I am very appreciative of Egor. He assessed the situation over the phone and ordered a Viking Secondary Drain Trough kit. However, when he came to install it, he discovered the kit had already been installed (years before). He did a thorough job of checking everything out and removing a lot of ice buildup, but concluded everything was working properly. Okay! So, here we GO! This is my second review for our Sub-Zero savior, Egor. Honestly...he, once again, just saved the DAY! Our refrigerator went completely dark at 7pm FILLED with food, so we (of COURSE) called Egor. And LO AND BEHOLD! He picked up the phone right away and dove right into trouble shooting. He asked me to send photos of various parts of the refrigerator, then to check the circuit breaker, and in less than 5 minutes determined that it was our outlet. He suggested grabbing an extension cord from the garage and plugging the refrigerator into a working outlet until we could call in an electrician. Problem SOLVED! And at NO CHARGE! Vlad was able to come out last minute and help me as my home warranty company was going to take two days just to identify a repair person and it wasn't clear when the refrigerator and freezer could actually be repaired. Vlad did a full appliance inspection, readjusted the freezer drawers so they shut properly creating a better seal, and showed me how the fan motor was barely working. He was able to replace the motor on the spot and the fee that he charged was very reasonable. My fridge and freezer are back and working in perfect order again! read more

Summary: I recommend these guys. Details: During Covid-19 lockdowns, our 18-year-old Sub Zero refrigerator started collecting ice on the back panel and freezing our produce, but paradoxically not keeping the main compartment cold enough. The "Service" light was flashing also. Egor came out (wearing a mask and keeping proper distance etc.), diagnosed the problem, and gave us an estimate. It was expensive, but in line with typical Sub Zero repair costs (we've had to have it repaired before). Luckily, I had also turned off the fridge for hours while transferring the food, and that seems to have temporarily resolved the problem. Egor explained that we could keep using the fridge, and sometimes allowing it to defrost which might fix the problem occasionally, and then if it ever became enough of a problem we could do the repair. That's what we're planning for now, and we'll see how long it lasts. Any repair person who is willing to help you find a less expensive option (that doesn't make them any money) goes up a long way in my estimation of their honesty, and that's what happened here. When our fridge needs the repairs in the end (weeks or years) I'll be calling Egor. read more

He had excellent communication and called me 30 minutes to let me know he was on his way. He saw that we removed our shoes when we entered our house and so did he. We have a Viking refrigerator that has been giving us problems for the past few years.
