When it was time to purchase a new vehicle we knew that we'd be returning Sanderson. We shopped Sanderson's website and found the exact vehicle we wanted. I wrote down the dealer stock number and drove over to see it. When we got there I asked for Scott or previous salesman, and told him the stock number and he pulled it around. We agreed it was the right car for us and made the deal. It was very easy and comfortable zero BS zero pressure. Our next vehicle will be from Sanderson again. One of my favorite things about Sanderson is they don't add all kinds of junk on top of the vehicle price. Many dealers add on $2k or more of stuff you don't need or want. They mark up that stuff a couple hundred percent just to cheat you. Don't fall fall that scam go to a dealer that doesn't do that read more

Took my 2013 F 150 in for Recall Service after waiting 30 days for an appointment. Left the Truck the night before so it would be there for the 720am appointment. Received call that the Truck ready to be picked up, and went there after work, arriving at 510pm. They couldn't find my Truck. 45 minutes of searching and it was discovered "in a back lot". Truck was returned to us absolutely Filthy, with grease on the Seats, Steering Wheel, Doors, Fenders, some brownish colored liquid spilled down the side of the bed, and greasy handprints on the Tonneau Covers, along with the hood not even being closed which my Wife discovered as she drove off the Dealership. The Service Dept was now closed, and we made several attempts to contact them the next morning at 7am when they opened, leaving messages for a call back, which finally happened about Noon. We made plans to bring in the Truck after forwarding pictures to the Service Mgr of it's condition. Had a malfunction with the truck, and had to have it towed in. Met with Service Mgr and left it again with them for a Diagnosis of the Leak, that they said would be done in the following morning. Left multiple messages throughout the day with no reply until after 330pm via text that a Tech was looking at it for a Coolant leak. Called and Texted several more times for an update an no response. Received a message the next morning after sending Msg that I wanted to pick up the Truck and take it somewhere else. Response was that the Tech had to Pressurize the System Overnight to determine the cause of the Leak. He now determined it to be a Water Pump and also Suspension Issues. I called and spoke with Service Mgr, simply stating that I have No Confidence in the ability to Repair the Vehicle. He now starts with "the Tech already has it torn down, Unsafe to Drive, Can't let it leave like that, etc" plus an attitude. End of conversation came, when he advised he couldn't clean up the mess they made of the Truck without the repairs being done. Truck is still there waiting for them to put back together, and I have to pay for it. read more

The worst wait time for QUICK LANE. Every time I have visited for oil change or battery replacement it's a 2 to 3 hour wait any day of the week waiting in the car line. It was not like this for a year ago. Never will return again... worst they told me my battery placement the cost would be pro-rated 65.00 dollars. Went to another Ford Dealership took 2 hours as well but the waiting area was better options as far as water, popcorn, coffee and hot cocoa. SANDERSON FORD HAS LOST A Customer for LIFE. Wow, this place is great. I don't like going to car dealerships because of the high pressure sales tactics. That was definitely not an issue at Sanderson. I looked inside about 6-7 vehicles and not one sales person approached me. This changed even since I bought a car from them a few years back. This is a business that doesn't need the high pressure to generate sales. The prices for the cars are reasonable too considering the chip shortage, inflation and not being a buyers market right now. This used to be my go to dealer. We used them for all our major service and we bought a new car here. We would drive past 3 Ford dealers that are closer to our place. I used to think this dealer cared a lot more about customers​ but turns out, they are like any other dealer - they use their customers instead of serve their customers. I made a service appointment a week in advance. I let them know I would be waiting as the drive to get there is over a half hour each way. All I wanted was a diagnostic - no fix on that day. They wanted $130 + tax for the diagnostic - I said no problem. When I show up to my appointment, I am told they will need to keep my truck for 4 days! Yes, 4 days! What's the point of making an appointment if you have to leave your truck (our only vehicle) there for 4 days? This is even though I only wanted to find out if I needed a fix or not. The service tech agreed​ that it would likely​ take only 15 minutes to do the diagnostic, but they still would need the truck for 4 days! So, Sanderson is no longer my go to dealer. I can get that kind of service at any dealer so why am I driving past 3 Ford dealers for that? read more

