From the start of booking they made us feel so comfortable making sure we would get a spectacular experience. It's the attention to the details that impressed me. They kept a watch on the weather and the tides.They also asked about food allergies and made sure that all of our food was reaction free for all of our family members! Once on board we felt at home as if we were part of their family. My teenage girls loved that you could relax and sun bathe in the front of the catamaran or hang out on the shady side. Above all they kept asking for our input and our likes and dislikes. My youngest (15 yrs old) had the time of her life with all the activities they had planned. This trip was a grad gift for our oldest daughter (18 yrs old) and as a mom I planned to get a great Christmas card shot while onboard. I brought along crowns for y girls and I to wear and a tea leaf lei for my husband. Hannah did an exceptional job at capturing our family and the moments that we were having onboard. From the family pictures, to capturing us swimming, playing and hanging out on the board. What blew us away was when Captain Joey let out the sail. That was one of the highlights of our adventure. With Diamond Head as our back drop and the wind pushing us along with the sound of the waves hitting the catamaran. Oh it was spectacular! Hell yeah…read more They depart out of the Kewalo Harbor right across from Kakaako -- if you're already in the area, you can walk across the bridge and it'll take you right to the harbor. There is paid parking but it is limited. So, either get there early to secure your spot or you might want to park at Ward and walk over. As a local, I don't often do these "touristy" things but this was so much! Plus, it's an open bar with complimentary drinks. With the price of drinks nowdays -- this is such a fun alternative to going out to the bars. The staff? Amazing! Mando and Caleb were awesome, made sure that we were safe and also doubled as bartenders. We booked an afternoon ride and there were only 2 other groups -- it almost felt like we had a private charter. I'd love to book their sunset cruise next time!

I feel sorry for him for having competition but to outrightly complaint in front of a paying client is unacceptable and unprofessional. He also started talking about politics which made us extra uncomfortable. But what could we do, we were literally trapped in a kayak in an unknown part of Hawaii and depended on him to get us back. We were obviously uncomfortable but he didn't relent. It was the worst hour and a half I have ever paid for.

Sonny set my nephew and me up on a dog/knife pig hunt on Kauai on March 4, 2023. What an adventure…read moreof a lifetime in the mountains near Kapa'a! Led by our guide Randal and his team of dogs, we experienced the beauty of remote Kauai and were successful on the hunt. Sonny prepared us well with the recommended gear to stay comfortable and by letting us know to bring plenty of fluids and snacks. However, this hunt is not for anyone who is looking for an easy stroll in the wilderness. The terrain includes numerous ravines to descend and scale, streams to cross, hiking through a jungle like environment at times and lots of mud! A great experience if you're physically prepared and I assume a short trip if you are not... We were certainly impressed with Randal's knowledge of the area and the expertise with which he utilized his hounds to find the pigs. Difficult to determine how many miles we hiked that day, but we always felt secure with Randal leading the way and the constant activity of the dogs on alert. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars was because they did not let us known in advance there there was almost little to no water in the falls, just a trickle. We were all told this after we paid and were on the bus to the falls. If the scenery had not made up for the lack of water , I would have been mad!!! The crew was nice and waited 10 minutes past departure time for these late people (read your emails and be respectful of others by being on time!!). Then it was smooth sailing for 1.5 hours as the sun set. There's a bathroom on board for #1 only, and they had the drinks flowing. The playlist was perfect and great for a chill night into the sunset. Except for this one drunk chick hanging on the railing and hitting me once as she stumbled and then later spilling her drink all over the seat behind me (crew was there in a second with a towel!), the ride was perfect.
