I did not think that this level of professionalism and service existed any longer. Vlad answered my first call - made on the weekend - quickly and gave me suggestions of things to do on my own. When that didn't work, he scheduled an appointment for Monday and came exactly when he said he would. He quickly assessed the ice maker, made the necessary adjustment to get it working again and checked the overall health of my older model Sub-Zero. He refused to charge me anything because it was a quick fix. I have already passed his contact information on to all of my friends. You will not find any service repair of this quality easily. Within minutes he found a broken belt and did regular maintenance (Aka remove years of dryer lint). He was able to complete the repairs on the spot- in and out 45 minutes. Great experience! I was unsure of whether or not my home fridge had gone on the fritz from a recent power outage so I sent out some feelers on yelp to request a quote and some information. Vlad responded almost instantly, gave me his cell phone number, and gave me a window of time when he'd come by on the same day. Normally when i'm given a time window of 1-4, I normally see the professional at 4:30 but not Vlad. He was here at 2:30 and gave me a text ahead of time he'd be coming soon. I definitely appreciated that since it gave me a minute to prepare for having people in my home. He arrived with a gentleman named Tony and the did a thorough inspection and when they came to their diagnoses they explained to me everything instead of speaking in technical jargon. The diagnoses was also not something that would cost me an arm and a leg. they easily could've taken advantage of my lack of knowledge on refrigerators and proposed something with a ridiculous price tag but instead gave me a solution I could take care of myself and assured me that they would come right back if it didn't work.
