I went back several times and no attempt of any kind on her part was ever made to help me design or create a ring. Saturday morning I was called and quoted $620 to which I immediately declined because the ring was bought for $500 two years ago. On Saturday afternoon I went to go pickup the ring. After looking through the drawers, Diane made a phone call and told me the jeweler needed to speak with me. I asked to grab my ring and she did not give it to me. I repeated that I wanted my ring back and Diane proceeded to slam the ring down on the glass counter so I very quickly left because she seemed angry. After working with Lauren to resize two rings and look at other jewelry, we decided to custom make an eternity band. Lauren immediately understood the design we wanted. After the stones and metal were sourced and casted, Truong carefully inspected every aspect. We would never have noticed (we aren't professionals or have high-end microscopes), but Truong found a slight imperfection that may impact the durability of one of the stones and sent it back to their provider and remade the ring. The finished product is absolutely stunning and was within our budget. We are extremely happy that we came to Truong Jewelry. They are incredibly trustworthy, helpful, and easy to work with.
