I recently ordered floors for work. I placed the order online last minute on Memorial Day for next day delivery. The website was easy to navigate and had a variety of selections. I ordered two items, but had them delivered to the same person. I was very pleased when I received a text confirming I wanted two orders to the same person, it was nice they confirmed. The flowers were delivered the next day on time and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend.

Gorgeous flowers at a great price! Since I'm not in the area, I called in the afternoon with reference photos of some arrangements that I liked from their Yelp page. It didn't need to be exactly like the photo, but I still wanted to give the florist a bit of an idea of what I was envisioning. Our arrangement was made and delivered the next morning. The service was amazing. We ordered from Bill's Grove, but the invoice and delivery came from Pesche's so thinking that they are related somehow (again, not from the area so not super familiar). I was 'wow'ed the first time- and should have posted a stellar review then......this time- even though I only saw the flowers through pics and video chat--I am beyond happy with the artistry, selection, freshness and speed of delivery! Bill's Grove florist DOES NOT SKIMP on quantity or quality. For the same amount you would order some 1800 or other average- full-of-mums arrangements... you could order one fit for a regal event! I never used this florist but they are in the neighborhood and the reviews are high so I placed an order for a sympathy arrangement. Just a few minutes later I received a call from them apologizing saying they didn't have the same flowers/plants could they substitute. I told Peter (I'm sorry if I got the name wrong) that the reviews are so good that I trust them to make it beautiful. And they did! The arrangement is gorgeous! I just received the most gorgeous mixed flower bouquet. It's predominantly white lilies and a variety of pink roses. It is absolutely stunning. Just a few weeks back I received an equally gorgeous bouquet from Bill's. The freshness and quality of their blooms is outstanding. There is also a nice mix of buds ready to bloom so the bouquet stays lovel even longer. I recently realized why the name was familiar. I've used this location twice to send flowers to my mom for her birthday. I've never physically gone to the shop, I've done my ordering online and had great experiences both times. What I love about them is their transparency. They did call to let me know their arrangements may look different than what I ordered and to confirm the message on the card. I can say that although the arrangement may not be exactly detail per detail the same, they do an incredible job and the final result is very satisfactory. The also deliver in a timely matter even if the order is placed same day. Which both of mine were. read more

I was in need of a local florist to order a gift for mother's day, and Bill's Grove definitely delivered (literally & figuratively). In the past I had ordered from companies like 1-800 Flowers or From You Flowers and had been royally disappointed with little to no remorse from their customer service reps. When I decided to go directly to a local vendor, I was extremely happy with the results, and my mom is STILL happily texting me photos of her flowers. What set Bill's apart (other than them being mere blocks away) from the other local spots in neighboring Arlington Heights was the fact that you could order specific arrangements online, so you know exactly what you were getting. There were a few other companies that might have had a 'cheaper' option, but it was an un-pictured seasonal 'florist's choice', and as someone who has been burned in the past I felt much more comfortable knowing for sure how it would arrive. The card was exactly as I had written it in the comments section, the flowers continue to impress both my mother & myself (they did an excellent job of staggering the flowers so they continue to open as others close), and they arrived right on time. Knowing mother's day is probably crazy for them, I planned ahead & ordered early for a Saturday delivery which worked out perfectly. Bill's Grove will be the first stop I will make on future flower-giving occasions & I plan to recommend their services to others needing flowers as well. We have been customers for many years so when our daughter set her wedding date, there was only one florist that would be able to carry out her wishes. Bill's Grove Florist was very accommodating, catered to every detail, they were friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. The arrangements at the wedding were spectacular, from the bridal bouquet, corsages, table arrangements to the floral pieces for the ceremony. The colors, variety of flowers, the way the flowers were meticulously and creatively arranged were beyond our expectations. It has been a week and a half since the wedding, we have one of the table arrangements at home and the flowers are still pretty. Thank you for your beautiful work! read more

I have been using Bill's Grove Florist for a number of years now and have to say they create the most beautiful arrangements, always adding something unique and it's so obvious they love what they do. They have even gone out of their way to deliver flowers outside of their normal delivery area. Peter is so pleasant to work with and I am told by recipients that he delivery person is very pleasant. I cannot say enough about this florist. They are wonderful! Their arangements are breathtaking and have been praised by everyone who receives them. The colors, style and price is unsurpassed. We have had them as our primary florist for 8 years. Not only are they talented but they donate flowers to us each year for our Volunteer Recognition event!! My college roommate felt that I needed a pick-me-up for my birthday! I had been caring for my seriously ill love for months. I'll never know how she found Bill's florist. But, I can't begin to describe how strikingly beautiful the arrangement was. The flowers were plentiful, fresh and the various shades of pink and white of the lilies and large roses was arranged so beautifully. Even the vase was unique!!! Wow, called them at 2:30pm CST on a Friday to order flowers and have them delivered that day, and they were so sensitive, compassionate and helpful. I live in Hawaii (4-5 hour time difference) and had just gotten off the phone with my mother who was very upset and had a horrible week due to health reasons. The woman on the phone was so patient while I ordered, as I was crying. My mom just called, now happy and no longer crying, effusing about how beautiful the flowers and plants were. Looking for a good florist in our area, my husband did a quick yelp search. Based upon the good reviews, we stopped in to see if we could purchase an already made bouquet from their store (we were in a hurry). Bill's Grove Florist were fantastic. They made a fresh arrangement of flowers for us in about 10 minutes this morning! The flowers the florist chose were vibrant in colors, beautiful in variety and gorgeous to look at. My only regret was not taking a photo of them to post here. Great flowers and value. Recommend! read more

I also used Bill's Grove Florist recently for a sympathy arrangement and worked with them over the phone. I described what I wanted and Peter and his designer did a GREAT job! The arrangement was spectacular. I ordered white Cala Lillies with white roses in a black container with full greenery and it was PERFECT! Everyone commented on how stunning the arrangement was. I would use them again if I ever need flowers for an occasion in the Palatine area. read more

If I could give a minus "star" I would. I ordered a premium sympathy flower basket for an out of town wake/funeral.