Service? hmmmm, not really..... Absolutely loved my buying experience. Love my car! Trying to get my first oil change (complementary) not so much. I was told to arrive 7am, the techs arrive at 8am and then I would know how long my car would take. So, that means an hour wait just to find out how long I'd have wait. If I schedule any time after 12pm I'd more than likely need to leave my car (exact words) - not an easy task for a family that shares acar for work and school. Now, there is also a 'quick lane' option-no appointment necessary. It was suggested to me by phone to come in around lunch time to use this option. I thought that was odd since most people run errands during lunch so I verbally confirmed lunch time would be best. The line of cars at 11:30am was out to the road. I had no idea if I was even in the right place. Once the agent/tech/receptionist (not sure of her title) greeted me at my car I was told there would be a two hour wait, but I could go to their diner. I work, like most of us, and breaking away for 2.5 (service plus drive time) hours is not easy to do. I asked again - to this second person - what time would be best . I was told lunch time is not good - so, completely contradictory to what was said on the phone. I was then told people begin lining up at 6:45am for this 'quick lane' or no appt service. My last purchase was a Toyota and the Toyota service dept was absolutely wonderful. Of course there was a wait but it was a defined wait time and was about an hour. I was able to schedule my appt around work and family commitments. I realize this is a complimentary service (first oil change) but I'm opting to use Firestone. Is it worth my time to sit in a dealership without an hour wait just to know how much longer I need to wait? I'm very disappointed that a basic service cannot be scheduled without a half day commitment. Not all us have free hours during the day. Not all of us have the luxury of a second car or live within walking distance. Again - I am happy with my buying experience, but service needs a bit of service. Customers have paid your salaries - treat their time as your own. The only negative comments in the reviews are with Service. I wish I knew this before making my purchase. Service is so important to keep your customers happy and vehicles moving. I have a feeling this is absolutely not what Sanderson is hoping for. I do hope consumers read these review and consider service to be just as important as a price quote. read more

Sanderson is a five star operation. I brought in an older Explorer for the Ford "Works" service. They did it all and I also had the hood support rods replaced and it was all done very professionally. I really like this place, my service advisor kept me informed on the progress of things. I went over to the new car sales building and got info on new vehicles coming out and liked them too. I felt I could trust them. in customer lounge i talked to several others who have been buying and servicing their cars for decades there. One person started working for them right out of high school and knew Mr. Sanderson back then. He said the employees were treated well, people were happy working there. I talked to an older lady who with her family has been coming here 25 years and just bought an electric Mustang. She loves it and has been happy with the car and comes in there for service on all three Fords she currently owns. I asked several other customers if they ever felt swindled there. They all said never and they would be out of business if that was going on. This is my car dealership. read more

I normally despise car dealerships. That being said, Sanderson Ford may have changed that thought. I dropped in just to check their inventory for a used truck I had been keeping an eye open for. Lucky for me I hooked up with Sales Associate, Héctor Estay. Héctor was able to locate and track down the truck I was looking for that was just delivered to the dealership. After a thorough inspection and some minor repairs (including a new set of tires, which I didn't expect) from the Service Department, it was more than I expected for my price point. If their other Associates are as pleasant and conscientious as Héctor, it says a lot about the dealership itself. Can't help but recommend Héctor on a professional and personal level. BTW, Héctor sells both new and used vehicles. Will definitely revisit him and Sanderson for any future vehicle needs. read more

Was impressed with the sales end of the business but the service side sucks. I had two recalls on my new Ford 150 and was told they had the parts to do both at the same time. Took the truck in for the repairs and found out that they had not had the parts all along for one of the recalls. A complete waste of time because now I have to take it in again. My service advisor I think his name is Mike, will not return my calls. I have since had another recall so I wanted to get both of these done at the same time, but I cannot get them to call me back. Mike likes to text, but that did not answer my questions, and he will not call me back. I would not recommend this business for service. read more

Bottom line: DO NOT RECOMMEND! Received routine maintenance (the works: tire rotation, oil change, fluids refill). As I entered I-17 Northbound, my truck sputtered and shut off! (Ford F-150 FX4) Sanderson FORD sent the same mechanic that worked on my truck to my location to see what went wrong, and all they could say was that a piece of debris caused my air manifold sensor to error out. Fair assessment, but it does negate the fact that my truck shut off on I-17 after receiving services from their shop, with a small piece of luck that my 5 mo. Old daughter was not with me in my truck... They offered a petty $25 off my service. Hopefully no long term damages. Moreover, I received a "sticker" for good behavior... customer service unheard of.... read more

