I called on Monday and we went over a few ideas for a "deluxe" tulip arrangement for Mother's Day. She told me that they will be open that Sunday morning and that I can come pick the flowers up at 9AM. When I arrived at the shop, the flowers weren't even ready. She headed towards the back and took maybe 5-10 minutes to put it together. When she brought it to the register, I was underwhelmed by the quality of the arrangement. It looks nothing like the pictures on their website or these yelp photos. She could tell that I looked dissatisfied and offered a small discount, which still came out to $76.83. Hmmm...first review of Esther Flowers and it's bad. We order flowers occasionally from here because it is located near my place of work. Usually the quality is decent, but the prices are very high. However, today was the exception - cheap quality! The flower arrangement delivered today was cheap and looked NOTHING like the description or photo. The roses were small and looked old, instead of small cute little purple flowers, it was replaced with cheap white baby's breath, instead of bear grass, it was replaced with twigs, and instead of a red vase, it was a clear vase tied with maroon-colored ribbon. Basically I got someone's leftover arrangement shoved into whatever vase they had on hand in a half-@ss attempt to make it kinda like the photo, but not really. Very disappointed. Edited to add - we called and left a message about the issue. No one has bothered to call us back. read more

I have ordered flower crowns from this location twice. The first time was for a Halloween costume and the second time, yesterday, was for my graduation. It was absolutely gorgeous and I got countless compliments. They even were able to make them in my school colors (blue and yellow)!!
