I took my car to the dealership to get a spare key and they said they couldn't do it and that I needed a whole new ignition for them to make me a spare key and a fob and that would cost an additional $1,200. Joe Nguyen was more knowledgeable about my key and my car than the dealership. The dealership also said it was impossible to get a fob that would unlock the trunk of my model of car but Joe did it with ease. 10 out of 10 service. *** By appointment only ***…read more I initially came here on Sunday which I later realized the office door was locked. Luckily a gentleman named Sherwin was preparing his van and he was able to diagnose the issue on the spot. [Issue]: My car remote control was not working and somehow my car's windows kept rolling down. [Dianoise]: Sherwin said the issue was due to bad remote signal and not a battery issue. To fix the issue, he will need to reprogram my key. I told him that I can't do it right now so he removed the battery to prevent my car windows from automatically rolling down. He even showed me a trick on how to manually opening/closing windows with the physical key by (1) unlock the driver's door with the key and (2) within 10 seconds of returning the key to the central position turn the key in the unlock direction and hold it there. He didn't ask for any service fee but I still tipped the man. [Visit]: Couple days later I called the office number and asked for Sherwin. He eventually called back and we scheduled an appointment at my place. He stopped by my place with his van and was able to reprogram my key in approximately 15 minutes. The cost was $80 for one key and my remote key was working again. [Conclusion]: Sherwin is the man - amazing service and very friendly person to talk to.
