I selected this Dr based on these reviewes..., and felt it was a huge mistake!!! who is writing these reviewes.. After a month wait time, my appointment day came, I reached around 10 minutes early for the ppointment. . I waited there for more than 15 mints from my schedule time,( total 28 minutes wait time)) though I could not see any patient in the clinic during my whole stay there!! ...When Dr . came to see me , she hardly looked at my problem for 2 seconds , did not even asked since when I have the issue, and what all medicine I have been using, She was in so much rush I could hardly ask the questions I wanted to ask. Infect the most strange part is - at the end she said she has to go !!! I just got a debt collector letter, and I called Dr. Yeh's office, and the lady told me that she sent a couple billing letters to my address back in year 2007, and I did not receive them, I don't know the reason, the visit happened in year 2007, and she just blindly sent to debt collectors without thinking, they just had some contracts with a debt collector agency recently! she could have sent the bill again to people before doing it, that's how she is treating their patients! Dr. Yeh is awesome! She not only listens to you but is really nice! She is the queen of samples and really tries to find something that works for you. She even remembered that my BF is allergic to benzoyl peroxide from my last appointment 2 months ago so she made sure that non of my prescription had BP in it. I have been going to Dr. Yeh for 2 years now. Although my original problem is resolved, I still come in for a facial with Lani (then Dr Yeh checks in for any problems). Dr Yeh is popular that's why it's hard to get an appointment. She is very professional, friendly, and indeed talks fast. She explains what your problem is then gives you treatment options. I visited Dr. Yeh because i wanted to smooth out my complexion, i used to have acne, and now i have an uneven tone to my skin and i wanted something done-laser, microderm etc, whatever. saw her, it was hard to get an appt with her, but i waited about a month or so, when i dd see her, she told me that she didn't do laser or microderm, and that she wouldn't recommend it for me. I really like her. I bought Latisse straight from the office, and she was really helpful in describing how to use it, and especially how to use it in a way that prolongs the use of it for the same $100 box over a longer period of time. Sandra is sooooooo amazing! My husband went to her first for some skin and feet issues and she prescribed some great topical ointments that helped really clear his skin. He has had skin issues that he has seen countless doctors for. Finally after seeing Dr. Yeh his skin on his chest his clear. She is also good about removing skin tags! I recently just saw her (first dermatologist appointment ever) she helped me with what I came there for and she also helped diagnose my keratosis pilaris and recommended a good over the counter cream that has already helped! I would say the doctor is nice. But the way she billed me is not right. Had a office visit couple weeks ago, she removed one black head and applied tartaric acid on my face, which the insurance company considered as surgery. Now I am responsible for $200 for this. She didn't even mention to me that this is not included in the visit, I will have to pay extra for this. REALLY? By doing something I don't really need to do????? This is insane. read more

Best dermatologist! I have acne for almost 15 years ? I saw many dermatologist in my country but my skin is still very bad. I found dr Sandra, and everything changes a lot. My skin is getting better. I don't have her insurance. I use kaiser. I pay her cash. But I really like her! She always give me lots of simple because she knows I don't have insurance. When I was pregnant she also give me many advice about the baby about skin care during pregnancy etc... when I have questions I call her. She will give me advises through the phone, I'll never forget I use tazorac during my pregnancy because I didn't know I'm pregnant. I searched a lot of negative information about this cream online and I was worry about my baby. I called her. She let me calm down and use her knowledge to explain this medication to me. Very disappointed, I went to Dr.Yeh after reading the reviews on yelp. I have cystic acne, or so I believe and every time I go to Dr.Yeh, she injects my face with corticosteroid injections. I have read that it is one of the treatment options. The first time I did it , I was fine with it, but the next time I visited I told her that the injections did not help and left a big hole on my face, which looks worse than the bump on my face!She still insisted on giving me the injections and I now have an even bigger hole on my face.Never going there again!! read more

dr yeh was the first dermatologist i've ever seen. and it wasn't the greatest experience. i had an allergic reaction to a foundation sample i got, and the only appointment i was able to get was 2 weeks out. (i wonder what her patients do when they have an emergency and need to see her? are they suppose to wait it out?) since she had such good/high reviews on yelp, i decided to stick it out and wait to see her, using remedies i googled in the meantime. i waited 2 weeks, and i was out and done with my appointment in 15 minutes (this is not a positive thing). by the time my appointment came, my skin was healed. still, i wanted to get her diagnosis so i could avoid the problem again. i also asked her about other skin problems i was having. she talked VERY fast. and didn't write any of it down for me. i don't feel she addressed any of the skin issues i was having. she did give me lots of lotion samples, which were nice but i'd rather have a doctor that takes time to see their patient and give them a quality visit. i think the best quality a doctor could have is LISTENING to their patients. this enables them to diagnosis and treat them correctly. it also lets the patient know the doctor "cares" and is trustworthy. dr yeh's actions spoke to me loudly. i'm sure she's a great person and a good doctor, but my visit was uber disappointing. not returning. read more

I love attending this dermatologist. Check-in is always quick and easy and I am often taken in to see Dr. Yeh early! Dr. Yeh has always talked me through everything and answered all of my question and I enjoy being a patient of hers. I highly recommend to anyone, especially those considering acutane. read more

I have a PPO and this doctopr only accepts new patients through referrals. That is the whole point of getting a PPO plan so you dont have to visit 10 doctors before they send you to the right one. My point - if they dont accept new patients they should say so - preferentially treating referrals is NOT right ! read more

Dr Yeh is great but I think her she needs to be clear on her policies with regards to tipping the aesthetician. She has one on site, so I made an appointment for a facial because I have been pleased with Dr Yeh's work. The facial itself was just fine--very minimal. I expected nothing extra since this was done within the doctors office and not some sort of spa. Afterwards, the aesthetician came to the front office while I was paying. I felt awkward, so asked her if I should offer a tip. The receptionist, who should have said no, instead said it was up to me. I did end up tipping the aesthetician because she just wouldn't leave. To my surprise, she accepted the tip. I think this is highly unprofessional within a doctors office. This was not a spa. I had a medical appointment for all intents and purposes, so expecting a tip is ridiculous. You do not tip a doctor for services rendered, therefore a tip should not be expected by anyone employed that physician. read more

I went to her after reading the amazing reviews on Yelp.com. She is great! She was very down to earth and really made me realize (unlike all other dermatologists before her) that I didn't need to spend a fortune on my skin... regular brands are just as good as the really expensive ones! She did a complimentary peel for me (first one is free) and I have a really nice glow since (it's been over four weeks). I liked that she told me what services her office offered (facials, peels, etc) but would immediately tell me whether I would need them or not, she did not try to sell me! I had my first appointment today with Dr.Yeh. She is good at listening and answering all the questions. Didn't feel like she was rushing for anything per reviews? She took her time to understand my history to know the cause for my hair loss, she did not give me any prescription as it was not needed.
