I attempted to drop off three garbage bags of laundry. My washer broke and I needed to get our family's laundry sorted. I was willing to pay the premium but when attempting to drop off theee bags, I was told it was too much, and that it would take 2 weeks. Why? What if I was three seperate customers? Well after much disappointment I still needed laundry, so I just dropped off one. I called a week after drop off - and after about 5 minutes they finally found my order. So disorganized. Then the best part - $114 worth of laundry, delivered back in a plastic bag. Not even a laundry bag for the privilege. I'm just overall disappointed. The lack of care, the expense for a "convenience" which is far from convienent, and then to boot, a plastic bag of $114 worth of "clean" clothes. It's a disgrace. Do better Tide Cleaners.
