Not many people know this, but Dr. Goh was selected as Troop E Physician for the Troop E State Police. That's an admirable accomplishment right there. I've always known him as kind, considerate, and non-judgemental. He is a superb physician; just by chance over the years I've talked with several of his patients and all had high praise for him. In fact, everyone who knows him does. Well, I could write a book about Dr. Goh and his contribution to our community, but I have to keep this short. Ours here in Canandaigua has been undergoing a lot of updates and renovations. I have worked in and out there several times the last few years in the trucking business. And I want to add that it (VA hospital) played an important role to a good friend of mine Mr. Willam "Bill" Kemnitz in his final years. Bill was a proud United States Navy veteran. He passed away in July of this year. Bill was 83 years old. Through the years there have been complaints regarding the problems at times within VA hospitals and the government has intervened. I hope these problems are always reported and corrected. The men and women who served for us deserve quality care. I dedicate this posting in memory of my friend Bill Kemnitz.

They really understand how to treat their patients and they do a great job!
