One wall was not flat or straight at the floor. The corner was not square. The alignment of tiles and the grout joints were not even. They cut tile on my front porch and left the area a mess which I had to clean up. Fortunately I tented off the bathroom area and protected my floors. Dust from grinding tile and jams would have filled the house. These are all basic issues for a tile installation. I requested the owner to take a look at the job and he never bothered.

I am renovating my home and didn't trust myself to finish the ceiling after hanging new Sheetrock. A quick search revealed Gary Ellis being a reputable finisher in the Cape area. Gary quoted me and began work the following week. He kept me updated with daily progress and let me know of any road-blocks throughout the finishing process. Gary was always professional and polite during our phone calls together. After our original quote agreement, Gary offered to finish sections of drywall throughout the house as well, since I there were large holes from rewiring the electrical. After this He even went on to assist in finishing my hallway closet so that I was in a position to complete on my own. This is something that stuck out to me as a client, really reinforcing the fact that Gary had my best interest as a customer in mind. Went to guidos with a very basic and straightforward job to cut some plexiglass for a project. I…read morebrought in a template that I offered to leave with them to ensure measurements were exact. I was told they didn't need the template and they took some measurements. I got a call a few days later to pick up. I got the material home to learn the sheets were cut short by about 1/4 of an inch. I called guidos to let them know and was told they followed the dimensions of the template. I brought the template back in to show them and as I attempted to show him what was off was told just leave the template and I'll cut it. Shortly after leaving I got a call from guidos asking me to come back in and that I gave him a different template than I brought in the first time. They basically accused me of trying to get something for nothing. I assured him it was in fact the only template I had and he continued to dispute that saying the original template had holes and the one I brought in didn't. I asked him to go check if to ensure there were no holes and surprise surprise there were holes as it was the same template. I went to pick up the new plastic and brought back the 2 of the 4 pieces that were incorrect as I had already brought him the other 2 when I returned the pieces with the incorrect dimensions. Apparently he forgot I returned the incorrect pieces the first time and said I cut 4 new pieces suggesting I was only dropping off 2. I will never go back to this company. Their mistake, blamed me and were rude in the process. Now the question is, are they correct. I will update when I get home and test.

I called LePage and they were out that day. They gave me a quote and said that the 20 days would be tough. Within 10 days I had a new roof on. Price was perfect and they had the roof up in one day. The yard, actually looked better when they left then when they arrived.... they even used a magnet on wheels to make sure every nail was gone. Crew was polite and worked very hard.
