Asked why as I did just literally pay, and they stated that I was charged for a "Hurricane clean-up" and last week of October. Mind you, my pool was completely blue & clean prior to him coming. I was never told this once about the first service, so very poor communication. Told them that after this last week, I will no longer be needing his services, but he did not show up at all today. Had them come out to fix three different equipment problems. They spent over an hour and then…read moreleft. Resolved NONE of them. Recommend no solutions. Did mutter about "not liking" the piece of equipment I upfront specifically arranged for them to look at and then did nothing with it. I spent a few minutes myself looking at one of them and determined that a check valve was stuck closed. I spent another few minutes looking at the piece of equipment I asked them to and then the manual online and then solved that problem - actually it also solved the third problem as well. They did refund the majority of the cost. Agree it is rare equipment but it was specifically mentioned up front. Also, still no idea why the acid feeder wasn't worked on.
