Not sure what happened…read morebut when we called the person answering the phone was insolent, hard to hear, a real jokester telling me if they could not get the order done I could come slap him like Will Smith slapped Chris Rock. I thought I had the incorrect number -it was so stupid and unprofessional-so I hung up. My Co-worker called the next day and got the same response and had to pull the information out of "ANDRE." And then got told the same thing about hitting the guy to the question of whether they would be able to get the printing done in time. As we had used them before we thought we would stick with it. Finally got a quote two days later - due to their technical issues with the computer - but really - they could not get me a quote without the computer program??! A this point we went to Bill's copy Shop- did not get the stupid comic routine - got the quote and answers to our questions in a professional way and got the item printed in 24 hours and for 1/3 of the price! We will not use SB Signs and Graphics again.

Anyways, now that you understand my desperation, it's time to talk about how Rico saved my life. It was Thursday morning and we needed the shirts by Saturday afternoon. These guys were the first company I called since they said they can do shirts quick on their website and had good reviews on google. I pretty much told them we needed 35 red shirts in like one day and to my surprise, they said it WAS POSSIBLE!!! Friday night came around and I picked up my shirts. The other she could only give me the model number, which told me nothing. I then told her the name of the model, and her records didn't tell her that (apparently she couldn't go look). The only way I could then narrow it down was to ask if it was listed for $6k. She said no, it's listed for $3k. I started to tell her it's on their website, but she hung up (or the line somehow disconnected). I was unimpressed with their service and didn't bother to call back.
