But right after giving me the good news, the runaround started. Every time I reached out to finalize things, it was just non-stop excuses--saying the finance manager wasn't in, claiming they'd talk to the finance manager and call/text me right back, etc. Then they completely ghosted me. No real updates, no returned calls, just total silence after taking a hit on my credit. It's completely unprofessional to tell someone they're approved and then drag them along with excuses before pulling a disappearing act. Save yourself the headache and go to a dealership that actually respects your time and knows how to treat customers.

A saleswoman is getting pushy with the woman. Woman wants time to think, saleswoman pulls out all the aggressive techniques, pushing her to sign immediately. Another couple was also waiting around for a customer service issue. (If you have a customer service issue you spend a lot of time waiting. Because that's not where they make money. So they just let you sit around all day waiting.) The husband expresses some support, telling the salesperson to back off and let the woman think if she wants. Immediately, another man, apparently a Payless employee, jumps up and starts lambasting both men to stop harassing the saleswoman! (It was pretty clear that the only person harassing was the saleswoman! Until this guy jumped up anyway.) The son and husband both affirm their position, and this Payless employee gets into the husband's face, asking if he wants to take it outside and settle the matter there! I couldn't believe what I was seeing. Neither could the saleswoman, fwiw. She was astonished too. Apparently this was outside the aggressive sales playbook. Anyway, the husband managed to diffuse the situation and the aggressive employee went outside himself. My customer service issue was not satisfactorily resolved. Neither was the other couples. So, all I can say is, be careful going here. You'll get pushed into something you regret and then neglected when it doesn't work.

After 2 hours of test driving and completing the applications they jumped up the price by $9,000 and claim that the sites listed price is how they get business in the door - false advertising! A $9,000 commission must be nice! A bunch of scammers! 0/10 I addition, no where on the site did it say there were any disclaimers. The sales manager also mentioned that he couldn't find your hidden information listed on Capital One Auto Navigator nor did the site bring me to your main website. He clearly said which I'll quote "this is how we get people in the door". https://www.capitalone.com/cars/vehicle-details/2019/Mercedes-Benz/GLC/300/WDC0G4JB8KV146083 You should be the one doing your own research and not wasting the customers time. I called prior, showed my quote upon arriving and once I completed the whole process which was well over 2 hours is when I was told that not only would my quote not be honored but jacked up by $9,000 minus any taxes or dmv fees which I was more than willing to pay. Again, it's bad business! 0/10 and would not recommend even to my worst enemy. Do better!

I received the parts yesterday in order to make the necessary repair for my long road trip. For transparency, I've included screenshots of my initial reply and outreach as well as the responses after my order cancellation request. I placed the order on a Monday during business hours, requested a cancellation on the order online on Wednesday after not receiving an update or reply, and received follow-up on Thursday along with resolution. Vincent really came through, and we talked to clear everything up. They ended up covering the cost of the parts and shipping next day air which is way more than I expected, and I am very thankful. Regrettably, I can only give four stars based on the initial lack of response. Maybe the initial email I sent didn't go through, but Dave told me on the phone that he gets email notifications of voicemail left. I listened to the message before sending it on Tuesday. The subsequent calls at different times on Wednesday are indicative of failure to answer. I called (732) 212-6261 and pressed 3 to go to parts. I was sent to voicemail every time during business hours. No response was received until Thursday. The bottom line is I got the parts I needed, but it was without initial frustration. This parts department needs to review the gaps in messages coming through, voicemail notifications, and simply having staffing resources available to answer the phone during business hours. Thanks again Vincent for the stellar service. You saved me from having to rent a car for my trip. You're the MVP who came through to knock it out of the park.

I purchased a vehicle from Windsor Nissan in February after being told I was approved with $1,000…read moredown. After spending nearly five hours at the dealership and completing what felt like duplicate paperwork I had already submitted in advance, I was informed at the last minute that the required down payment was actually $2,000. What concerned me most was that I did not receive or sign the final financing paperwork until approximately a month after taking possession of the vehicle. It was only then that I learned the arrangement was a lease rather than a traditional auto loan. By that point, I had already been driving the vehicle and making payments. As a first-time lease customer, I expected much greater transparency about the terms before taking delivery of the car. I travel for work and made that very clear during the sales process. At one point, I was even advised to use a Pennsylvania address for insurance purposes because it would better fit their financing requirements, despite the fact that I was not actually residing there full-time. That recommendation immediately made me uncomfortable. During my signing appointment, I specifically asked Terry what would happen if I moved out of state. I was assured that it would not be a problem and was told they had relationships with other dealerships that could take over or service the loan if I relocated. However, when I later moved and issues actually arose, I learned that this was not true. The assistance I was promised simply did not exist, and I was left trying to navigate the situation on my own. When I later explored refinancing options, I discovered that the vehicle's buyout amount was significantly higher than the vehicle's Kelley Blue Book value. The lender I spoke with advised that refinancing would likely not be possible because the buyout amount exceeded the vehicle's market value by thousands of dollars. Finding out that I was paying well above the vehicle's actual value was extremely disappointing and raised additional concerns about the overall transaction. Since then, the experience has been frustrating and disorganized. There appear to be multiple companies involved in servicing the account, including Windsor Nissan, NJ Auto Lending, and Alamo. Determining who handles what has been confusing, and there is no clear point of contact when issues arise. Different numbers text from different departments, and getting consistent information is difficult. The payment practices have also been extremely aggressive. Despite making substantial payments and actively communicating when financial hardship arose, my vehicle was disabled over a remaining past-due balance of less than $400, even after I had recently made a full monthly payment of $763. I requested a short extension and offered a payment date, but was informed the vehicle would remain disabled until the balance was paid. I understand lenders have the right to enforce payment terms. However, the lack of transparency, the misleading information provided during the sales and signing process, the confusing structure between the dealership and affiliated financing companies, and the complete lack of flexibility when problems arise have made this one of the most frustrating vehicle financing experiences I have ever had. If you're considering purchasing a vehicle here, ask detailed questions before signing anything. Make sure you understand whether you are entering a lease or a loan, what your buyout amount will be, how that amount compares to the vehicle's actual market value, what happens if you move, and exactly which company is responsible for servicing your account. I wish I had received clear answers to those questions from the beginning.

Linh got me on the schedule which I so appreciated. Asked if I wanted my car washed (it's free)....so yes and thank you. A short time later a staff member came by with a basket filled with individually wrapped granola bars. Linh came over shortly after to inform me the inspection was done and I was just waiting for car to be washed. Soon after she came back with my paperwork in hand and showed me to the cashier. The car was spotless and I received my invoice which detailed all that was done and a print out of the multi-point inspection breakdown. I couldn't be happier with the service provided to me by Linh and the staff.....this location has excellent customer service. I will most certainly look to connect with Linh anytime I need anything done.

Long story short, after talking to the Salesman Mike Vargas and him giving us the run around and telling us it was a great car and he would bring it out. He tells us it was sold already and wanted to sell us a Hyundai. That's not the car we went for, and then he went and got a manager who said the car we were there for was sold 2 days ago!! When they all had told us the car was just brought in!! The salesman blamed the receptionist Liz and said the car was not marked "sold"! BS! They kept telling us it was in the shop for inspection and cleaning and then it turns out it was sold two days ago!! REALLY???!! Do Not Fall for their BS. Scummy Salesmen!!