Stay far far away from the service center at this dealership. In the past year and a half I have been here 3 times and have left completely unsatisfied and down right angry every time and end up leaving without my problems solved. I brought my car in to the service center for a noise in my car, and I met with an Ian Andrews to describe my problems and have the technicians look at my car. They had my vehicle for about a week before they called me to tell me that I needed a new battery and that there was something loose dangling in my car that hey fixed and that would "fix" the noise issue I was having. I was skeptical but decided to go ahead considering the battery was getting old anyway, for the inspection and the battery I paid $315. When I picked up the car the car was still making the same noise. I called Ian Edwards back and brought the car back in to be looked at again. This time, another week later, I get a call from Ian Edwards at 7:00 am on a Saturday that the reason my car was making noise was because my rear left tire was bald. My rear left tire, in a front wheel drive car was supposedly making a noise in the front left area of the engine bay. Not only does he have the balls to wake me up and lie to me, but he thinks I'm stupid too. If a mechanic cannot Find the issue that's fine, but to lie to me multiple times and charge me money for it is wrong. I will never be back at this dealership ever again. I even called the service manager after all of this to discuss what had happened and even he said what I was told sounds like bullshit. I spent 315 bucks and netted a battery, stay far far away folks. read more

I asked if that was best and final offer and never heard back. Guess it was. :) Decided after few days that I would just go in and try to speak with a salesman. While driving the lot, I met with the GM and thought that was a good sign, since I was starting with him. After a few minutes of conversation, he sent over a salesman to take my information down. First, the salesperson with whom I worked was great. Hard-working, kind, and humble young man. That's the singular highlight of my overall dismal experience with Sanderson Ford. I bought a certified pre-owned F150 there on 8/31/22. Just a couple of days after I purchased it, I got word of an unexpected job opportunity overseas, so I decided to try to return the vehicle. It's a great truck, but right from the start there were issues, including the front passenger door not unlocking, the auto start/stop feature not engaging, and the automated parking assist feature not working. I had read online about a feature of Ford's CPO program being their 14-Day/1,000-Mile Money Back Guarantee Return Policy (https://www.ford.com/used/about-certified/money-back-guarantee/), so I figured it wouldn't be a problem to return the vehicle. I failed to notice the asterisk stating only participating Ford dealerships participate in this part of their CPO program. After multiple attempts to get a straight answer, someone on Sanderson's leadership team finally confirmed that they do not honor this part of Ford's CPO program. They did offer to purchase the vehicle back from me and, frankly, offered more than any other place I took it to (other dealerships, CarMax, etc.), and for this I was genuinely grateful...I suppose this was another small highlight of my overall dismal experience with Sanderson Ford. I opted to keep the vehicle, as selling it back to them would have still meant a net loss of several thousand dollars. Anyhow, I've been trying for almost two months to schedule a time to bring the truck in to address the problems I mentioned (front passenger door not unlocking, auto start/stop not engaging, parking assist feature doesn't work) and no luck. Either no one calls me back or I can't get through....it's always at least almost 10 minutes on hold before I give up. Sanderson Ford is obviously a very successful dealership, stays extremely busy, and possesses, overall, positive ratings and reviews from their customers. From my perspective, however, except for the positive things I mentioned above, it has been a very disappointing and frustrating experience working with Sanderson Ford. I don't expect any special treatment and don't consider myself better (or worse) than anyone else. I'm just a regular guy who wanted a truck. I'm a disabled military combat veteran, military retiree, educator, first responder, graduate student, and active with a lot of community service organizations, including the Boy Scouts, our Catholic fraternal organization, and Church volunteer activities. Sanderson Ford routinely highlights itself as community-oriented and as a strong supporter of our military veterans, educators, first responders, etc. For me, nothing could be farther from the truth, I'm afraid. They're family-owned and one of the largest, if not the largest dealership in the country. 60 or so acres of most every Ford car and truck you can think of. Car museum and old school diner on premise. Skip all of the "gotcha" high pressure sales and service scams run by most of today's impersonal mega-location dealerships. Many of Sanderson's sales associates are 10 - 15+ year veterans. Great service dept. Quick Lane service too.
