Fantastic. Fresh. Tasty. Amazing. It's been a long time since I've had such good donuts. Take that back. Maybe the first time it's been on this level. Even donuts I'd usually not like, I loved. We had the homer (x2) and a Bavarian. Outstanding. I loved the ambiance of this spot. The employees were friendly and cheery. Exactly what we needed to kick off the day!

Their coffee and donuts are great! The white mocha wasn't too too sweet but not too bitter like a strong coffee, and their donuts are yeast donuts. This means that they're pillowy and fried! Their bismarck donuts are stuffed with filling, but the one rolled in sugar was my favorite. The mochi donuts were stretchy and so nicely sweet. I would order everything I got again the next time I'm in fargo. Maybe even grab a dozen on my way out.

While exploring Fargo, ND we stumbled upon this gem. When we walked in the smell of fresh donuts was so inviting and the customers and employees were very friendly. There was a bit of a line, but it moved quickly. Apparently everyone in town knew about this place except us! While we waited in line I noticed the stacks of labeled boxes and individuals coming in and picking them up. It appears that you can order and pay ahead of time, then just run in and grab your labeled box that has been prepared for you. A great service if you know what you'd like. Once we got to the counter and it was our turn to order, I won't lie, I was a bit overwhelmed with all of the choices! Thankfully, the employee waiting on me was patient. We ordered several different donuts and none of them disappointed! I recommend the old fashioned (sour cream) donut, but I am partial to them. My partner loves cake donuts and said these were among the best she's had! When in the Fargo, be sure to visit Sandy's and get your donut fix

I always love stopping by Sandy's in Fargo! Their quality of donuts are amazing and the staff are very helpful if you're overwhelmed with the selection of donuts. Highly recommend stopping by when you're in Fargo!

I LOVE Sandy's! It's a tradition to grab a box of dozen whenever I'm visiting someone in the area. You can't get a better "basic" donut. They just know how to make raised donuts RIGHT! I also love the variety. They're always cooking up something crazy like a unicorn donut or a s'mores long john. There's always something for everyone - your dad that thinks simple is better, your kids that want something colorful, your foodie friend that likes weird combinations, and you who likes fruity things! The coffee drinks are good for what they are - sugary concoctions (as if the donuts weren't enough!). The coffee flavor is still present and the sweetness isn't overwhelming. It makes for a nice treat :) Although I will say their coffee drinks take longer than expected to make, BUT I give them a pass since they're not a coffee shop. Why are you still reading this review? Go to Sandy's already!!

Rhubarb fritter

Best donut selection I have ever seen, and fun coffee drinks too. Rhubarb fritter was awesome. Totally worth the small detour to cute downtown Fargo.

Visiting my sister in Fargo for Thanksgiving... She took us here and it was so much fun! They had over 30 flavors (safe estimate). A unique flavored doughnut for any taste, young and old. We got a maple bacon (our first choice), an apple cluster (second choice), and an espresso Bismarck (third choice). They were all very tasty!

Good donuts, but pretty limited hours. It would be nice to be able to grab an after work snack.

Great local donut shop! Many gas stations in Fargo also carry their donuts, but there's nothing like them fresh from Sandy's.

Big 5. Needed donuts for the family. Donuts as good as those from West Fargo, but the downtown location has a different, urban vibe.

***Review only for drinks not food***…read more Wonderful upscale bar in Downtown Fargo! If you are from the Cities, they are owned by the same people as the Hewing, so expect a similar level of service. I liked my old fashioned a lot, it was well made. They have a great bourbon selection, including a lot of Old Forester (which is, of course, the best bourbon). The staff was friendly and I had a nice chat. My one suggestion to the restaurant would be to mark DF (dairy free) on the menu, a lot of us can't have dairy!

Life took me to the upper Midwest last week- And while snow…read moreand chill prevailed, nothing but a hot spot was found for dinner at Rosewild!! Thank you for being a highlight of my long ways trip. Food- stunning, innovative. Ambience- funky and cozy, well spaced, great people. LOVED!!! It was a quiet Wednesday night and a nice break from a long day in having dinner at Rosewild. The decor is contemporary and comforting. We sat at a table overlooking the town's ice skaters, so fun. Drinks were well done- as always never mad at a hand stuffed blue cheese olive martini. Besides though - the food!!! Mmmmmmmm. Apps were Pork Belly burnt ends and Burrata salad. The burnt ends were a falsehood in name, could've been more juicy and meaty to mimic beef, but the flavor was there. Burrata, delicious! Light pesto of fresh herb. Entrees around the table were Steaks, Walleye dishes and two sides. Steaks were well taken by those enjoying. Not the best of cuts chosen towards hanger but made for a satisfaction. The walleye - loved the staying local feel here. And the bread pudding underneath. WHAT was this???! - divine!!! Again an inspo dish. This bread pudding- I am finding recipe and making for a holiday dish accompaniment. WOW!! Additional sides brought towards the steaks were roasted brussels and fried potatoes. These potatoes- had to be fried in an animal fat. They had SOOOOO much flavor. I swear to you not- we were finished dinner, everything was taken off the table and I would NOT LET GO of these fries. FML. I die. I want to eat them again and again. I wanted to take them with, on the plane and repeat a thousand times over. I think the best fries I've ever had in life, no lie. Well freaking done Rosewild. I'd never think reason to come back to Fargo being an East Coast girl, except for you- and the exquisite service, ambiance and food. You are killing it!
