I would really recommend this place , the only problem is the space in the waiting area but other than that it's a really professional place to get your wisdom teeth out.

First off, the waiting room is crowded. You will see a ton of people waiting in the hallways. They are always behind. I came 15 minutes early for my appointment and wasn't brought to the back intill well after an hour after my appointment time. And I say brought back, not seen because they have you waiting in a queue to get X-rays that they should have already received by the referring dentist. The dentist himself was nice but the price of surgery even after dental insurance was almost $2000. I provided both my dental and medical insurance (medical can cover some parts) but they didn't bother to run it for the parts that could be covered with medical. I also didn't agree with their practice. Most practices will have a day where they just do surgeries. This practice does both surgeries and consultations the same day which is why everything is booked up. The literally oral surgeon is doing your consultation in between surgeries. I do not agree with this and feel like this is just a money making practice. I do plan to get a 2nd opinion elsewhere

The staff provided educational videos about the procedure and conducted an exam to plan the best approach. Dr. Mahmood kindly explained each step of the process to ensure I understood everything. I chose to proceed with local anesthesia and opted out of the Exparel injection at the end of the surgery. I scheduled my surgery for two weeks later and received thorough instructions beforehand. On the day of the procedure, it lasted about 30 minutes; one wisdom tooth was more complex and took a bit longer. The recovery was smooth, with no significant pain or swelling, thanks to careful adherence to the medication schedule. Five days post-surgery, I noticed only a small hematoma in a facial area. I am very grateful to Dr. Mahmood, the assistants, and the entire staff for their excellent care and support throughout this process.

The office is very COVID safe: not allowing guests in waiting rooms, monitoring temperatures, staff wearing face shields. For the procedure, I chose to go under and it was a very quick procedure (less than an hour). I only had to clamp down on the gauze for 1 hour afterwards and the bleeding disappeared. I didn't have any pain afterwards and didnt need any pain medication! I was back to eating solid food within 5 days. The office provides you with a specific syringe that you can spray into the holes left behind by the teeth to clean out any food debris stuck in the holes which was very helpful! The staff also call on you to check up and are very responsive to any questions. Dr. Mahmood is also very personable. Honestly, the most seamless experience ever, I couldn't rate any higher.

As a 100% permanently and totally disabled veteran, I trusted this office to complete my dental…read moretreatment after several teeth were extracted. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. After my extractions, I spent well over a year attempting to obtain VA authorization for the next phase of treatment, including implants. During that time, there was little to no progress, and I repeatedly communicated with both the VA and the dental office trying to move the process forward. When the VA later requested billing records and began asking questions about charges and treatment details, I found myself caught in the middle between the VA and the dental office. I simply relayed questions and requests from the VA in an effort to get my treatment approved and completed. Instead of helping resolve the situation, communication from the office became increasingly difficult. I was ultimately told that the office could no longer discuss the matter with me because they believed I was accusing them of fraud, which was never my intention. My only goal was to obtain clarification requested by the VA so my treatment could continue. To make matters worse, when the VA attempted to move forward with authorization, I was reportedly characterized as a non-compliant patient who was refusing treatment protocols. This was shocking given the amount of time and effort I had spent trying to get the treatment completed. At no point was my goal to avoid treatment--I was actively trying to receive it. Nearly two years later, I am still dealing with the consequences of this situation and remain without the dental work that was supposed to be completed. I cannot recommend this office based on my experience. I believe patients deserve clear communication, transparency, and a genuine effort to resolve issues when they arise. For anyone who may have questions about this review, I want to be clear that every statement I made is based on documented communications and records. I have retained the email correspondence between myself, the VA, and the dental office, including communications regarding treatment authorization, billing questions, and the reasons given for discontinuing my care. This review is not based on assumptions, speculation, or hearsay. It reflects my personal experience and is supported by written documentation. I understand that others may have had different experiences, but everything I have shared here is factual and can be substantiated by the records in my possession. My goal is simply to share my experience so that others can make informed decisions.
