Woke up the next morning not feeling well. Texted him and asked for another night. Not a problem. The park is very well kept. Plenty of room to exercise my service animal for hearing. Darrel and his wife live in a house a couple hundred yards away and have a clear view of the RV Park. Most of the campers seem to be outdoors men and woman and use it as their base camp. Everyone was well behaved. If your ever near Jasper Texas this is a prime spot to stay.

We were missing a seat, radio didn't work, literal holes in the side, the floors were rotted through in some places, and by the end of the day, the motor quit on us. We were only comped gas for $75. We are reasonable, and expected SOME wear and tear on the boat from being a rental. However, that boating experience was NOT worth $500.

I'm sad to say I do not think I will be back. There is absolutely no supervision anymore. I had no idea that one lady riding around on a golf cart to check up on the sites would make such a difference! The people next to us had their dog running around off-leash all night long and they were screaming, cursing, and blasting music until 1am or maybe even later. We had our dogs with us and when we would get up to take them to the restroom, out would come the neighbor dog. Since it was pitch black outside, it made our dogs pretty nervous. If you're trying to come out here to have peace and quiet, think again.
