From the moment I called the office, I was met with kindness and professionalism. The receptionist was warm, helpful, and made a great first impression. I had some questions about insurance coverage, and she seamlessly transferred me to their billing representative, who was equally helpful and kind. Even though we were out of network, she went the extra mile and secured an authorization from our insurance so we could receive in-network benefits--something I truly appreciated. As for our therapist--he's amazing. Incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and effective. Even after just two sessions, I can already see meaningful progress. I'm so grateful we found this place. I contacted her about a month ago and expressed my concerns (money and getting our family member to consent to this). She was very honest and helped me find a way to attend through affordable avenues. Unfortunately, our family member opted out at the last minute, but Taylor kept in contact with me the entire time. They have helped me learn more about the system and what services are available. When I have come up against a wall, they have helped me every time! They have advocated for my daughter and have given me the tools to advocate for her as well. Melissa is my point person. She truly cares about her clients. Even though the specific situation that I hired the team for has been settled (in my favor), she still takes my calls and helps me with whatever I need, even during her off hours! At the end of the day (about a year later) we DID receive some benefits from having advocates…read more But the PROCESs is why i am rating low. 1) purposely delay meetings, multiple extension requests. 2) the frequent excuses are that they are having to review multiple cases, are busy..etc. 3) meeting with the judge: Just before the case began, (30 minutes before i faced the judge!) this team was working on ANOTHER case!!!then they scrambled and did not know ALOt of the information about my child. I regretted having to get to this point and feeling like my team let me down by being so disorganized, unprepared, after so long of gathering my information. We trusted them and they just added another month of fees for themselves without fully preparing. I had asked them what can i do to prepare for the case and they told me it would be fine. But when the judge asked me questions i was so nervous I forgot a lot of things. They could have prepared ME better too.
