This can be a gamble, but I also wanted to be realistic since I was asking for help in a very short time frame. The arrangement arrived as hoped, and I think it is beautiful! There is an obvious designer's good eye in the finished product, and I was pleased with my purchase. The other part of this order I appreciated was the communication. I ordered easily online, got an acknowledgement for the order, and then also a notice (can't remember if it was email or text) letting me know when the delivery was made. It took a 5 minute phone call to describe the set up and color suggestions. They said they would deliver them the morning of the event to Birchwood directly, which was one thing off my plate. Sold. The flowers themselves were so pretty! We left the party with our arms full of gifts and umbrellas thanks to a very rainy night. When I called Birchwood the next morning to see if i could pick up the flowers to enjoy them a few more days they said they had disposed of them. This was super disappointing because the flowers were really beautiful, but of course this was no fault of ArtQuest. They were also pretty expensive, but that seems to be the case with most beautiful flowers these days.
