Things I love: The crew uses lawnmowers with sharp blades so the grass gets cut, not torn/damaged/broken. They rake the bark dust in the flower beds each week, which leaves the yard looking super! They pay immediate attention to overgrown shrubs, weeks, and blackberry vines, instead of just letting them continue to grow. They blow off the debris from our back deck leaving that looking good too. Seriously, these guys are 10 times better than the number 1 rated landscape service company on Yelp. You will likely regret not using these guys sooner.

I sent him photos showing the mess (and potential damage) that he left behind. He came back with a ladder, long handled brush and a bleach solution. He scrubbed the residual dried moss killer as best that he could. He left the site. 2 days later, I noticed a weird strip of my lawn (right next to where his truck was parked, next to the curb & lawn in front of my house. I went out to investigate and the whole area smelled like bleach. He claims to have "dumped the vinegar in the gutter". My guess is, his boots were wet with the wet bleach solution and he walked through my lawn and killed the grass. His work has become sloppy and reckless & will not be considered for any work in the future.

As I've unfortunately read too late in many of these other reviews, this seems to be common.

We asked for hardscaping ideas and they had nothing to offer. Our Rainbird irrigation system leaves bone dry patches and flooded areas so plants die. Aspen Creek replanted the same plants only to die again. We have waited a year for the final design plan and plant list that has never come despite continued promises. Our sod is dying because the soil grade isn't correct. If you want good customer service, timely follow and clear communication, consider other landscaping companies. For what we paid, I would expect far better treatment. We have reached out many, many times, even trying to reach this business owner.

The cost of the project was similar to what I would have paid separate firms so I went with one company for convenience. The crew only sprayed moss killer on the roof - the dead moss was not removed. I checked the text quote I received for the roof and it was silent on whether the moss would be removed. The website is also not clear on this and I've had the moss removed with past services. It was my miss but be aware. The house wash was a very poor. The crew left dirt splatters in many, many places (this has nothing to do with the paint as the owner implies) and did not properly rinse their solution so I have spots that cannot be removed from our painted door and will require a repainting (no discount was offered). The crew did not follow clear directions to stay completely away from a wall of the house where we have many delicate plants. I had to run out to tell them to stop and got covered in bleachy water which ruined an expensive pair of shorts (no reimbursement offered). The pressure washing was the worst I've ever had. The driveway was not completed (areas missed) as 1/3 of the curb was cleaned and the rest untouched and the back patio had piles of debris left both on the patio as well as kicked up all along the retaining wall (which they were not asked to pressure wash). They left with the whole house pretty wet so I did not realize how poor the work was until things dried out. The most shocking thing is they ASK FOR A TIP. Folks I tip well. But when I pay almost $2K for a big outdoor maintenance service I do not ever expect to be asked for a tip. The company did come out and properly re-do the work (costing me another few hours of water use) but I still have to spend hours to repaint my door and an adjacent window frame. I also get nearly daily spams asking for reviews so here is mine. I have suspected and now confirmed (on googe reviews) that owner responses to reviews try to paint the bad reviewers as angry or not credible. I am not angry (just disappointed) and I am credible. You choose for yourself.
