The Samosa chaat especially impressed us with its perfect balance of sweet, sour and spicy notes. I especially appreciated that the samosas retained their crispy texture! We ordered the Amritsari Kulcha, Tadka Dal, and rice, and every bite was remarkably fresh. The Kulcha was the star of the show--presented sizzler-style under hot tava with fumes still rising. Honestly, it tasted even better than the kulchas we had in Amritsar last year! The Tadka Dal and yellow rice were the perfect, delicious compliments to the meal.
