. If you are a person that knows what a good pedicure is you should stay away. read more

This people just messed my nails up so bad I asked for coffin shaped nails. Nope I just got square nails then they processed to tell me they couldn't do a simple design with sparkly tips. Then after I had to pick a whole new color they couldn't find the color I showed them on my phone and said it only looked like that in a picture because it was 4D like what. So I finally gave up and picked one simple color it's sloppy nail polish all on my skin and she refused to fix it and fight with me I paid full price for these services. This was my second time coming to Sandbridge Nail Spa, and both times were great! The inside is very pretty and clean, with lots of nail stations and pedicure chairs. They were very busy but when I walked in I was helped right away, as were the 5-10 other walk ins were when I was there. All of the staff is very friendly and helped everyone who walked in immediately. The man who did my nails was very nice and funny too, which helped relieve the always awkward small talk at the nail salon! I got a fill with gel for $40 which I thought was a really good price and the nails look great. I would definitely recommend! read more

Went to this spa for the first time on my friend's bridal shower. It is absolutely beautiful inside. I wish my toes looked as beautiful. Christy was very fast with my pedi, the polish wasn't cover all the toes nails polish missing on the side. I have acrylic with gel polish but the gel chipped after few days I guess she was in a hurry because she doesnt let my nails stay in the light long enough . She also does my niece man/pedi and even a 9 years old little girl wasn't happy with the way she painted her nails. I wouldn't recommend this place or maybe wouldn't recommend the nail technician that I had. read more

I have given this place multiple chances because I dislike finding somewhere new. I have only been coming to Sandbridge nails since June and the experience has not been to great. T is the guy I liked to do my nails. He took his time and made sure your nails came out perfect. The last time I had my gel dipped nails redone was not with T but a different lady who sits at the front desk near the check in counter, right hand side. Wish I knew her name. She did an aweful job. I was a walk in and I am assuming she had an appointment so was rushing through getting my nails done. She wasn't getting the dip powder on my entire nail, she filed my nails uneven and when I told her she missed some spots of color on my nail she insisted that I was wrong. I did not like my nails at all but I'm not the person to cause a scene. I paid and left. Fast forward to four days ago, I went online and booked an appointment to make sure I don't get that lady again and I get who I like. Arrived today to my appointment, to find out the person I booked with online is out of town and they cannot help me at all. It was 8:30am and they told me to come back at 1:00pm!!! Like what! I am over this place and they will no longer get my business. Very unprofessional and they had no care in the world that they do not keep up with their online time slots. Plus they advertise "walk-ins" but couldn't even help me when the person I booked an Appointment with wasn't there! read more

What a great mani pedi at Sandbridge Nail Spa. Made a family outing with 3 couples today after confirming appointment yesterday. They were just finishing another party of 6 when we arrived at noon but they sat us immediately since there are 12 chairs and the relaxation started. My technician was Rose and she was fantastic. Great massage and treatment with spa selection. The tropical scrub and mask were out of this world. So glad they had 6 technicians for our party so no one had to wait long. I will not hesitate to come back next time I'm in VA beach. The rest of the party were all happy with their selections. read more

BEWAREOF BRANDON overpricing. Advertised price for acrylic fill is $25, he charged me $35 & wanted another $10 for polish.I've never paid $45 for a fill-in with polish anywhere. I got a new set of acrylic nails, advertised price $35, I was charged $45 again with no polish. This had been going on for a while until I became suspicious and decided to check the prices on their website. I have never been to a salon where they charge extra for polish for a fill-in or a new set. This is the price I paid for being elderly and trusting. read more

My nanny took me to get my nails done and we asked for coffin nails and the lady said she couldn't do them because my nails were too short even though they are very long. She kept trying to upsale us to do acrylic nails. When we finally said yes to acrylics she did did them completely wrong and way to long for a 9 year old and said she couldn't cut them back any shorter. She also did square nails and not coffin nails and while she was doing my nails she physically took my phone from my lap and took it from me so I couldn't get ahold of my mom or nanny. When my nanny asked if I could have my phone back she kept saying that she never took it so my mom had to call the salon and threaten to call the cops if they didn't give it back. We ended up leaving with just a pedicure and it was so bad and within the day 9 out of 10 toes were chipped. Never going back! WORST PLACE EVER! read more

I have come here about 2-3 times a month for the past 5 months to get my acrylics done/filled in and have loved the services I have received. When available, I prefer John since he is reliable and attentive. While he can hold a conversation he never pushes it, and as an introvert this is extremely appreciated. Even if he isn't available you never really can go wrong with any of the staff members as they are all very kind and good at what they do. The work is quality and the nail polish selection is extensive making it easy for me to get a different color each time. The prices are reasonable making this easily my favorite place in the redmill/sandbridge area for my nails. read more

I do not recommend this salon. I tried for 3 months and gave them several chances. I only went because it was very close to me. I was never thrilled with the cleaniness but kept trying. My last full visit I explained that I had been coming regularly but that my fill never lasted. My nails would just pop off. I saw the technican Brandon who said I needed a new full set, even though I had one a new set not long ago. He did it and I paid for the full set and in less then 2 weeks 3 of my nails came off. I went back in for my regular 2 week appointment and showed them that once again my nails were coming off. I was treated rudely and Brandon said I would have to have them all removed and another new set would be put on at the same cost. Even though he had done this less than 2 weeks before?? I am in my 60's, I keep my nails just past my finger tips, so they are not long where I could have hit them to lift then etc. and I am not hard on them at all. I will never return and cannot recommend an establishment that treats their regular customers rudely and do not stand behind their work. Do not go to this salon. I found that there is a wonderful clean salon not far from this address and wish I had given them my business all along. read more
